“I’m letting you go, Adia , because I don’t want you to get hurt,” he said again, as Adia turned to face him, as she walked close to him.
“And how are you hurting me, you sending me away is hurting…” She said, feeling pained, if she’s to survive this, she’ll definitely have nothing to say if he decides to send her away, she signed a contract, and he paid her for this, that’s why her little sister is still alive.
“You staying with vampires will only hurt you further..” he said softly,
“Look at you now, look at you now, ever since you came into my life, it’s always one problem after the other, you’ve never had a moment of peace, and we’re not even certain if you’re even going to live..” he voiced out, she’s a human and she’ll never be able to cope with vampires.
“Who told you so Seb?” Questioned Adia, as she went ahead to hold his hands.
“I have a family here Seb, britaris have become my home, I’ve become too attached to you all, your mother, your brothers, Monica, Evans, you all have made me know what a real family feels like, I know we started on a rough path, but all is well now…”
“Sending me away will only hurt me more than ever, I want to stay Seb, please say yes, take this as my last wish..” she pleaded with teary eyes.
“Let’s tend to your wounds…” he said, pushing the matter at hand aside, he didn’t want to talk about it.
“No….” She snapped her hands away from his ” he’s doing it again, trying to avoid giving her an answer, she’s not going to back down today, and must get an answer from him.
“Come on Adia…” he said softly, holding her hands.
“No..”
“You have to answer me Seb, we must finalize this right here and right now..” she stated with her eyes, already made up, fuck the damn injury, that’s not her problem,
“Alright we’ll talk once we take care of this…” he proposed,
“No…” she refused, he might change his mind saying something came up.
“I promise, I’ll give you an answer, after we take care of this..” he referred to her injury, as Adia pursed her lips, one thing she has come to understand about Sebastian is that he always keeps to his words, so she’ll trust him on this.
“You promised…” she muttered walking towards the House.

Sebastian tended to Adia wounds, as he wrapped a bandage over it.
“Now give me a very tangible reason on why you’re doing all these?” She questioned immediately he was done tending to her wounds.
“Because I want to protect you…” she said out,
“You’re hurting me by doing that, not protecting me..” she corrected.
“You still don’t get what I’m trying to say Adia..” he began, probably he’ll remain in britaris for a longer time, he can’t possibly keep her here with him for such a long time.
“Then make me understand, give me a very valid point so I’ll understand..” she pointed out, he just keeps beating around the bush.
“Look at you now, look how much you’ve suffered just because of us vampires, I don’t want anything harmful to happen to you again..”
“Oh my gosh Seb..” Adia groaned as she reached out to hug him.
“No harm is going to come to me, and I’m sure you’ll Always be there to protect me, I already have a family with you guys, so please..” she snuggled herself in his arms, inhaling his calming scent.
“I love you Seb….” She whispered lovingly.
“Please don’t let me go..” she whimpered, she loves him too much, that she doesn’t know if she’ll be able to live without Seb, she can’t let him go, he was her perfect addiction.
“And I…” just before Adia was to utter another word, Sebastian had pulled her close and kissed her.
The kiss started off slow, as they poured all of their emotions into it, they expressed their love to each other through the kiss.
Adia let herself be devoured by Seb for a few seconds before she tried to take reins to kiss him, to cherish and love him back just as he deserved to be.
They both battled each other with their lips and tongue, relishing on the good moments.
“Adia..” Seb as he broke he broke away from the kiss.
He held up her hands planting a kiss on her knuckles.
“I’m going to protect you Adia…” he promised, as he circled his hands around her waist, yes, he was going to protect her and let no harm come to her, she deserved to be protected by him, just the same way he was going to make sure she lives after her delivery.
“I know Seb, you’ve always done that, so please stay with me, let’s remain married…” she said in a pleading tone, she just wanted him to say yes to her, that’s the only way she’s going to be happy.
“Let’s not break our marriage, let’s raise our kids together, if I get to live..” she begged, her head on his chest.
“You’ll get to live Adia…” he assured, there’s no possible way he’s ever going to allow her to die, she didn’t deserve any of that.
