Zey POV

“They look so sweet right? Even if they are just talking. ” I suddenly said to my cousin Gian while looking at Ethan and Agatha.

“Maybe if you don’t know that their family has become connected, they will mistake the two as a couple.” Gian laughed.

I looked at him. “Does Ethan have a girlfriend now?” I ask.

He drank a beer first and then turned to face me. “No, but he likes someone.”

And because Gian said that I felt curious. “Do you know who?”

He smiled at me. “Why are you interested to know? What are you thinking? ” he laughed so I sprinkled water on him.

“Jerk! I’m just asking. ” I said while pouting.

“Ethan is my best friend and I will keep his secret.”

“I won’t tell others about it.” I promise.

“Even if you are my cousin, I still will not tell you.”

“It’s fine with me, You know Agatha likes someone also but she can’t say it to that person.” I said.

“Why?”

“Complicated.” my short answer.

“Who does he like? Do you know? ”

I looked at him. “And why should I tell you? ” I smiled at him.

“You’re so secretive! It’s like we’re not cousins, ” he muttered.

“You also don’t want to tell me, then you want me to tell you what I know? You think it’s fair? ” I said.

“Fine, I’ll tell you as long as you tell me too. Deal? ”

“Deal!” I answered him enthusiastically.

We barely discussed what we both knew and we were no longer shocked by the revelation. Agatha and Ethan both like each other.

“I really don’t know why they still don’t want to admit the truth to each other, it’s obvious.” I exclaimed.

“It’s not that easy. You’re the one who said it’s too complicated right now. Maybe they’re both just protecting each other. ”

“Eh, there shouldn’t be a problem and one more thing if they confess their feelings to each other  they will be able to protect each other better.” I said.

“Ethan doesn’t want to force Agatha and they might have another fight. ”

“It seems like it’s just hard because you love each other but you have to hide it.” I said softly.

“Sometimes something like that happens, there is a right time for that. Because when you insist on something, there will only be more problems. ”

I just nodded as I watched the two talking happily.

Soon after, Agatha started swimming and Gian took the wines and put them in the left side of the pool. At first, Ethan scolded Agatha for wearing her swimsuit but he can’t do anything in the end.

It was late at night and I was feeling a little drunk because we drank a lot. Soon Gian was sitting on the edge of the pool. “Oh what time is it and we’re all drunk, maybe there are people who want to admit their feelings to each other?” He said.

Agatha’s eyes widened so I couldn’t help but laugh.

“If I were you Gian, just go to sleep.” Ethan said.

“I’m just saying bro, you know if people get drunk they can easily confess their feelings to someone. Do you agree Agatha? ” he teased my best friend.

“Hey Gian!” I shouted at him and the idiot just laughed.

“What are you talking about Gian? Agatha? ” Ethan asked.

Agatha swallowed for a how many times so I approached her and put my arm around her.

“You know what Ethan, she likes you.” I said.

“Damn you Zey! Are you really my friend? ” she shouted at me and sprayed me with water so I swam away from her.

“Is it true Agatha?” Ethan asked her so she stopped splashing water on me.

“Don’t pay any attention to those two, you know they’re drunk.” Agatha replied.

“Why are you blushing best?” I tease her even more.

“Don’t worry Agatha, Ethan also likes you so quits.” Gian groaned.

They both avoided looking at each other so Gian and I laughed even more because of their reactions.

We just kept on teasing the two of them then after an hour we decided to go inside the house to change because it was too cold. I also ask our maids to prepare dinner for us.

Gian will sleep here but I don’t know if Agatha will go home or not, especially since Ethan is here.

As soon as we were both dressed, we went straight to the dining room table and started eating. My cousin and I still couldn’t stop teasing Ethan and Agatha.

After we ate we rested for a while because we were both full. “Are you still going home?” I asked Agatha.

“Of course I am.” she answered me.

“I’ll just send you to the driver, you know I can’t drive anymore. I don’t want us to get involved in an accident.” I said.

“You don’t need to worry about her, Zey, I’ll drive her home.” Ethan said.

“Perfect!” I said while clapping my hands.

I saw Agatha look at Ethan. “A-are you sure? We don’t have the same way. ” she asked Ethan.

“Yeah. I’ll drive you to your condo first before I go home, you don’t need to worry. ” Ethan replied.

“Alright it settle then, Ethan take my friend to her condo safely. “I said.

“I will Zey, don’t worry.” Ethan said seriously.

Soon, the two of them said goodbye and left so that they wouldn’t spend too much time on the road. I just kissed Agatha on the cheeks before they left.
