Dr Albert followed Mr Gavier trying to walk briskly as possible to avoid giving him a suspicious activity.

Mr Gavier opened the door and Dr Albert gasped at the girl lying down looking so frail and weak .

He cussed him angrily in his mind but remained calm if he wants this plan to be executed without a fail .

Mr Gavier excused the way for him to pass and he went in looking at Camilla who had opened her eyes looking pale at him .

He turned to look at Gavier who stood rooted by the door .

He prayed for him to go so he can talk to her but seems he wasn’t ready to leave .

” Be fast about this Albert , I have other things to attend to. ” He said and he nodded facing her back .

He brought out a cotton wool and spirit and cleaned the little injuries which she had sustained probably when struggling .

He gave her a reassuring smile that all was alright as she winced.

Camilla felt a special calmness and connection with the doctor and she couldn’t place why .

She wasn’t completely relaxed due to the burning gaze of Mr Gavier and the revelation he said this morning that her dad owns a Mafia syndicate .

Never has she had a reason to see her dad was a Mafia leader .

He had been very good at covering his paths well .

No wonder he rarely stays at home and maybe that was why he had a problem with her mom.

The ringing tone of Mr Gavier blasted her from her reverie as he answered the call taking a step backwards with hushed tones .

Dr Albert turned to glance at him as he made the call .

He really wished that the call would take him outside as he applied some antiseptics to kill the germs .

Mr Gavier returned immediately with a worried face .

” Albert I am about leaving now . Make sure you lock up this place as soon as you are done and alert the boys if she does anything funny. I don’t want to hear any silly stories when I get back . Understood ” he said with a cold tone and Dr Albert nodded and after giving Camilla a deadly glare he left the room. .

” I will go get you some water so you can take this pain killers , and if possible a meal ” he said and Camilla nodded .

Dr Albert took the cue to check if he has left finally and was relieved to see his car go out of the compound with few of his boys .

He got a cup of water , a loaf of bread and an apple as he headed for the room .

Camilla hungrily tore the bread open as she cut a large chunk and started eating .

Dr Albert shook his head as he saw how she ravaged the food .

Dos had told him everything and he couldn’t believe love endangered her this way .

Such a sad story of love because of the families they came from .

Well he hoped their love sees them through.

Camilla stopped eating as she saw the doctor staring with a sympathetic look at her.

Her heart flipped.

” Is there any problem Dr . Is Dos alright ” she asked and Dr Albert snapped out .

” Oh he is doing fine , and he even sent me to you ” he said the last part in a whisper and Camilla’s eyes shot up in ecstasy .

” He wants you guys to escape tonight ” he said and Camilla nodded .

She can’t wait to be free.

” So who are you and why are you helping us ” she asked because she felt he worked with Dos dad .

” Well I also want my own freedom and let’s just say we are all helping each other .” He said and Camilla sighed .

Sometimes she feels like bit falling in love .

Not going to school at all .

Dos not saving her that day .

Everything should just be normal .

But the more she thinks of it , the more she falls for him the more .

She hoped all this would pass away so that they can enjoy their life again in perfect and peaceful bliss .

Dr Albert allowed her to wallow in her thoughts for a while before speaking up .

” I know how you feel but trust me , hang on . As long as this way of escape works , you would enjoy being in love again ” he said and she sniffed .

” Can you hug me ” she said with teary eyes and Dr Albert after some silence hugged her as she teared up on his shoulders .

” You will be fine ” he said rubbing her back to soothe her .

Camilla dried up her tears because for her to be able to escape tonight , she has to be strong .

” So what’s the plan ” she said pulling away from the hug with an appreciative smile .

” That’s the spirit ” Dr Albert said smiling as he gave her a high shake .

” Come closer ” he said and she did and he told her everything that Dos had told him from the beginning to the end making sure not to miss any part that could null the plans.

As soon as he was done , she beamed at the wonderful idea .

” You are such a good master planner ” she said and he chuckled .

” Well Dos came up with the idea not me . You have such a brilliant boyfriend if I must say ” he said and Camilla blushed at his words .

” Ok be alert , the signal would be sent and make sure you do what I asked you to do ” he said and she nodded .

” Sure I won’t make a mistake ” she said and he smiled .

” Today is escape night ” he said and they both laughed .
