Agatha POV

Ethan and I are currently on the sofa here in the condo. After he drove me home last night, he just slept here and didn’t go home. Maybe he’s already drowsy so he can’t drive anymore.

I woke up early to cook breakfast then when he woke up we ate together and now we are just sitting quietly while watching tv.

He immediately looked at me. “What is it? I also want to tell you something about what happened last night. ”

I was suddenly nervous because of what he said. Maybe it’s not about what Gian and Zey are saying, is it?

“What is it?” I asked him.

“You first.”

“Nah ah! You first, what do you want to say? ” I insist on him.

“I’d like to talk about last night.” he spoke directly.

“What about it?” I pretended to ask even though I was really nervous.

“You know what I mean, Agatha!” he was annoyed so I swallowed.

“You know already right? Then why are you still asking?” I said annoyed, this is so embarrassing.

“Fine! I like you, happy now? ” I confess to him because it looks like I’m not safe anymore.

“Is that how you confess your feelings to the person you like?”

“What do you want me to say? It’s already embarrassing and then you want me to repeat it?” I shouted at him.

He laughed because of what I said. He is really a jerk!

“You don’t have to be shy Agatha, you also know that I like you because I told you that I just don’t know if you believe it or not.” He said.

I was shocked by what he said. “It’s not easy to believe Ethan, you know the state of our lives is not the same. And there are many women who like you and some of them are the children of your investors. ” I honestly said.

“Isn’t it obvious or are you just numb? I want you and not them because if I had planned to look for someone else I would have done it before because that is not a difficult thing for me. ” he promised emphatically.

Suddenly I fell silent because when he suddenly confessed that he also liked me, I didn’t really know that we both felt the same way.

“Oh why are you silent?” He asked me.

“It’s just… maybe you’re just mistaken about confessing your feelings towards me.” I said.

“You think so? Do you think Agatha I would confess my feelings if I am not sure about it? Don’t you notice why until now I still don’t have a girlfriend or wife? You are the one who said that many women like me, in fact my life is fine and stable so I can have a family if I want to. ” Perhaps in its voice was frustration.

“It’s not like that, I’m just shocked by what you said. It’s really hard to believe it because you are Ethan Hernandez.” I said.

“I’ve wanted you for a long time Agatha, I just can’t tell you because I don’t want us to have more problems or you will be even more mischievous with me. I know I got you shocked by my confession so it’s okay to be if you will not believe right away, but I’m telling you the truth, I like you, I love you. ”

I couldn’t immediately respond to what he was saying, I didn’t know what I should say to him. It’s happening to us too fast now and I don’t know that he has wanted me for a long time while I try to hide my feelings because I think that he is unlikely to like me because I am not the type of woman he will love.

I also can’t get rid of my insecurities in my body, I haven’t achieved anything in life while he already has. Many women are more suitable for him to be proud of while I have not achieved anything in life, so I accepted the job given by Marcus because when it will be successful I know it is a big achievement for me.

“Don’t pressure yourself Agatha, you don’t have to answer to what I am saying. I am happy because I have finally told you what I have been hiding for a long time. ” He said seriously.

I just looked at his boss’s face with obvious pleasure there. I don’t know what I’m going to do. Don’t want to get rid of the fun posted on his face. Ethan is a treasure to me, he is my family, my savior and protector and most of all he’s the person I love the most.

I was scratching my neck because of the extreme frustration I felt. “M-my brain can’t just absorb what’s going on in our conversation today Ethan, but you already know that I like you and I’m happy because I found out that we both feel the same way.” I promise.

“You don’t have to hurry, it’s okay with me, the important thing is that you know I love you. Don’t put pressure on yourself and hopefully nothing will change in what we have now. ”

I nodded in response because I still didn’t really know how I would react, especially since he was in front of me.

“Thank you for being so understanding Ethan.” I said softly.

“Just for you I will understand everything.”

Soon he stood up. “I’m still sleepy, I’ll sleep again.” he said.

“You are not sleepy, you still have a hangover until now.” I laugh.

“It’s still the same.”

“Would you like me to male you coffee or bring you medicine? To reduce your hangover. ” I asked him.

He shook his head. “No need, I just need sleep and it will disappear later.”

“It’s up to you, rest there first. I’ll just wake you up at lunch. I’ll just make soup for you. ” I said.

He nodded at me with a smile and walked into my room.
