When Lily saw that Drake Bell was quiet, she spoke again, “I guess that’s a yes, I should leave.” When Lily stood in an attempt to leave, Drake Bell quickly held her hand, “Michael wants to take you and my kids on a vacation?”
“They are my kids too,” Lily said, wondering why he didn’t say ‘our kids.’ “it’s just a vacation.”
“Do you trust Michael?” Drake Bell asked.
“I do.” Lily said. “Going out for vacation will make me happy. Please let me!” Lily knew for sure that if Drake Bell didn’t allow her, no matter how she try to force it, it will be impossible still.
“Be safe, Lily!” Drake Bell said sadly. Since it will make her happy plus it’s just a vacation not like she’s leaving him forever, then he should just allow it.
Lily was glad he allowed it so she stood and mumbled, “thank you.”
The following day, Lily and the kids alongside Alexander could be seeing walking towards Alexander’s private jet.
Jayden spoke, “Mr. Alexander, are you my mom’s boyfriend?”
Lily furrowed her brow at his sudden question. He had already instructed the kids to be cautious around Alexander so she didn’t expect this question from her son.

They were about stepping up the plane when Alexander finally asked the kids, “don’t you think your mom and I would be good together as couples?”
Jayden and Isabella’s exchange surprising glances, soon, they were all seated inside the jets. Jayden then spoke, “that way, you will become our daddy but we already have a powerful daddy, his name is Drake Bell.”
“Yes, I don’t think our daddy will allow you and mum become couples,” Isabella spoke.
Alexander smiled and only glanced at Lily who was dumbfounded.
Soon, everyone was served snacks by the attendant inside the jet, as they all ate, Lily noticed through her Google map that the plane wasn’t heading towards Dubai, where they planned to go, instead, it was heading towards Italy.
Or was the Pilot passing another route. But as the plane journeys further and further, Lily became troubled, then she voiced out, “Mr. Alexander.”
Alexander who was sitting right beside her looked at her and said, “sweetheart!”
Sweetheart? Since when did he start calling her sweetheart? Anyways, Lily continued, “I’m checking my Google map to see how close we are to the place but it seems we aren’t heading to Dubai.”
“Yes, we are not.”
“I thought the plan was to go to Dubai? Why are we suddenly heading towards somewhere else plus where else are we going?”
“We are heading to Italy.”Alexander answered and quickly added, “there is one thing I didn’t tell you when I was exposing the secretes about your parents. It’s that the mistress who ruined your parent’s marriage is my mother.”
“Your mother?”
“Yes, she’s the one who ran away with your father’s wealth and left him with nothing.” Alexander explained, “if not for my mother, yourself, your mother and your father would have lived like a happy family. You wouldn’t have grown up I’m the orphanage.”
Lily furrowed her brow in shock. The revelation was too much for her to handle. But her primary concern now was why they were going to Italy so she pushed the thought aside and asked, “but why are we going to Italy?”
“To start a new life and live like a family. I’ll let you forget all your pains and sorrows,” Alexander said.
“You are joking, right?”
“Took me a while before it dawned on me that I love you. My mother destroyed your parents marriage, and hence, made you live a very dark life. “Allow me to pay for what my mother did and let me give you the brightest life ever.”
“Excuse me!” Lily exclaimed dissatisfactorily, “why didn’t you tell me this before we left NewYork? Why did you deceive me to think that it’s vacation?”
“Because it’s the only way Drake Bell can let you go. You should be happy now since you are no more in Drake Bell’s bondage.” Alexander said very calmly.
“Who said I’m in bondage? And should I leave Drake Bell’s bondage to come under your own bondage? This move is very wrong, Mr. Alexander. And I thought I made it clear to you that I didn’t have any feelings for you? The proposal I made to you months ago before Drake Bell’s office was a foolish move from my side and I explained why I made such move too so what are you trying to do?”
“Trying to make you mine!” Alexander responded.
“Yours? Please tell the pilot to take us back to New York. I’m not finding this funny anymore.”
“Don’t you get it?” Michael asked.
“What is there to get?” Lily asked, feeling fretful, scared and uncomfortable.
“You don’t have a choice. I’m not asking you to be mine, I’m making you mine.” Alexander said, his voice hard and strong like he meant every words he said.
Lily become very scared so she immediately thought of whom to call for help. Who else would be able to safe her if not Drake Bell? She immediately browsed his name on her phone and began to type, “save the kids and I, Mr. Alexander has kidnapped us and is taking us to Italy, he deceived me to think it was a vacation.” Before she could press the send button, Alexander snatched the phone from her.
The children noticed something was off so they looked at the two adults seated beside eachother, Jayden asked, “mum, are you alright?”
“Sure, you can keep playing with your sister,” Lily answered, trying not to get the children scared and worried.
“Are you actually a monster? Cause only a monster will behave this way.” Lily asked Alexander.
“Yes, I’m a monster.” Alexander responded. “Give up, sweetheart.”
Whereas, there was Jayden who wasn’t calm despite what his mother said, he said to Isabella secretly and said, “I think something is wrong with mommy. Can we trust this Mr. Alexander?”
“I don’t know,” Isabella said. She was beginning to get worried, as they peeked at Isabella’s face, they could see her talking seriously to Alexander Bell.
“Jayden, what can we do to help mommy?”
“Let me think….” Jayden said.
