You Are My Mr Right

Chapter 737: Being Good to Him

Luna’s expression was puzzled for a moment, “What have I hidden from you?”

“I heard that when Tyler got into trouble, you didn’t even want to have a child. Why?” Freya asked directly, staring straight at her.

Luna’s eyes lowered.

Freya continued, “Your child, is Tyler’s, right?”

It was understandable for her to be suspicious.

At that time, her decision was indeed strange.

To think that she would risk her life for Tyler.

How could she give up their child?

That just didn’t make sense.

“Never mind.” Freya didn’t want to push her further, “If you don’t want to talk about it, I won’t ask.”

“That child, is not Tyler’s, and it’s long gone.” Luna looked at Freya, “I’m telling you this, hoping you’ll keep this secret.”

Freya nodded, “Okay.”

“The child… belongs to Orion.” Luna said lightly.

When she mentioned Orion, she showed no emotional reaction.

Because she had let go.

And that’s why she was so calm.

This revelation truly surprised Freya.

Her child’s father was Orion.

She should have realized that sooner.

After all, Tyler and Luna hadn’t known each other for long.

It was impossible for Luna to get pregnant by another man in such a short time.

“Tyler, he’s a good man.” Freya said.

He really cared for Luna.

And he even accepted her child.

It showed how kind and compassionate he was.

Luna agreed.

She believed Tyler was a man worthy of a woman’s trust for a lifetime.

Luna looked at Freya, “I need to be good to him in the future.”

Freya smiled.

People like him were truly worth treasuring.

“Can I see Zane?” Freya asked.

She might not stay here for long.

Both Tyler and Luna were fine now.

So she should put her mind at ease.

She wasn’t sure if she’d have the chance to come back.

So she wanted to see Zane while she was here.

Luna helped contact Leroy, who then took Freya to see Zane.

When Freya saw Zane, she almost didn’t recognize him.

He was injured during the recent arrest, but it was nothing serious.

His face was bruised, and his forehead had a bandage on it.

He looked pale and skinny.

He was nothing like the person he used to be.

Freya’s eyes welled up.

She blamed herself for not looking for him earlier.

Maybe he wouldn’t have strayed down the wrong path.

“Sis.”

Zane, handcuffed, looked into Freya’s eyes with a glint of hope.

He seemed different from when he was first caught, filled with despair.

“Don’t be sad for me.” He smiled.

“… Is he okay?” Zane asked.

When Tyler shielded him from the bullets.

He knew he was a real man.

And he respected him for that.

Freya didn’t immediately understand who he was referring to and replied, “Mother and daughter are safe.”

Zane clarified, “Sis, I meant Officer Rehbein.”

Freya was momentarily surprised but quickly responded, “He’s okay too.”

Zane breathed a sigh of relief, “That’s good.”

He then marveled, “Luna had a daughter, that’s wonderful.”

Freya asked, “Is there anything I can do for you?”

“Sis, don’t worry about me. Luna and Officer Rehbein have fought for the maximum leniency for me. Some things, once done, must bear consequences.”

Freya looked at him.

He had matured.

Freya nodded, “I may not stay here much longer, I have to leave, so…”

“I know, you can go back with peace of mind.” Zane interrupted.

Freya lowered her head, casually brushing her hair to wipe away the tears that welled up in her eyes before saying, “I’ll come to see you when I get the chance,” and left.

Upon leaving the police station, Freya booked two tickets back to Urbora City.

Dean Herrera hadn’t returned yet, so she would go back with him.

Xander was waiting for her in Urbora City.

But before heading back, she went to see Luna again, informing her that she had to leave.

Although Luna didn’t stop her, Freya could sense that Luna knew she was keeping something to herself.
