Chapter 16 – Lunam Lupi.
Nayssa was not surprised by Raissa being in high school. She already suspected the reason. But she didn’t understand why Thomas asked her to call Sera and Kyria.
Nayssa smiled as she remembered the redhead girl. She liked to make her nervous and watch her blush and how cute it made her.
However, Nyssa could not even think, because two alphas idiots were arguing in front of her for someone who did not care a bit about them.
Joshua and Raissa had met in the hallway and had been arguing for some time. The subject? Elisa and Thomas.
“I took care of your daughter longer than you. What are you talking about?”
“You’re not part of the great clans. Do you think you’ll ever be able to compete with me? I’m his destined alpha and you can’t change that!.”
“Silence.” – Yssa said quietly, making them both quiet at the same moment.
They both stopped arguing on the spot.
“Stop arguing about futile things. Soon, the whole school will know your secrets.” – She took a long breath. ” You.” – She looked at Joshua. “There is still much to do to get closer to Thom.”
“And you.” – Looked at Raissa. “Forget that childish passion. It will never happen.”
“Now I have more to do than waste time with the two idiots.”
She said going out towards the coffee pot. At lunchtime, for sure both would be there.
Nayssa smiled as she recognized Kyria’s red hair.
She touched her shoulder and laughed when the young woman was frightened.Material © NôvelDrama.Org.
“Forgive me. I couldn’t resist.” – She gave a smile that made Kyria blush.
Sera waved to Yssa and she waved back, passing the message from Thomas.

As they entered, Elisa was sleeping in Thomas’ bed. When he saw them, he smiled and showed an old book.
However, Sera and Kyria were busier in looking at the child in bed.
Thomas smiled and wrote, “Remember I said that not everything was bad with Joshua? That’s Elisa, my daughter.”
Sera looked at him, surprised. Kyria already knew about Elisa, but had never seen her in person.
“I need help to hide it. My mother put us in this situation.” – He wrote. ” Only when I’m not around or Raissa. Will need support.” – he said pointing to the woman in the suit who was in the room.
Sera was frightened to see her, she had not seen her arrive.
Thomas stood up and handed them a technological silver bracelet. With two buttons. One of them, when pressed, showed 4 mini maps with their names inserted. And the other, activated a signal with a flashing red light.
“I was working on it and adapted it for us. I thought about the day Sera was attacked. In this way, it will be possible for us to meet easily.” – He explained.
The girls put on the bracelets and Sera was happy to now be able to ask for help.
“But, I have something more serious to show you.” – Thomas wrote and soon after, took the old book.
He gave Kyria up and asked her to read it.
Thomas’s room was not very large, however, some chairs were useful for everyone to sit on.
Kyria then began to read aloud and slowly so that Thomas could understand and tried not to pay attention to Nayssa’s breath beside her:
“”The Goddess is the Mother of wolves. She is the creator of all wolves and has always guided her children towards love and harmony. All possessed an extraordinary power, beyond what is seen today. But this was not enough for Mother and she realized that it took two distinct poles for balance to exist. Thus, the first alpha and the first omega were created.”
And in the beginning, it worked. Harmony reigned and pairs were chosen by fate. However, there would always be those who would think themselves superior and used their power and the bond between alphas and omegas for their own use and abuse of the other.
Disappointed, Mother removed the wolves’ extreme powers, leaving them only with the ordinary. In this way, the wolves turned away from their true power and became a shadow of what they were before.
With pity for her children, she gifted some of them with true power. However, they were weak and the ego that ran in their blood prevented them from connecting with Mother. Even though she was beside them, she had been forgotten and could not be heard.
And this brought consequences for all the chosen and for their blood.”
Kyria took some time to breathe while Sera wrote:
“Your blood… Your lineage. Do you think the chosen ones are the great clans? ”
“It makes sense. It is not atoa that there is a rumor of a curse when the 5 clans unite. ” – replied Nayssa.
Sera took the opportunity to tell about the event in the secret room to the others.
Thomas was thoughtful for a few moments. If Sera’s mother had been one of the affected. The events were not as old as he thought.
And Kyria kept reading so they would try to decipher that puzzle. But there was something strange. A page missing.
So Kyria continued on the next page:
“And…” – The name was burnt.
“… did not agree with her. The wolves should regain their former power and courage through their hearts alone. Whoever did not succeed would be weak and did not deserve this power. Neither the Goddess nor the wolves. They would have their chance, but it would be his way.”
One more page was missing…
“And as an alpha, he lost himself in his own ego and power, while Mother and… ”
That word had also been burned.
“They begged that the way be another and that way was not right. But… ”
Another word burned out.
“Ignored his advice and his call and helped the “blessed” of his own way.
However, neither side had results and only the connection…”
After the last word, Kyria stopped reading. There was nothing else. Just a few words burned and pages written in a language unknown to her.
Thomas took a book and signaled, “Thank you”.
He had forgotten about Sera and took the opportunity to teach her the sign.
She smiled, thanking and then repeating the movement.
Thomas said she was a quick learner, which made her proud of herself.
Thomas put the book to bed and wrote that he would try to translate the rest until he saw a note placed under the door.
“Lord Abiyoe, I know that all are gathered in your room and so I took the chance to summon you.
I ask you to come to the school meeting room shortly after you read that note.
Signed Cordelia Dawood.”
