Gian POV

It’s been two months since I found out Belle left, I tried to find her but I couldn’t really find her. I know she was just here and she didn’t go abroad because she had no record at the airport.

And now I’m going to the Hacienda of the Hernandezes because I found out Belle was there when I heard Ethan and Agatha talking. I didn’t bother to confront the couple anymore because I left immediately when I heard what they were talking about.

I can’t blame them if they don’t immediately tell me that they know where Belle is because it’s really my fault why we ended up in this situation. And I’m still thankful that she is in the Hernandez property so I know that she is safe there, all I want now is to talk to her.

I have fixed the problem that Maxine and I have, we already talked and she accepted that Belle is really the one I love now but we remain as friends.

When I got to the hacienda I quickly got out of the car and entered the house of the Hernandezes. I saw Belle sitting on the terrace and when she saw me she immediately stood up.

“G-gian?” she stammered while saying my name.

“The game is over now Belle, I already saw you.” I promise.

“W-what are you doing here?”

“I’m here to pick you up and send you back home.” I said seriously.

But to my surprise she just shook her head. “I’m not going with you Gian.”

“What? Are you serious babe?” I asked her but she did not answer.

“Because I don’t want to, I’m just here at the hacienda to think.”

“Belle the food is rea — Gian?” I looked at the voice behind Belle and saw it was Luke.

“So you don’t want to go home with me because of him? Because you’re together? Great! Is this what you are saying that you wanted to stay here to think but the truth is you wanted to be here because you have another man with you.” I seriously promised but she remained silent.

“I’m almost going crazy thinking where to find you when I found out that you left and then you’re just here with that man? Great!” I added.

“Gian stop it!” Luke shouted at me but I just smirked at him.

“That’s why you don’t want to talk to me and listen to my explanation because you already have someone else. You change a lot Belle, we haven’t even separated properly but you’ve already found someone else.” I scoff at her.

“You have no right to tell her that thing Gian, did you forget that you hurt her first?” Luke groaned.

“And it’s not because we both have a problem you’re going to get into our lives. You really like to hit a woman who is in a relationship already, like what you did to your brother and his girlfriend before. I know you well Luke. And whatever you and Belle have now I know it won’t be long either. You’ll get bored quickly and change her to another woman.” I promise.

“Gian, please stop, just leave.” Belle pleaded to me.

I looked at her in disbelief. “Really Belle? You are choosing him over me? And do you think he will take you seriously? He is a womanizer!” I seriously said.

“Stop it Gian before I forget that you’re my brother’s best friend!” Luke said angrily.

I laughed. “Why affected Luke? All I have said is true right? You know that Darcey is Ethan’s girlfriend that time but you had sex with her.” I tease him.

“You don’t know everything so don’t interfere with what happened to me and my brother before. Ethan and I already talked about it and he already knows the reason why I did that thing. So if you have nothing to say, just leave.” Luke said.

I ignored him and turned my gaze to Belle. “I didn’t know that you were like this. Maybe I don’t really know you very well yet. There are so many men here in the world but you choose Luke? You know that he is your friend’s brother! You’re a bitch!” I strongly said.

“Don’t talk to her like that!” Luke shouted and quickly punched me so I sat on the floor and he was still not satisfied he followed it up with another punch.

“Oh my god Luke stop it!” Belle shouted, she quickly pulled Luke over and approached me.

“G-gian are you okay?” she ejaculated worriedly but I just withdrew her hand that was holding me and stood up.

“Do you think I’m okay after what you’ve done Belle? You made me look stupid do you know that? Do you know how painful it was to me when Maxine left but you also did it to me. Do you know how much it hurts to know that the woman I love and chose just turned her back on me? ”

“G-gian y-you’re thinking wrong. —”

“Stop! I don’t want to listen to your lies. I had enough Belle, I’m tired of chasing you. I know I made a mistake for not letting you know that I have a communication with Maxine but we won’t end up like this if you let me explain my side but no, you didn’t. You chose to run away. I regret choosing you, I should have chosen Maxine if I know you will do this thing to me. From now on I don’t want to see you anymore. I’ll forget that I love you. We are over Belle.” I said angrily to her. I didn’t wait for HER to speak and walked away.

She chased after me and called my name several times but I did not hesitate to look back at her. That’s enough of my amazement.

I saw in the side mirror of my car Luke pulling and hugging her. I hate seeing her cry but I’m hurting too. What she did to me is unbearable, I didn’t mean to tell her that I should have just chosen Maxine because I know in myself that we’re done and we’re just friends. I love her, I love Belle so much but I don’t know how I can even believe her now.
