“He has been very silent lately, no news has come from him or Ann, what do you think they might be planning?” Mia inquired.

“They? “I meant almost dying just for my sake… Lilian exposing Aurora came as a shock but doesn’t bother me, they are birds of the same feathers, hypocrites!” Isabelle spat.

“Politics… My father has always been a stubborn man. He was warned by several people not to engage in politics but he was adamant and I lost my mother. All my rebellious acts had been out of pain, I’ve always mourned my mom’s death, day and night… it affected me hugely… I’ve felt that he was the reason why she died and that’s why I’ve been mad”

“Ann has been an entirely different case, I see her as a nagging spirit because she’s always against me, trying to order me around, telling me what to say and do in public, so many annoying things, damn she’s always in my business, making me feel like trash and trying to dictate what a president’s daughter should be seen doing… I felt like I was being told to live another life…”

“That’s horrible dear, but you were never one to listen!” Mia joked.

“Now that you wanna sue them, what do you plan to do? I mean how will you continue your life as their properties might be confiscated?”
