Everyone stilled as they stared at Moreau in disbelief, while Eloise whimpered in fear.
“Stop saying rubbish Moreau, and let the girl go…” Sebastian said as if he was bored of this.
“I’m not saying rubbish, knucklehead..” Moreau smiled, looking at Eloise from head to toe.
“She’s a witch..” he repeated, feeling certain, the hair and eye color said it all, he’s not seen her here before, and this is the first time he’s seeing her here, but he was sure she was a la fey.
“Red haired, green eyed, exactly like Estelle’s, you’re a la fey…” Moreau said in amusement, as Sebastian stepped out, grabbing Eloise from Moreau’s hold.
“What do you mean?” Queried Sebastian,
“I know Estelle well enough to know that this is her daughter, in fact she is the last daughter, and she must have used a concealing spell so you wouldn’t smell her magic..” Moreau explained, as he sat leisurely on a chair.
“How can you be so sure?” Adia questione, Eloise looks so scared right now.
“Anyone can have the same eye color..” she defended, holding a whimpering Eloise, who quickly went to stay in Adia’s embrace. She’s been making sure to avoid Moreau very well, but it seems as if she’s been caught, he knows.
“Do you want me to prove it, daughter In law?”
“Everyone has weaknesses, my dear, including the witches..” she voiced out, he’s lived long enough to know how the witches worked, she has been concealing her magic, that’s why she was never suspected, and the young lady before him, looks exactly like Estelle.
He picked up a little container containing salt salt in it, as he waved it in Eloise’s face.
“Should I show them?” He raised a brow at her.
“No don’t…”Eloise quickly said,
“Please don’t…” once that salt comes in contact with her it’s going to break the spell she had used,
“Why, is he by any chance saying the truth?” Adia asked holding her shoulders,
“Yes, he is, I’m a witch Adia..” Eloise said slowly,
“I’m Sorry sir hiding this from you, but I didn’t have any choice… ” she says, there’s nothing to hide anymore, the truth would have definitely come out someday.
Adia’s hands fell from Eloise shoulders, as she stumbled backwards, not knowing what to feel, she blinked in disbelief, as she stared at Eloise, so they one thing they’ve been searching for, was right in the same roof with then, she doesn’t even know of she should happy that there’s a witch, or if she should be angry for being deceived.
Sebastian shot a glare at Eloise, not knowing how to react either, but he wasn’t planning to hurt her in any way, she’s going to perform the spell to save Adia.
“I knew it…” Celeste said jumping down from the stairs,
“I always suspected that you looked familiar…” she said, stopping in front of Eloise.
“You look just like her..” she muttered,
“Where have you been all this while?” She stammered, placing her hands on Eloise’s face, as she rubbed it softly.
“You look just like your mother..” she repeated engulfing Eloise in a tight hug, as Eloise stilled, this was not the kind of treatment she had expected from them.
“Where are your sisters, I mean you’re supposed to be three, right?” Celeste asked, Estelle La Fey was her mistress, as she had promised to protect her children whenever they met in the near future.
“So you’ve been a witch all along…”Arion said, as he approached them Ace beside.
“Unbelievable…” he scoffed in disbelief, so what he was searching for went around searching with him, and how come he never suspected her not even once.
“I.. I..” Eloise stammered, unable to find her tongue, once her sisters come here, a fight will break out for sure, it’s inevitable, that’s how much they hate the vampires.
“Where are your sisters?” Celeste asked again,
“I’m sure they’re probably around here somewhere,” Moreau replied, looking around, as he tossed the can in his hand.All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.
“Witches usually move around with their own, I’m sure her sisters wouldn’t leave her here alone all by herself…” he reasoned, glancing at Eloise who Celeste held close to her.
“They’ll show up soon, I guess…” he shrugged his shoulders.
“Why did you lie?” Arion asked angrily, as he stopped in front of Eloise.
“I…. I…” Eloise stammered swallowing deep,
“I’m sorry…” were the only words that escaped her lips, as she bowed her head, unable to face Arion, she could feel the anger emanating from him, but it’s not her fault, she had to hide her identity.
“You’re sorry…” Arion repeated, as he scoffed in disbelief, so if he had kept on searching Orleans, he would just be wasting his time there.
“Where are your sisters?” Questioned Sebastian,
“I don’t know….” She replied, since that day, she had not seen her sisters, it’s like they went into hiding, and waited for her one week to elapse.
“You don’t know?” Arion’s raised a brow at her as she stumbled backwards,
“No, they came here but disappeared afterwards, I have no idea where they are…” she confessed,
“Call them here..” Sebastian ordered,
“I can’t, I don’t know where they are ..”
“No need pressuring the poor girl…” Esmee said out, the moment her and Elise materialized into the room.
“Esmee…” Eloise uttered, they come to take her home,
“Show’s over, let her go, we’re leaving..” Esmee said in a curt tone.
“Eloise come over here…” she beckoned at Eloise who stood unmoving.
“No..” she muttered softly,
“Huh?”
“I don’t want to leave Esmee…” she stated,
“Then you leave me no choice, I’m going to drag you out, if I have to..”
