Thelma pulled over in the garage of her house as she was about opening the door , her phone started ringing and she brought it out to see that Lucia was calling .

She relaxed back in the seat of the car as she swiped the answer button on the caller screen .

” Hey babe ” she said smiling sheepishly.

” Hey Thelma . ” Lucia’s voice echoed .

” Yeah do you miss me so much to have called me few minutes of leaving the house . ” Thelma said and she could swear that Lucia would roll her eyes at her now .

” Well stop hyping yourself and listen ” she said with an authorative voice and Thelma chuckled. .

” Ok go on ” she replied.

” The question you asked ,, about me loving Lucien today …

She paused before continuing …

” I love him a lot and I just realized that I feel incomplete without him ” Lucia said and Thelma squealed in excitement making Lucia pull the phone away from her ears to prevent blockage.

Lucia returned the phone back to her ears when she heard the laughter die down .

” So you called for the tips on how to find out if he really loves you right ” she asked and Lucia muttered a yes to her question .

” Ok it is called the love test , it has proved to be relevant right from more than 30 years ago ” she said and Lucia nodded although she can’t see her . .

” Well you have to prepare your mind for it and boil a cup of water , very steaming hot and drink it all at once ” she said and she heard Lucia scream .

Thelma laughed

” Just kidding dear , ok back to the main point , you have to get both of you lollipops and make sure you both lick it and then the love test can come in effect ” she said .

” What , how can a lollipop ignite a love test ”

” Silence , for if you doing the test has lost its potency . ” Thelma hushed and Lucia sighed frustratedly .

She just has to do it , and hope Thelma was not playing with her right now .

” Ok first he will prepare you breakfast in bed ” she said and Thelma almost sneered at her ridiculous thinking.

If only she knows Lucien prepared her breakfast in bed everyday .

” Ok go on I am listening ,” she said .

” Ok then after that , he is going to get you a complete set of jewelleries ” she said and Lucia smiled within her .

” Ok and lastly he is going to propose to you ” she said and Lucia gasped at her ridiculous thinking.

“Are you saying the love test can do all this things you just mentioned Thelma ” she asked .

“. Yes I am sure . It might take weeks , it might take days but it would surely work ” she said and Lucia couldn’t help but feel nervous .

” Ok thanks Thelma . I will just put this into practice right away . Guess I have to go get some lollipops today ” she said and Thelma laughed.

” Good luck girl and may the Goddess of love shine on you as you do this ” she said and Lucia laughed at Thelma’s prayers nervously.

” What if it doesn’t work , does it mean he doesn’t love me ” she asked and Thelma could decipher the nervousness in her voice ..

” Just shake off that guilt and if it doesn’t work well we try another test , this one is from Asia ” she said .

” Wait how many of this test do you know off Thelma ..

” Bye eeeee Mi Amor ” she said and before Lucia could reply she hung up .

Lucia laughed at her silliness as she fell on the bed .

Wow she just have to give this a shot and see what it held for her .

Thelma prayed it work but if it doesn’t , she would have to get a plan B and with that she called Lucien .

Lucien picked up on the first ring wondering if anything was wrong with Derrick since she had complained earlier. .

He placed the phone to his ears and Thelma’s voice popped up .

” Hello Lucien. A simple question, do you love Lucia ” .

Lucien felt his jaw drop at the unexpected question ..

Cara busied herself on her laptop as she signed a deal with the CEO of Royal oak Park .

He send her a congratulatory message that the deal has being signed and that she and her boss should come for a brief introduction with them.

Wow a travel trip

Cara smiled at the revelation .

That would mean her having an alone time with Lucien .

She quickly accepted the invite and forwarded it to Lucien since he was not in the office to break the news to.

She rubbed her palms together as she devised on the plan she has to execute to make sure she gets him before they return .

Yea it’s a two days trip and she was determined to make the best out of it ..

She doesn’t know how she can make him fall quickly but she was determined and that is why she needs the help of Jane , her Ally.

It’s being long they had met and this was just the perfect time for them to meet again .

She picked up her bag as she hurried out of her office to Jane’s office.

She met a new lady there and was surprised .

” Where is Jane ,” she asked the slender looking lady there .

” Oh Miss Jane no longer works here . She is leaving the country as I heard ” she said and Cara felt her world collide.

” Ok thank you” she said after regaining her self.

She walked out of the office and bumped into the Human Resources Manager Patricia .

” Patricia ” she called out nervously and in shock .

” Well well well . I never knew I worked in the same place with my betrayal ” she said with a wicked smirk plastered on her face.
