Adia groaned loudly, as the rays of the sun hit her eyes, as she wondered who was Disturbing her peaceful sleep.

“Morning miss Adia” Monica’s cheerful voice greeted as she removed the shutters.

“Morning, ” Adia yawned loudly, sitting up from the bed, with ruffled hair. She had such a good sleep last night, and can only wish it lasted longer.

“Seems like you had a great sleep” commented Monica, seeing her reluctance to get up from the bed.

“Yes, which you clearly disturbed” Adia responded as they both chuckled sheepishly.

“Well I have some good news” informed Monica with a wide smile on her face.

“Which is?” Adia queried, picking up a glass of water from the Bedside as she drank from it.

“Master Sebastian, just arrived last night” she broke out happily, as Adia suddenly spat out the water she was drinking.

“Say what now!!” Adia exclaimed in shock, why is he back so soon, she couldn’t help but ask.

“Your husband’s back and master Ace, said to give you this” Monica said, handing over a letter to Adia, as she read it out.

“Oh geez, I totally forgot!” Squealed Adia in shock.

Her birthday is tomorrow, and she has not even planned for it. According to the letter Ace sent, he’ll not be back till tomorrow, so she’ll have to look for help elsewhere.

“Well happy birthday in advance miss, we’re gonna throw a party right, can’t believe, you and the master are birthday mates”

“Luckily, you have me, since you’re not allowed to leave, I can help you get anything you need,” volunteered Monica, who was more than willing to help.

” Look, I’ll need your help, but first, I’ll need to talk to a certain someone, no offense though, where’s my husband study located?” Asked Adia, she’s never gone to his study, in fact she has never stepped foot, on his floor, which is the last floor, and she does not intend to do so, but seems like she’s gonna need a little favor from him.

” The last floor, the last room on the right wing”

” Thanks, I’ll be back” and with that, Adia stormed out of the room with a flash.

Monica was walking along the corridors, when someone dragged her into a room forcefully.

“You fool” cursed Monique with anger blazing in her eyes, as she slammed her sister on the wall.

“What was that for?” Asked Monica, rubbing her aching elbow softly, which her sister has grabbed with force.

“You’re just a fool, how dare you help my enemy”

“And who’s your enemy here?”

“You know, I’ve been working on how to throw Adia, out of this house and here, you’re helping her getting closer to Master Sebastian” spat Monique angrily.

“I thought, we’ve gotten over with this”

“No we’re fucking not, at least not until Adia is out of the way”

“The master will never notice you” deadpanned Monica, as she couldn’t fathom where her sister’s obsession was coming from.

“Of course he will, I’ll see to that, and that is when Adia is out of the way” Swore Monique.

“We’ve been in this house since we were five, up until now, even before Adia came, he never noticed you, I’m sure you know the kind of person the master is?” Asked Monica.

“He’s cold and aloof, look, that’s what I love about him and don’t forget he hates betrayals, that’s exactly what Adia’s gonna do to him, look, I had someone follow her trail, and she’s been seeing some guy, probably that baby is not for the master” reasoned Monique, she really hated Adia, as she feels she came to steal everything from her.

” You’re just a common maid” reminded Monica, hoping her sister would know where she stands.

” I Know”

” The master hates betrayals, and you’re doing something like this”

” It’s called love, besides who’s gonna tell him, I’m your sister, so you’re gonna stand by me, and tell no one” Warned Monique, she’s going to go to any lengths to get what she wants.

” I’m never gonna be a part of this”

” Yes you’re, and you need to stop Adia from throwing that party,”

” You’re such a dick” cursed Monica, staring at her sister in disgust.

” I’m out of here” added Monica, leaving her vile sister alone.

“Fuck you, I don’t need you anyways, infact let Adia celebrate the master’s birthday, I just remembered, how much he hates birthdays, he’s only gonna squeeze life out of her, if she mentions anything like that and I have a little plan, to add fuel to the fire” said Monique, as she laughed out sadonically, as her lips curved up in an evil smile.

Adia was walking briskly to Sebastian’s study room, when she saw Samantha, who was obviously heading there, with a cup of coffee, she smiled widely, as an idea occurred to her.

“Samantha” she called out, as Samantha stopped in her tracks.

“Miss Adia, is there anything you need?”

“Actually yes, you’re heading to my husband’s study right?” Asked Adia, stating the obvious, as Sebastian is the only one that lives on the last floor.

“Yes ma’am”

“Great, I’ll take it from her, I’ll serve him coffee myself” offered Adia, who was seeing this as a good leverage, to meet with Sebastian, who she couldn’t understand, why he came back so soon, all she wanted was for him to stay longer in his trip.

But luckily there’s something she needs from him, so it’s actually a good thing he came back, but she hopes he leaves after the birthday.

“Ok ma’am” Samantha obliged, seeing no reason to argue with the young miss, since it’ll even be better to get them closer, this way.

“Thank you” muttered Adia, collecting the tray from her, before heading to Sebastian’s room, taking in deep breaths, she’s probably going to face the person she’s supposed to hate, who’s strangely the father of her unborn baby.
