NOT HEALING
Sebastian growled in anger as he continuously smashed Kate’s head of a tree bark, blood sprawling all over the place.
The state Adia was in now really broke his heart, and each time he saw her, he got even more angry, she looked weak and pale,
Has Kate been draining the off blood, Sebastian face wore a terrified look as he increased the pressure he used in smashing her head against the tree, as the tree broke into two, the upper side collapsing on the floor,
He flashed to the next tree, repeating the same thing, he’d gonna drain her off blood till she becomes dessicated.
She must have probably been trying to compel Adia, and when the compulsion did not work, she resorted to getting the ginger water water off Adia’s system, and there’s no fucking thing there, she’s been doing all that for nothing.
He has never fed Adia with ginger water so she can resist compulsion, he never saw the news for that, the truth is that Adia can’t be compelled for some strange reasons.
“How dare you?” His voice thundered, as Kate began laughing like a person who has lost her mind.
“So you do love her right?, You would never come running for me like an enraged bull” Kate snickered still laughing historically,
” I will never, I only come running to kill you over and over again, to show how much I detests you,” Sebastian breathed out, running slaps continuously across her face.
“Why can’t you love me Sebastian, my heart, my body, yearns for you, i love you” Kate proposed as tears flowed down her cheeks,
So she can cry huhhh, Sebastian scoffed, eyeing her in disgust.
“It’s all nothing but obsession Kate, you can never hurt the person you love, and you’ve hurt me more than once, the first you took Aisling away, and now this,” he phrased, pointing at Adia who rested on the tree weakly,
” But guess what Kate, I’ll not let history repeat itself, just Know you can never hurt Adia ever again, I’ll always be there to protect her” Sebastian added, still slapping her across her face, the moment her wounds healed up, he reopened them with a new round of slaps.
” Just accept my love, Sebastian, I will go anything for you” Kate pleaded,
” Never” Sebastian grunted throwing her carelessly on the floor, he wished he could just end her life right now, but that will only result in a feud between the provinces of Britaris, because Kate is one of the elites, a Montenero.
” I promise, the next time you ever lay a finger on Adia, I’ll kill you with my bare hands, damn the consequences, Arion” he called, as Arion who’s been standing on top of a tree jumped down,
“Do to her as you wish, I’ll take Adia out of here” Sebastian said as Arion broke into a wide smile.
” With pleasure” he smirked as he held Kate roughly, torturing people is his best thing and he’d be more than honored to do that to Kate,
” Come here, I brought a little gift,” he said, bringing out a small vial from his back pocket, he came really prepared for this.
Picking up the ropes Kate used to tie Adia, as he poured the liquid out from the vial into the ropes, the vial contained ginger water.
Carefully and steadily, he tied the rope around Kate’s ankle as she screamed in pain.
Other than the fact that Ginger water helped humans resist compulsion, it also served as vampires weaknesses, it tends to burn them a lot, it was like torture for any vampire who came in contact with it.
Arion couldn’t help but smile widely, seeing Kate scream out,

“Seb….” Adia gasped weakly in relief the moment their eyes met.
“You came,” she whispered as her head landed on Sebastian’s chest effortlessly.
” I’ll always come, did you think I’d leave you to suffer, you don’t deserve that Adia, ” he whispered back to her ears, stroking her back softly.
“Here,” he muttered to her sinking his fangs into his wrists to make an injury as blood flowed from it,
“Drink,” he said, placing his wrist on her mouth.
“What’s this?” Adia asked in soft tones,
“My blood, it’ll heal you” he said,
“So you’re really a vampire,” Adia chuckled as she lifted her head slowly, looking him straight in the eyes as she cried,
“Why??”
“I’ll explain all this to you later, but first, your life matters a lot, drink” he said, placing his wrist back on her mouth, as she slipped from it slowly, as she twisted her face in disgust.
” How do you feel?” Sebastian asked anxiously holding her by her shoulders,
” I feel, I feel, goo… bad..” In the next second Adia started throwing up blood, all the blood she ingested, even some of her own.
“Adia, Adia” Sebastian called out as he shook her violently, she was so weightless, almost like a piece of paper, Kate must suffer dearly for this.
“Adia!!” He exclaimed in horror as she continued vomiting the blood out, everywhere now reeked of nothing but the smell of blood, he and Adia were already covered in blood, but that was not his problem now, why is Adia not healing.
Vampire blood serves as a healing potion to humans, it can heal any form of injury within seconds.
But why was Adia’s body rejecting it, because the injuries were still visible on her body, first was the compulsion, now it’s this, her body’s not accepting vampire blood.
“Seb, please save my child” Adia begged as she felt life slowly leaving her.
“Please..” she cried, losing her consciousness slowly.
“Adia,” Sebastian called, shaking her, but it seemed she was no longer conscious.
He moved his hands to her heart, trying to feel her pulse. Her heart was still beating, but slowly and weakly, there’s still a chance to save her.
He bundled her up in his arms, leaping away as fast as he could.
