Mistake with the Alpha

Sally's POV

Everyone was meeting about Luna's safe delivery but then I had a vision. I had a vision that there was a great war and everyone died. Not even a single wound was remaining. This vision was so scary that I ran to my room. I then called out Viviana. "Luna, I just saw a vision of a great war coming. It was quite scary" I said to her.

"Yes and it's very close. As close as you two lips together" she replied.

This got me more scared.

"What then are we going to do? Will we all die?" I asked.

I was already trembling. I didn't know I'd still have to see such a word in my life.

"As long as your Luna is out of their reach, none of them would conquer" she replied.

So all we have to do is keep Sam safe. I ran back to the pack house. I called Alvin, Ethan, Drey and even Jaylen's mother Cleo to a quick meeting.

"Why do I always have to attend your meetings? I'm not part of you pack members" Drey complained.

I've known Drey to be a man with a good heart. No matter what he says, he's still going to her.

"Don't be a complainer, be honoured" Alvin said to him.

Drey frowned. "What is there to be honoured about? For every meeting Sally calls, there's always trouble" he hissed.

"Just concentrate," Ethan said to him.

I shook my head at the very naughty Alpha before I got serious.

"War is coming and it is very close," I said.

"What did I say?" Drey said.

"Drey" Ethan and Alvin called.

"War is coming?" Cleo asked me.

She looked quite scared.

"I saw a vision of war happening and things getting really bad but then the one I consulted said that it wouldn't go bad if she made sure to protect Luna. Once they don't get their hands on Luna, they'll never win" I said to them. "They are coming for Sam?" Cleo asked.

"Yes. She's their main target" I replied.

"Why?" Scared Cleo asked.

"Because she's a blue wolf and they are coming for her heart. Because anyone that eats the blue wolf's heart will rule the universe" Drey replied casually.

Ethan and Alvin looked at him shocked.

"You knew?"

"You knew?"

The two voices echoed in the room.

"I'm not as ignorant as you are," Drey said nonchalantly.

Alvin and Ethan glared at him. He then gave them a mocking look.

"Shouldn't we be telling the alpha this?" Cleo asked.

I shook my head.

"The Alpha is in his happiest mood. He is enjoying it for now. That's why I called this meeting. I want us to create a strong defence that even if war comes today, we'll be so ready for it".

"Don't worry about our warriors. I'll be able to mobilise them. They've been training for a long long time now so they should be ready" Alvin said.

"I'm the protector of Luna, I'll stick by her side," Ethan said.

"What should I do?" Cleo asked.

"Stay with Luna too," Alvin said.

"Ok" Cleo nodded.

"Drey, can you help us in talking to your fellow lycans to join us in this war?" I asked him.

Drey raised his brow. "I'm just an Alpha blood. Even if I want to help mobilise people, it'll be just my own people. I don't have the power to tell others what to do. I'm not a lycan King, nor am I the Prince," he replied.

There was much sincerity in his voice. We know that's the truth. Lycans have stricter rules than normal werewolves, but then we needed their help.

"But can you help us talk to your Prince?" Ethan asked.

"Talking to Prince Brock isn't the issue. But accepting him is the issue. Prince Brock would want your Alpha to ask him for help by himself" he replied.

That I don't think Jaylen would want to do. Him and the lycan Prince always have something to argue about. They don't seem to like each other.

"But then they don't seem to like each other," I reminded Drey.

Drey chuckled at my words. I didn't know what was funny but then I didn't say anything to that end.

"If prince Brock doesn't like your Alpha, he wouldn't come here at all. He has always held your Alpha to high esteem but then your Alpha is too arrogant to deal with".

Alvin and Ethan growled at him for insulting their Alpha. That's normal. They are both the Beta and Gemma.

We made sure to pester Drey into accepting to speak with the lycan Prince. He said he didn't promise any positive outcome but then we know he'll try his best. After the meeting everybody got to work. They all told me that I must let the Alpha be aware of my vision so I went straight for his office.

When I got to his office, he wasn't there. Then I knew he'll surely be with his wife and pup. I went to their room and I was right.

"Alpha" I called from behind the doors.

"Come in, Sally," he said.

I opened the door and I saw Sam's face looking at me with a big smile. She wouldn't stop thanking me for the help I've rendered to her. I was glad I did it because it was all worth it. "Alpha, Luna" I bowed.

"C'mon Sally cut the politeness. I'm like a daughter to you. Don't make me feel like a stranger" Sam said with a smile.

I smiled back at her.

"You are now Luna now. I can't be rude to you" I replied.

Sam shook her head. So that she wouldn't continue to complain about my politeness, I turned to the Alpha.

"Alpha, there's something important I have to say to you".
