The Persistent CEO Wants A Baby

“Thanks for the ride, Diana.” Tihana told her friend after she got down and shut the door.

“Are you sure you’ll be fine?”

Tihana smiled and went on to appreciate Diana for caring so much about her. Truly, she doesn’t know what she could’ve done with Diana by her side.

She was always there whenever she needs her. Supporting her in every single thing and whichever way she can. It made Tihana believe that God created Diana specially for her.

Being abandoned by her family and having so one as supportive as Diana was actually something to boost for.

Tihana thought about Mr Norman, and wondered what it was she wanted to discuss with her about. When Diana had asked, she had expected that question from her almost immediately she saw her approaching them , because she’s stressed and won’t like to talk too much , she just have to end it there.

Tihana have to beg Diana to help drop Emma and her mother back to their apartment and when tho Emma’s mother never said a word, it was understandable.

She was grieving. This wasn’t the time to expect an apology from someone who just lost her husband and her source of income. it made Tihana wonder how they were going to cope with the head of the family

Emma’s Mother was a full house wife and very lazy when it comes to working, perhaps oye because she expects her husband to bring everything to her which he always those.

But things were going to change or things already changed.

“Back to earth, Tihana. Geez, I wonder what you’re thinking. You should go in now, I’ve to drive back home before it’s too late.”

“Take care Diana.”

She stood and watch Diana drive away and she face the big mansion that clearly belongs to Aiden. Sighing, she approaches it and walk in.

Opening the front door, Tihana was startled as a maid rush to her immediately, it was almost as if she was expecting her.

“What’s wrong?” Tihana asked immediately after regaining her balance.

“Welcome back home maa. I’m so glad you’re here, we were worried about what happened between you and Sir.”

Tihana stared at her in confusing. Wondering if anything had gone wrong, she haven’t actually had time to think about Aiden.

Funny enough, she doesn’t care.

“Sir Aiden have been seriously done since after you left home. Yesterday, he told us he was going to see you and will bring you back.”

Tihana didn’t hide the surprise look she has. Aiden was someone who’s too arrogant to even tell where he’s going and not to talk about telling the maids?

“Yes. We were surprised with the attitude too. But then, he came back yesterday night, very late and drunk and hadn’t come out of his look till now. He didn’t had anything too, we we’re so worried if anything was wrong with him. ”

Tihana didn’t respond as age just starts rushing upstairs. Truth is that, she actually cares about Aiden.

When she got to his door, she knocked more than twice but all she heard was.

“Please go away if you’re not my wife.”

Tihana breathed and look back to stare at the end standing at the edge and looking at her. She had this worried look on her face.

“It’s late. You should retire to bed so you’ll wake up early.”

“Thank you ma’am. Will he be okay?”.

“I’ll take care of him.” The maid bowed and left immediately.

Now left for only Tihana, age breathed and lean to the door but didn’t hear anything. She wondered if Aiden was okay. She hadn’t actually thought about him since she left to stay with Diana. Also, she’s mad at him.

“Aiden open the door. It’s Tihana.” It didn’t take up to a minute for the door to open.

Thee stood Aiden, looking all shattered and homeless. “You’re home?”

Not waiting for response, he took Tihana into his hand, hugging her like his life depended on it.

Thanks that Tihana’s belly wasn’t big, other wise she’d be hurt.

“Aiden, I’m choking. Loosen up.” Tihana complained and try to disengage from the hug.

“I’m so sorry.” He muttered and let go of her, pushing his hair backwards.

“I thought you would come back. Diana said you won’t until you give birth and will only bring the baby to Me”

Somehow, Tihana couldn’t stop herself from laughing. First, because of the look on Aiden’s face and second because of his ridiculous words.

“It’s not funny.” Aiden told him and walk back into his room, leaving the door open for her.

When Tihana was done laughing she walk in behind him. “It’s very funny. That fact that you believed her, and oh .. did you see your face?”

Aiden glared at her and cleared his throat.

“You still mad at me? Look Tihana… I’m very sorry about everything. Taking you for granted, whatsoever.. can we make things right?”

Tihana was again taking by surprise as she looks at him.

“Wow! That’s a huge surprise… You, apologizing to me? Is everything Okay?”

Truly it was a surprised. Never had age expected Aiden to ever feel sorry for the way he treated her.

“Look, I know I have been a good husband..”

“Fake husband.” Tihana interrupted and corrected him and Aiden nods.

“I’m just sorry and hope I’ll get the chance to make things right.”

Tihana chuckles. “It’s fine.”

Aiden stare at her and taking her by unaware, he hugged her again. “How’s My baby? Can I touch your belly for a minute?”

Tihana smiles at him before nodding. Age watched him kneely as he touched her tummy, and that huge smile he had on his face sent cold chill on her body.

She wasn’t sure if she had seen Aiden ever look this happy. It was just like this her little stay away almost destroyed Aiden, and she was right.

Aiden hadn’t been himself.

She had asked Wayne to help him talk to Tihana to come back home but he announced back that when he reached Diana’s apartment, it was locked and both of them aren’t in. It made him wonder if she had ran away.

He wouldn’t stand it if that had happened. Tihana had become part of him, and he wasn’t sure if he wants to let go anytime soon.

“Have you thought of a name?” Aiden said smiling, his hand still on her tummy.

Tihana chuckles and pull down her cloth forcing Aiden to remove his hand. “I don’t know the gender yet. It’s gonna be your baby afterall, so you decided after the gender reveal.”

Tihana stood up and yawn. “I’m ready to go to bed. Please clean up the room and yourself too. You look horrible, the maids are asleep and I’m tired.”

She said everything in a hurry and attempted walking out of the door. “Tihana!”

Aiden’s call stopped her. She breathed and turn to look at him, it had happened so fast and Aiden was standing just before her.

Without warning, he placed his hand on the door and above her, using the other hand to raise her chin forcing her to look at him directly in the eyes and then he finally bent down and crash his lips on hers.

It was quick cause he stopped immediately. Tihana stare at him and give a little smirk, trowing her eyes on his shoulder and bending him to her size… This time, she placed her lips on his, kissing him.
