You Are My Mr Right

Chapter 781: Sense of Security

“I’m fine with anything,” Tyler said. “Order whatever you like to eat.”

Luna smiled.

She lowered her gaze.

“It seems like I should pay more attention to you in the future. Otherwise, I won’t know any of your preferences.”

Tyler chuckled, “We have plenty of time ahead of us. You’ll have time to get to know me.”

Luna pursed her lips and made a soft sound of agreement.

In reality, her heart was filled with anticipation and longing for the future.

She yearned for a peaceful and serene life, as if it were right before her eyes.

Something worth cherishing.

Something worth remembering!

While waiting for the food to arrive, Luna rested her chin on her hand and looked at Tyler across the table.

Her gaze was direct.

Staring at Tyler, a big man, made her a little embarrassed.

She averted her eyes.

Luna asked, “Tyler, are you shy?”

Tyler remained silent.

Luna laughed.

When the dishes arrived, Tyler’s phone rang. He answered it, spoke a few words, and then hung up.

Luna served him some food. “Who was calling?”

“Someone wants me to go to the office,” Tyler said indifferently.

Luna frowned, “Another assignment? Didn’t we agree that you should take a vacation? It’s not time for your leave yet!”Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.

Tyler picked up a piece of food she had served him and put it in his mouth. “Don’t overthink it for now. It might not necessarily be an assignment.”

Luna said, “Your job is too tiring.”

He can’t even take a break peacefully!

“Don’t you already know the nature of my work?” he reassured Luna softly as he served her some food. “I’ll try my best to make time to be with you and our daughter.”

Luna said, “Of course, I know the nature of your work. I’m just unhappy that your injuries haven’t fully healed yet.”

She was worried about Tyler’s health.

Tyler smiled.

Luna glanced at him, “You might lose your vacation, and yet you can still smile?”

“I’m smiling because you care about me. It has nothing to do with work,” Tyler looked at her.

Luna remained silent.

She coughed lightly, “Let’s eat, let’s eat…”

After finishing their meal and leaving the restaurant, Luna went to hug Paggie in Tyler’s arms.

Tyler didn’t give Paggie to her. “I’ll take you home first, then go to the office.”

Luna asked, “Will you be late?”

“It’s not a problem,” Tyler said.

Luna said, “Actually, it’s not far from here to our home. I can walk back by myself.”

Tyler said, “I want to accompany you.”

Luna smiled gently and linked her arm with his. She felt safe beside him.

When they arrived home, Luna took Paggie from him.

Tyler kissed her forehead, “I’ll be back early.”

Luna tenderly responded, “Hmm.”

After Tyler left, while Paggie was asleep, Luna tidied up the house.

In the afternoon, when the child woke up, she changed her diaper and fed her milk.

She leaned against the bed with Paggie in her arms.

Paggie fell asleep while drinking.

Luna unbuttoned her clothes and lightly patted Paggie.

Perhaps she didn’t sleep well last night.

Now lying in bed, she felt a little drowsy.

She didn’t know how long she had been asleep.

She woke up groggily.

She saw Tyler sitting by the bedside!

She rubbed her eyes, “When did you come back?”

“Just now,” Tyler replied.

Luna got up.

“Did they assign you a task?” she asked.

Tyler answered, “No.”

“Then why did they ask you to go to the office?”

Luna got out of bed and walked to the table, pouring a glass of water to drink.

Tyler looked at her, “Guess.”
