“Do you think she’s going to be alright?” Aiden asked worriedly as he steps out of the room with Diana once confirming Tihana was asleep.

“Yeah. She’s a fighter and I’m sure she’s going to pull through. Why don’t you go to work and I’ll take care of her? I’m sure you’ve lot of things to do in your office.”

“You’re right. Please give me a call once she’s awake.” Diana nods and Aiden thanked her once again before walking out of the apartment.

Aiden got into his car and drive off. He arrived at his office twenty minutes later, he had stop by to get some of the documents he forgot in his house so it kind of delayed him.

“You came.” Wayne says immediately he sights Aiden coming into his office.

Wayne had come to work earlier, because Aiden phoned him , telling him that he had something to handle and might be late or won’t come at all.

“Yes. I managed to pull through.”

“How’s she? Diana told me what happened.”

Aiden didn’t reply immediately and first went to sit down, arranging his files.

“She’s asleep. Diana is with her, told her to give me a call once she’s up.”

“She must have went into depression.”

“No. She’ll be fine. Besides, just like Diana narrated, she had always wanted to meet her real father but she dropped in when I came into her life. I’m actually surprised she never told me any of this. Anyways, I think she might only be at shock whatsoever just because it was Mr Norman.”

“I know right?. Imagine being a sister to that Blossom of a girl. It’ll be a lot to take in.”

“Blossom isn’t actually a bad girl. She just acts bad when she’s obsessed with something and couldn’t have it.”

“Just like she was obsessed with you?” Wayne chuckles.

Aiden was about to reply when his office door barged open, revealing Trenton.. the one person that has absolutely no respect to the other’s privacy and do as he damns fit.

“Well, You won’t change will you?” Aiden questioned him, with a trace of anger in his tone, but he was holding it back.

“Not when I have lot of things to discuss with you.” Turning to Wayne.. “Leave us.”

Wayne rolled his eyes at him and just turn to look at his boss, Aiden’s order us the one he follows and not the other way round.

Aiden nods at him and he stood up, not without glaring at Trenton again before leaving the office. Shutting the door behind him.

“What do you want?”

“To ask you to amend your ways towards Blossom.”

“She ran to complain with you? You don’t seem to understand it. Your little girlfriend is taunting my life, I just made her understand that her existence is nothing to me.”

Two Days ago, Blossom had come into Aiden’s office to talk to him. She went on to tell him that she understands that this marriage is a contract. According to her words.

“I understand you Aiden. But you could’ve tell me about this and I won’t have been this hard on you. You made everything seem serious.”

“Well… Since you figured it out. This marriage might be a contract? But things change don’t they?”

“What do you mean?”

Aiden hadn’t reply to her immediately but with the look on his face, Blossom knows better.

“You love her?!”

“Now you know. I’d appreciate it if you quite making my marriage difficult. You’re beautiful Blossom, and you’ve Trenton beside you… Both of you are a perfect match. Trust me.”

“Well, I don’t want him!”

“The same way I don’t want you! Get that into your dumb skull. If you don’t want him, you can find other men who’s out there dying to have you.”

Blossom had left the office in tears and as usual, the only one she’s could talk to about it was Trenton. Main reason he added up here today.

“So.. despite the marriage being fake, you ain’t going to give her a chance?”

“My marriage with Tihana might be fake from the beginning but not anymore, not when she’s carrying my baby… And definitely not when I’m heeds over heels with her. About Blossom, there’s no room for her. They’ve never been a room for her, so you can have her. I’m sure both of you are perfect together.”

Trenton stood up in anger. It’s annoying to him that whenever he comes to talk to Aiden and of course to paint him black, he ends up being the way that was painted black and blue.

He had always come to Aiden unexpected but no matter how unexpected it was, it seems Aiden was always prepared for him and always have stuffs to tell him.

It was hard for him to accept the fact that Aiden was far better than him. Perhaps he was doing too much and need to back down.

“Well, if you don’t want her then I get to keep her. I’ll make her mine and I hope you won’t regret your actions.”

“Don’t worry Trenton. My beautiful wife is enough for me.”

Trenton was damn angry, the word Wife! How dare him?.

“Also… I heard you were once my wife’s boyfriend? Too bad you didn’t end up with her and I get to keep her. Having her all by myself. You were actually the way who came back begging in your knee, don’t worry .. I won’t do the same when you end up with Blossom.”

“Shut up!” Trenton throw his fist on the desk, making Wayne come into the office immediately, in fear if anything had happened to his boss.

He hadn’t left, he had stood outside the door. Even tho he know Trenton is no match to Aiden, he still need to play safe.

“Boss, are you okay?”

There was silence from both men. And then, without another word, Trenton left the office cursing under his breath.

Wayne watched him leave before he turns to look at Aiden.

“What was that?”

“Just a Daddy boy doing the best he can. I think he fall in love with Blossom without knowing.”

“I wonder what his reaction will be when he finds out, both you are going to marry from the sane family. Imagine him marrying Blossom and you, remarrying Tihana. A match made in heaven.”

“While you try to say too much. Remember the girl you love hadn’t given you a chance. Perhaps she’s seeing someone else.”

“Aiden!” Wayne called out in anger.. he can’t imagine having Diana go for another man.
