Pregnant after One Night With The Vampire

Adia groaned loudly, feeling a sharp pain on her head, she managed to open her eyes slowly, scanning the room, with a blurry vision.

Everything that happened flashed in he head, as she whimpered, the man she called her husband smashed her head on the wall on her birthday.

“Miss Adia you’re awake” Monica said worriedly rushing to Adia.

“Monica” Adia muttered with a hoarse voice as her throat itched.

“Have some water” Monica offered, picking up a jug from the bed side as she filled up a cup with water.

“How long have i being out?” Adus asked, she could feel the bandage wrapped around her forehead, which hurts her alot.

“For two days now, thank God you’re fine now, should I call the master, I should let him know you’re awake” Monica said as she got ready to scramble away, but she was held back by Adia, who stopped her.

“No, don’t” the last thing Adia wanted was to see the face of that man, she just couldn’t get why someone could be so brutal, she couldn’t believe he would do that, considering the fact she was pregnant.

“He told me…”

“Don’t, am not ready to face anyone yet” Adia added, as Monica helped her to sit up on the bed.

“Is there anything you want?” Monica asked, she really felt bad for Adia, she knew she clearly didn’t deserve this kind of life, mingling with vampires, being deceived and all.

Getting mixed with vampires brought nothing but troubles to humans, vampires were vile creatures, monsters of the night, who depended on blood to survive, especially the twilight vampires, the Creators of all other vampires, they’re the worst creatures ever, heartless and inconsiderate, and Adia happens to be pregnant for one, it’s inevitable for her to survive.

“I just need a cold shower, I need to calm my head down”

” Your wounds are not healed yet, but come on I’ll help you out” Monica offered, as she led her to the bathroom.

” What happened to your hands?” Adia asked, noticing the Bandage wrapped around, Monica’s left hands.

Monica quickly retracted her hands from Adia should, stuttering on the right words to say.

What should she tell her, your husband chopped off the fingers of all his staffs, for putting you in danger.

“Just a little accident” she Managed to say, having no valid story to give.

“Are you sure you’re fine, I can take care if myself, you have some rest”

“No no, am perfectly, alright, you just recovered, do you need all the care you can get, ” Monica stated, as she continued with washing Adia up.

“Have some rest now, I’ll go make some soup for you” Monica said tucking Adia in bed,

“I’m okay, you can’t just keep treating me like a child” Adia pouted, pushing the duvet off her chest, down to her waist.

“That’s your husband’s orders, to make sure you’re fine,” Adia scoffed, immediately she heard Monica’s words, someone that almost killed her.

“I’ll come back….” Monica stopped in her tracks as if sensing someone’s presence, true to her suspicion, when she turned, Sebastian was there standing at the door post.

“Sir” she stammered, getting up on her feet, as quickly as she could with her head bowed down, while Adia frowned her face, what the hell is he doing here?, She asked.

“Leave us” cane Sebastian consise words, as Monica squired out of the room.

Sebastian locked the door behind him, as he walked into the room, while Adia buried herself under the duvet not wanting to speak with him.

“Let’s talk” he began, sitting at the bridge of the bed.

“I don’t want to speak to you, or even see your face, ” Adia uttered softly from under the bed, but he heard her quite well.

” What happened before was not meant to happen” he said softly.

” Easy for you to say, that doesn’t change the fact that you’re a monster” Adia spat shifting under the duvet, yo make herself comfortable.

“You can call me whatever you want, let me mahe it up to you” Sebastian said softly, he couldn’t believe he was saying this, he never makes things up to people, it’s either they go to hell for all he cares, but here, this silly human, is proving stubbornness right in front of him.

“There’s nothing you can do, the damage has already been done”

” Really??” He asked as his Lips pulled up with a smile that ghosted his face.

” No one would want to see me” he commented shaking his head meaningfully like an old man full of wisdom.

Everyone who knew of his true nature dreaded him like a plague, it’s only foools that stick to him, and that’s the silly female humans, with their useless obsessions.

“Thank God you know, you’re a monster”

“I didn’t expect less, now you should know that you’re meant to stay far away from me Adia” He said the last words softly, nothing good ever comes out from being with vampires, right now, they couldn’t even guarantee her life for the next seven months, she literally has less than seven months to live.

“I’ll allow you work, but only on a few conditions” he began, Adia immediately straightened up herself.

“You’ll work in my company, under me, in my office, also you’ll be allowed to leave, only with a reasonable excuse, with a curfew time of course” he stated, as Adia browsed everything in her head,

“Really!!” She exclaimed loudly, removing the duvet cover from her head, as her gaze met Sebastian’s handsome face.

“Yes” he replied.

“How do I know if you’re saying the truth, and why work under you” she pouted, replacing the smile on her face with a frown.

” I don’t go back on my words, and you’re working under me cause that’s the best option, you’re pregnant” he explained, cursing under his breath, he never explains himself to anyone.

” You almost killed me” she uttered, throwing daggers at him.

“I apologize for that, and I’ll make it up to you” he said, this woman is just making fo lots of things he’s never done before, he never apologizes to anyone.

“Ok then, but know this, Sebastian Hunters, you owe me a favor, and you’ll repay for it someday, I forgive you”

“You’ll begin working once you’re fully recovered, I guess am done here” Sebastian said making his way to leave, but was stopped by Adia.

“Wait” she said holding him by his forearm,

“What is it that you….” Sebastian was interuptted by a hug from Adia, who whispered in his ears softly,

“I promise you this today Sebastian Hunters, I Adia Hunters, your lawfully wedded wife will bring out the good in you, and show you that you’re not incapable of loving someone” she whispered in his ears, loud enough for him to hear, as Sebastian stilled by her words.
