“I think we should inform daddy,” Isabella said, obviously referring to Drake Bell.

“How do we do that when we are not even with phone,” Jayden said, still peeping quietly at both adults who were having a very serious conversation.

Lily felt trapped. She felt extremely stuck, being taken to another country is a very crazy move cause she might never have the chance to escape again.

“Mr. Alexander, you have to send my kids and I back,” Lily said seriously but Alexander instead tried to place his hand on hers but she swiftly removed her hand. “Don’t even touch me.”

Alexander looked at her quietly and then took his face away.

Whereas, at Drake Bell’s office, he and his assistants sat on the seats present and were both monitoring the movement of the plane that Lily was from their laptop.

“Sir… It seems the plane is heading towards Italy,” Sarah spoke up.

Drake Bell who had his face set squarely on the monitor before him looked for a few more minutes then immediately raised his head up, “intercept!”

“Got it, sir.” Liam and Sarah responded at the same time.

Although Drake Bell had let Lily and the kids go on vacation, he didn’t fully trust that son of an adulterer, Alexander Bell. If Alexander’s mum could bring a disgrace to the clan by having affairs on her husband, what more could her son do? Drake Bell never trusted Alexander so he sent his assistant to arrange for a tracker to be placed secretly on Alexander Bell’s private jet. Not just a tracker, it was a radar system.

He knew Alexander must have an ulterior motive and his guess turns out to be right, now, Lily would see Alexander for who he is and probably begin to understand that there is no such thing as a perfect man.

While the plane was moving, the pilot immediately spoke through the microphone, “Sir, we have been intercepted, our only option is to return,” the pilot said fearfully, these was the least thing that Alexander had expected to happen.

Alexander Bell looked at Lily with a deep frown, she was right beside him and he was sure she didn’t make any move to contact or inform anyone. Who could have dared to intercept his plane?

“Sir, we may crash if we don’t…”

“Just return!” Alexander Bell cut off the pilot. At once, the pilot changed direction.

After many minutes had passed, the plane finally landed at one of Alexander’s FBO. Once the door of the plane opened, Alexander stood and said, “let’s go out.”

Lily was unaware of the conversation between Alexander and the pilot so she thought they were probably in Italy. “You can’t keep us forever, Drake Bell will find his kids.”

“We are in NewYork not Italy, just playing a prank on you,” Alexander scoffed briefly.

She let her sadness melt away and when she turned, she saw Alexander holding the two kids in his both hands and then taking them out of the plane.

She couldn’t help the smile that graced her lips, “that was an expensive prank, Mr. Alexander.”

Alexander smiled briefly and soon, they were both outside of the plane. Lily noticed some super exorbitant sport cars parked by a side, they looked like some of the cars in Drake Bell’s garage. While in her thought, the doors of the exorbitant cars opened and Drake Bell alongside his assistants immediately stepped out.

Drake Bell walked up to her quickly and asked, “Lily, hope you are fine?” His voice held genuine concern.

“Of course I am.” Lily answered.

Drake Bell looked at Alexander who was holding his two kids and frowned, “let them go!”

Alexander ignored him and only looked at Lily who was standing before him, “sweetheart, let’s leave this place.”

“Sweetheart?” Drake Bell was confused. Are they already married?

“Come to me,” Drake Bell said to the kids but the kids didn’t move. It’s not that they didn’t wish to go to Drake Bell, it’s that they would do whatever their mom wants and since their mom doesn’t seem to be on good terms with Drake Bell, they decided to stay with Alexander whom their mum just smiled with.

“You said you were going to Dubai but turns out he’s taking you to…”

“Lily, leave this man.” Alexander interrupted, “he didn’t want Drake Bell to expose him. He had now confirmed that Drake Bell was tracking his plane and that once he noticed that he wasn’t heading to the place Lily had told him, he intercepted their plane. The last thing Alexander wants now was for Lily to know his true intention. He must now make a more sophisticated plan.

“Drake Bell, kindly excuse me,” Lily said and walked away from him. Drake Bell watched as she, Alexander and the kids walked away. He knew Alexander was obviously plotting something bad but Lily was too blind to see.

Drake Bell then turned to his assistants as they were standing behind him, “keep a close eyes on Alexander Bell and Lily. Nothing must happen to Lily.”

“Sir, miss. Lily just embarrassed you and yet you are protecting her,” Sarah said, standing firm beside Liam.

Indeed, Lily just walked away from him despite the fact that he was only trying to help, “I’m only paying the consequences of my sins.”

“Sir, I noticed miss Lily’s heart is very hard towards you, maybe you need to begin to work on letting her go. Afterall, if she dies, you will continue to live your life,” Liam suggested. Liam and Sarah had been with Drake Bell for more than five years and they had never seen anyone disrespect him until now. Drake Bell was too high for many people to behold nor access, not even his competitors could have a glimpse of him, yet a simple woman dared to treat him without respect.

“If anything happens to Lily, I’ll hold the both of you responsible,” Drake Bell didn’t comment on what they said, instead, he warned them and walked away.
