Esmee has always hated vampires to the core, she never had a single liking for them, neither will she ever, she wouldn’t even think o f saving one.
“You vampires act all smart, thinking you owm the world, but guess what I’m one step ahead of you all…” she uttered with s smirk on her face.
“I’m pretty sure none of you know how Adia came about, well I know that, I know the answer to all the mysteries surrounding her, because I made it so…” she concluded confidently.
Sebastian took a long look at Esmee, as he came to a conclusion, there’s nothing that’s he’s going to tell her or do, that will make her and her sister change her mind, but he had finally found a way, or rather is going to negotiate with her.
“You’re going to tell us everything we need to know and perform the spell…” Sebastian spoke out as Esmee smiled.
“And how?”
“There’s no way you can force me, I’d rather die…” she said with a serious expression,
“I’m not forcing you witch, I’m negotiating with you…”
“There’s nothing that you can ever have to offer that can make us change our mind…” Elise spoke,
“Well there is..” Sebastian lips curled up, he knows exactly where to get these persky witches.
“In exchange for Adia’s life and all we need to know, I’ll give you something…”
“There’s nothing you…”
“Your mother…” she spoke pit as Esmee froze, shock visibly written on her face for the first time.
“What did you say, my mother’s dead..”

“Point of correction, your mother died trying to save you and your sister, I’m sure thos one…” he pointed at Eloise.

“Di the needful and get your mother’s body…” he negotiated, he knew they’ll never be able to turn down this offer, after Estelle passed on, Moreau couldn’t bring himself to allow her body, gert burnt along the other witches, so he brought her here to britaris, and buried her right in Huntersville, In fact, her grave was located in the house, in the garden area.
“You vampires are really tricky…” Elise pursed her lips.
“I accept the deal…” she suddenly said,
“Elise don’t tell me you bought that” Esmee trued protesting,
“This is mother we’re talking about Esmee, we need to bring our ego down and oay our last respect…” Elise explained, as Eloise was beyond happy, but will Esmee ever agree.
“That was too easy Elise…”
“What if they’re fooling you, huh?, What will you do then?” Esmee questioned,
“I’ll kill Adia with my own hands…” Elise stated with a murderous glint in her eyes.
“It’s a deal then..” Sebastian’s voice rang in the sitting room.
“Start talking…” he said to Elise.
“She will, you can take your seats, it’s a pretty long story, so listen and get lost forever out of our lives” Esmee spat, throwing herself on one of the chairs.
“It all began thirty years ago….” Elise began,
“When we were just released from where our mother kept us with a spell, the world was very strange and new to us then, but thankfully, the spell never stopped our growth, we came out as teenagers, we found it very hard to survive in a new and strange world, we had to idea on what to do, how to communicate, and the worst part of it all was that we found ourself in wartz, a place not to far from here britaris ”
“Surviving was a very hard thing for us, wartz is a very dangerous place, you all must know how dangerous it is, we became scavengers overnight, looking for means and ways to adapt, fighting for our lives, that’s when we met her…” Elise paused reminiscing on the good old Days.
“Aisling..” Sebastian murmured,
“She was like a dream ce through for us, an Angel sent down from heaven, at first we were scared because she was a vampire, but she gave us no reason to be scared of her, but instead thought us things on how the world worked, gave us shelter, clothing, food, gave us the love and care we needed despite us being witches, she also kept our secret, and told no one about our existence..”
“Aisling was our best friend, she was my best friend, she was like a sister to us, the only thing we could ever asked for, she helped us settle down in the human world, told us how to fight back a vampire, their weaknesses and all, she trusted us, we trusted her, but then…” Elise stammered as a tear tickled down her face.
“Our happiness came to an abrupt end..” she wiped the tears from her face,
“Aisling was not supposed to die, and I hate myself till date that I could do nothing to save her…” she spluttered,
“The worst part of them all is that a vampire killed her..” Esmee chimed in angrily,
“You vampires are the worst form of evil ever, how can you snitch on your own friend, all because of a man..” Esmee scoffed as her eyes settled on Sebastian.
“She loved you, and was ready to give her life for you, but that heartless friend of hers took her away, in the most painful and excruciating way one can ever imagine..” Esmee smiled wryly biting her lips.
“Just say what happened and stop putting the blame on someone, Kate is dead..” Arion chimed in,
“And how does all these connect to Adia?” He questioned curiously,
“We’re about to get there vampire…” Esmee rolled her eyes at Arion who threw deadly glares at her, while Eloise just stood quietly, Aisling was definitely an angel to her.
