The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

Chapter 1802

Chapter 1802

Justin and Bella exchanged bewildered looks.

Bella pursued, "What did that guy look like? Do you still remember?"

"Absolutely," Yasmin said, her brow deeply furrowed. "He was really handsome."

Both of them were stunned. This was not the detail they had expected.

"I'm not joking. That man was really good-looking, with a face that left a strong impression at first sight."

"Anything else?" Bella asked, unwilling to give up.

Yasmin paused thoughtfully, hitting her head as she tried to imagine the man's face. "He seemed familiar like I've seen him somewhere before."

She struggled to recall more details.

Bella hurried over and gently took hold of Yasmin's wrist, whispering softly, "It's alright, no need to push yourself. If the details don't come to you, don't stress about it. Don't hurt yourself."

Yasmin looked at Bella intensely. Then, her eyes widened with realization. "Wait, I remember now. The man sort of resembled Ralph!"

Bella was momentarily startled. "Really? Then he must be quite handsome."

Justin was speechless. Was this really the time to discuss that?

Yasmin winced as she gently rested her hand on her injured leg, still shaken. "That assassin must have gone through rigorous combat training. His skills were as good as those of elite foreign mercenaries. I doubt Liam could find someone that skilled, but if he wasn't behind it, how did that man sneak Carrie into the heavily guarded Hoffman Group building and lock her in a safe house known only to Chairman Hoffman?"

Justin's eyes were dark and intense as he said, "The Hoffman family must be involved in this. Liam is one of them, and Chairman Hoffman may also be secretly pulling the strings."

Bella's eyes turned red, and she could not help but feel a chill down her spine.

Except for Ryan, the entire Hoffman family wanted to destroy Carrie. They were all her enemies.

Bella could not tell if they despised Carrie for being different, or if they could not stand seeing Ryan find happiness.

"Mr. Salvador, Ms. Thompson... I only have one request," Yasmin said, her body trembling slightly with pain as she held back tears. "Please help Mr. Hoffman and Young Madam. No matter what, don't let them be separated... Mr. Hoffman can't survive without her."

Bella hurriedly stepped forward to support her, fearing she might collapse.

Honestly, Bella never wanted to separate them either. Carrie was as important to her as her own sister, Amelia. She was heartbroken, so she couldn't help but vent her anger on Ryan. If she did not speak harshly, would Ryan realize the seriousness of the situation? If this happens again, Carrie might not survive!

"Yasmin, we'll do everything we can to convince Grandpa. But when it comes to the Hoffman family, Ryan needs to address this personally as soon as possible. This isn't just about explaining things to Carrie. It's also about giving Grandpa an explanation," Justin said earnestly.

"The only way we can persuade Grandpa is if Ryan shows genuine sincerity. Otherwise, even if we want to help, we won't know where to start."

"Thank you, Mr. Salvador," Yasmin said, her eyes full of gratitude.

"Yasmin, when you go back, look around the room carefully. If you can, try to get the man's fingerprints," Bella said. "I'll pass the fingerprints to my brother. He's a police officer, so he can ask his tech team to check if there's any information connected to this person. If that man is a professional assassin, then this isn't his first time. Crooks like him never bother cleaning up a crime scene, so his prints are probably in the system already. If we get a match, we should be able to identify him."

Bethany drove by herself to the exclusive hillside hot spring club as scheduled. Due to the club's high prices and limited membership, it typically had very few visitors.

That evening, the large main area seemed especially abandoned, with not a soul in sight.

As soon as Bethany walked through the main entrance, a person resembling a secretary approached her. "Excuse me, are you Ms. Bethany Salvador?"

"And you are...?" Bethany glanced at the person, unsure if he was connected to Zoe.

"Ms. Hoffman instructed me to show you the way. Please follow me."

After wandering for a while, Bethany was led to a door.

The secretary said before leaving, "Ms. Hoffman is inside. Please enter."

Bethany snorted coldly, thinking to herself that this girl was really over the top, making it seem as if Bethany were meeting royalty. She pushed the door open and was immediately hit by a wave of steam and

heat.

As she approached, following the sound of running water, she vaguely heard a woman's muffled moans through the slightly open door. Bethany hesitated, her heart pounding, before gently pushing the door

open...

Through the thick steam, Bethany glimpsed Zoe's bare, slender back pressed against a rock, with a man holding her waist and thrusting vigorously.

"Ah!" Bethany let out a startled gasp, her scalp prickling.

The man stiffened, halting abruptly and turning his head around.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

Bethany's eyes widened in disbelief as she recognized Jason's face.

Still catching her breath, Zoe gave a sultry smile and languidly encircled Jason's neck with her slender arms. "Don't stop... Keep going."
