You Are My Mr Right

Chapter 853: Nobody

He held a string of charcoal-grilled mushrooms. “These are matsutake mushrooms flown in from Japan. You probably won’t get to taste them elsewhere.”

Freya didn’t find it particularly special.

“It’s just mushrooms.”

“Try it first before you judge,” Orion said with a smile. “It’s definitely not like your average mushrooms.”

Freya picked up a piece and tasted it, finding the flavor indeed quite good.

Morton stumbled and fell. Freya got up, “You guys go ahead and eat, I’ll go check on Morton.”

Orion glanced back at her, “Why do I feel like she’s deliberately leaving?”

Elijah cast a casual glance at him, “Who do you think you are? Does she need to avoid you?”

“Hey, she’s close to Luna. She knows a lot of Luna’s things, just doesn’t want to tell me,” Orion explained.

Elijah, “…”

Intentionally changing the subject, he said, “Call Evan and ask when he’s planning to return.”

This time, Orion was left speechless.

Wasn’t it said to leave the newlyweds in peace and not to disturb them?

Why was he being asked to make the call?

“I don’t want to disturb them, you go,” Orion took a sip of beer. “Even though this is a barbecue, it feels like something’s missing.”

The ingredients were good, but the soulful ingredients were lacking.

It didn’t feel like camping barbecue.

It felt more like an outdoor party!

Just missing a few people.

Elijah raised an eyebrow, “I’ve noticed a lot has changed about you since you stopped being a doctor.”

Before, he wasn’t as talkative as now.

Orion sighed, “People always change.”

Elijah remained silent.

His gaze turned to Freya in the distance.

She seemed to be picking something.

He couldn’t see clearly from this distance.

He got up.

Orion stopped him, “Where are you going? Can’t you leave for a while? You’ve been together for so long, yet you’re still so attached?”

Elijah glared at him, “You’re starting to get on people’s nerves with your talking.”

Orion wasn’t bothered, “You’re both happy now. Can’t I indulge a bit too?”

He got up, “If you leave, I’ll be bored. I’ll go see what Freya is up to.”

Elijah didn’t like him calling Freya that name.

“Can’t you change how you address her?”

“No,” Orion shook his head.

The more he resisted, the more he wanted to make him unhappy.

Elijah really wanted to kick him into the lake.

While Elijah didn’t act, he ran towards Freya and called out, “Freya, what are you picking?”

Freya turned around, saw him, and said, “Raspberries.”

Orion grimaced, “Do you even know what those are? What if they’re poisonous fruits?”

Freya asked him, “Did you not go to school? Haven’t you seen these before?”

Orion approached and saw that they were indeed raspberries.

He took one from Freya’s hand and tasted it. It was sweet.

“They seem to be growing pretty well around here.”

The bright red berries hung on the branches, especially eye-catching.

Kai tugged at Freya’s dress, wanting to eat.

Freya didn’t let him before washing them.

Elijah came over, picked up Morton, and carried him.

Orion annoyingly asked Elijah, “You’ve never seen these, have you?”

He pointed to the raspberries. All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.

Elijah couldn’t be bothered. Suddenly, his phone in his pocket rang, and he answered, frowning.

It was Evan calling.

On their first day of marriage, he still had time to contact him.

He answered, “Mr. Silverton, where are you guys? Why is no one at the residence?” Evan’s voice came from the other end.
