“Did Doctor Emi get transferred here, honey?” asked Elena turning towards Jayden after seeing the hospital building with white and green dominating in front of her.

“We’re not going to see Doctor Emi,” Jayden said helping Elena unbuckle her seat belt. A small treatment that made a blush spread across Elena’s cheeks.

“Why don’t we see Doctor Emi? Don’t we want to consult about my pregnancy plans?” Elena’s forehead formed a fine frown. Confused. Because all this time he knew that Doctor Emi was the doctor trusted by Xavier’s family. Then why should you see another doctor?

Jayden didn’t answer right away. The man went down first and opened the door for Elena. A sweet smile appeared on Elena’s face. Really she was very happy with all of Jayden’s sweet treatment. This is the Jayden that Elena knows. The figure of a man who really loves and flatters her.

“I have a doctor I know who happens to work here. He is one of the best doctors who will help us to have children soon,” Jayden answered and somehow there was a tone of pride in it.

Jayden pulled Elena’s small hand to join his own. He stared at the woman with love. “Of course honey. You deserve the best.”

Elena was flattered by Jayden’s words. Deserved of the best? Of course, Elena deserved all this happiness after a long wait.

Both of them smiled at each other. Elena didn’t hesitate to wrap her arms around Jayden’s arm. Hanging spoiled while walking hand in hand into the hospital.

“Good afternoon. I want to see Doctor Samuel,” Jayden said kindly to the hospital receptionist.

‘Doctor Samuel?’ Elena’s mind seemed familiar with that name.

“Oh yes, in the name of Mr. Jayden?”

“Yes that’s right.”

“Doctor Samuel is already waiting for you in his room. In the third room on the right,” answered the receptionist shortly after checking the computer screen in front of her. Long ago, Jayden had made an appointment with the doctor named Samuel. Understandably, the doctor with foreign blood was quite busy, so he had to make an appointment three days before his arrival.

Jayden just followed the receptionist’s instructions. Third room to the right, Samuel’s name written on the door.

“Samuel? You mean Sam….” Elena stopped walking and looked at Jayden with a questioning face.

“Jayden!” The man’s voice was slightly shrill as soon as Jayden opened the door.

Sam gave a big laugh. “Of course I want to welcome you. When I saw the message from the receptionist that you had arrived, I was very happy,” Sam said and then invited Jayden and the beautiful woman beside him to sit. But not in the patient’s chair but instead on the black sofa in front of his desk.

“Is that true?” Jayden flirted with the man instead.

“You don’t believe me? Do I need to hug you right now?” And Sam even threatened with a more seductive face.

Oh, damn it! Jayden forgot who he was dealing with. An accomplished playboy who is not only adept at seducing a woman, even men sometimes fall to his knees before him. But, Sam doesn’t mean ‘turn’, he’s still a normal guy who likes women.

“Hey! Stop it, Sam!” Jayden said shrugging his shoulders as he looked at Sam amused. Inviting a chuckle from Elena. In fact, he had been laughing at the behavior of the two men. They do have their own way of expressing longing.

“Hi, Elena. Long time no see,” said Sam to Elena.

“Finally you greet me too,” Elena joked.

The meeting was not only a meeting between doctors and patients but also a reunion of college friends. The three of them were so immersed in the beautiful memories when they were still students. Time really flies so fast.

“Excuse me for a moment,” Jayden said as his phone vibrated. It seemed like a very important call until Jayden rushed out of the room. Sam and Elena just watched as Jayden left until his well-built body disappeared behind the door.

“Even though the meeting session hasn’t finished yet. I still have a lot to tell him,” Sam grumbled.

“You can tell me everything, Sam. It’s the same,” Elena said with a small chuckle seeing Sam’s sulky face.

“Yes, you’re right. But there are some things that only Jayden should know, Elena.”

“Why?”

“Because it’s a ‘man’s problem’. You won’t understand,” said the doctor with blond hair and green eyes in an easy tone.

“Tsk! You bastard!” Elena’s snort brought back the laughter between them.

Sam then explained some of the things that Elena had to do during this pregnancy program, while waiting for Jayden to return too. It took ten minutes for Jayden to return.

“It’s finished?” he asked. He even said that with his gaze still focused on his cellphone screen.

“Still want—”

“We can do another appointment another time, Sam. Sorry I have to get back now,” Jayden cut in quickly.

The room was silent for a few moments. Before Sam agreed to Jayden’s request with an awkward expression on his face. Felt a little awkward because he was actually the one who was very excited while Jayden looked very indifferent.

‘He actually wants to have children soon or not?’ thought Sam.

Ah, never mind. It was none of his business, the important thing was that Sam had explained everything—correct, only some—that he needed to convey to the couple. The rest depends on Elena and Jayden’s seriousness in implementing it.

“Then we’ll say goodbye, Doctor Sam. Thank you for your time,” Jayden said hugging his friend.

“Thanks, Sam,” Elena added.

“No need to thank me, it’s my job,” said Sam. “And don’t forget to come on schedule,” he continued remembering the couple.

“Sure,” Jayden replied followed by a nod of the head from Elena.

Sam chose to sit on the soft sofa earlier after Jayden and Elena left. Sam fell silent deep in thought.

At first he thought Jayden would come with his wife, Hera Altezza. Unexpectedly it was Elena he brought. Sam knows that Elena and Jayden have been dating for a long time, but Sam also knows that Jayden is married to Hera. The woman he was betrothed to. Even Sam was present at their wedding.

Sam chuckled and shook his head. Really he doesn’t understand how love works on Elena.

Yes, right. Sam thought about Elena. The man brushed his hair up and then sighed softly. He got up to return to his chair. The next patient will arrive in a few minutes.

But before the patient entered, Sam had muttered under his breath.
