Pregnant after One Night With The Vampire

Three days had passed, after Adia’s conversation with Sebastian, and he was still intent on locking her up.

She has not even seen him for these three days, but that does not mean it didn’t go well for her, in fact it’s one of the best days she has spent in that house.

Adia was walking round the house, looking for any fast pass she could use to escape without being noticed.

She noticed a door and was checking it out, when a maid walked in.

“Miss Adia, what are you doing there?” She asked startling Adia, who turned.

“You… I was just trying to…”

“Escape” she continued making Adia choke on her words.

“What…how did…you…”

“Come on it’s natural, no one wants to be locked in here, till she delivers, I can help you” she proposed as Adia stared blankly at her.

“Monique Laurent” she introduced wearing a smile.

“I’ve not seen you around before”

“True, I am Samantha’s daughter. I’ve been working here since I was five, when I returned from France, so I know the map of this place quite well. Come on, let me show you something” she said, leading Adia to a dark passage, leading after the basement.

“Why are you helping me?” Adia asked, confused , seeing no reason, why she was helping her.

“Because I feel your pain, sir Sebastian, can be cruel at times, you know, no offense though, I just want to help” Monique explained.

“I discovered this place, when I was younger, it leads straight outside, just follow the tunnel, till you find a door” she continued handing a key and torch over to Adia.

“It’s pretty dark in there, you’ll need it, I overheard Mickelson telling my mother that Master Seb brothers are coming over, so be back before five, you have just two hours to explore” she concluded as Adia smiled widely, rushing into the tunnel.

Overwhelmed by the fact she’s finally leaving the place, age couldn’t help but feel grateful that she didn’t even ask Monique more questions as she made her way out.

“Was that necessary Monique?” Her twin sister Monica Laurent asked, immediately Adia was out of sight.

“Of course, if the young miss keeps on leaving, one day all we’ll have to do is inform master Seb, that she’s been defiling his orders, and seeing another man, you know how furious he’ll be, he can even believe that child is not his, and boom, he’ll throw her out, then I’ll talk about having my chances with him” Monique explained wearing a devilish smile.

“And how will you do that?” Monica asked knowing fully well, her sister was venturing in a dangerous path, and there’s no way she’s gonna persuade her from not doing so, she’s taking her obsession with the master too far.

“I’ve kept someone on her tracks, it’ll take some time, but I’ll be victorious” Monique said smiling widely.

Adia walked gingerly along the road, breathing in fresh air, as she couldn’t contain her joy, she felt nothing but gratefulness towards Monique, she knew she couldn’t visit Addison, or she’ll blow her cover.

She brought out the little money with her as she quickly boarded a taxi, before she’ll be spotted by one of Sebastian’s men.

A taxi stopped in front of a coffee shop as Adia rushed out paying the man his money. She looked at the ring on her finger as she removed it, slipping it into her pocket, making her way towards the coffee shop as she’s been craving their coffee for a long time.

Le surmatelas a la cafeine, was her favorite coffee shop.

Adia walked in a hurried manner on the side road heading towards Le surmatelas a la cafeine, as she walked gingerly, she thought on how Sebastian would react if he ever found out about this, but she was more than ready for him.

At this moment, she suddenly heard someone call out “watch out”

Before Adia could realize what was going on, someone had hauled her forward, by her arm.

The person pulled her arm, and ran forward in a haste, Adia held her stomach as she was caught off guard and all she cared for now was her unborn baby.

The person dragged her forward as they came to a halt near the ‘Le surmatelas a la cafeine’.

Immediately they came to a halt, she heard a loud bang, after she regained her stand, she subconsciously looked towards the place she was standing before, it turns out that a vehicle had crashed into the sideWalk, the front severely dented.

If she had still been standing there, Cold chills ran through her spine at the thought of what could have happened to her.

“Are you alright?” A gentle alluring voice asked, as Adia turned instinctively, to face the person, only to find a handsome, translucent and youthful face in front of her, if not that she had met Sebastian and his brothers, along with Rowan and Evans, this one would have passed for the most handsome man, all in all, they were all good looking, that she won’t even be able to handpick the most handsome one of all.

There was undisguised worry in his eyes as he stared at her, he beautiful gray eyes staring intensely at her, Adia couldn’t help but think he had a striking resemblance to Sebastian, Ace and Arion, especially the eyes, they alm strangely had the same beautiful metallic pairs of gray eyes.

His dashing facial features looked rather dazzling under the sunlight.

“You…. saved…me.. you ..” Adia asked without much thought, utterly confused.

“I just happened to be walking, when I spotted you, that’s what any gentleman would do, are you alright, hope you’re not injured anywhere?” The handsome stranger asked, smiling at Adia who couldn’t help but smile back at him.

“And perfectly fine, thanks to you, if it hadn’t been your kind gesture, I would already be on my way to meet my maker now” Adia responded, taking a deep breath, as she couldn’t help but wonder, what could have happened to her if he hadn’t showed up.

‘My baby’ she thought , feeling nothing but grateful towards her handsome savior.
