Caught Between The twin CEO

Chapter 99

They had to use one of the models from Sophie’s industry to be the face of the massage chair and to say some impactful words about it.

As Sydney came she saw Sophie looking confused at an outlet of paper before her.

“What seems to bother you?” she asked while taking a sit.

“This other company wants to use the model you guys have chosen and this is confusing because they are paying hugely for it too” she explained.

“You don’t say, what and why would they choose someone who has already been chosen by us, two rival companies can’t have the same face for advertisement” Sydney resonates.

“Don’t worry, they won’t, I love your proposal and I am choosing you over them, there is a lot more to me than money and having to see how interested they seem to be gunning at this I know they are fighting you and your company but will decline” Sophie explained to her.

“Sophie you don’t know how much that means to me, I had somehow thought you wanted to choose them over the white company,” Sydney said.

Sydney, and Sophie, began to discuss the product launch of their new massage chair.

During the conversation, they talked about the model’s behaviour when holding and using the product and how it should be displayed in advertising.

Sydney emphasized the importance of demonstrating the proper use of the massage chair in advertisements to showcase its full potential.

She suggested that the model should sit upright and relax their shoulders as they lean back into the chair.

Additionally, they should press the proper buttons and adjust the settings to personalize their massage experience.

Sophie agreed with Sydney’s suggestions and added that the model should convey a sense of calm and relaxation, creating an aspirational element in the advertisement.

She emphasized that the model’s movements and facial expressions should reflect the comfort and enjoyment of the massage chair experience.

Overall, the discussion was fruitful, and Sydney and Sophie came to a consensus on the best approach to displaying the product in advertisements.

A black American model was chosen for the advert.

The young woman was in her early twenties and she looked radiant and was kind too.

She was introduced to Sydney who smiled at her and they did their introductions.

After Sydney informed the production team that they finally have a model for the product, they decided to adopt several positive changes in the production process.

First of all, they tightened their quality control measures to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards.

This included implementing regular quality checks throughout the production process, as well as using better-quality raw materials and components.

Secondly, they decided to streamline their manufacturing process to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

This included implementing better production planning and scheduling, as well as training staff in lean manufacturing techniques to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

“Hey Sydney, we need to talk” Jaxton stopped her.

“Can we push that till later, right now I need to do something with my team?” she asked him calmly but he wasn’t having it.

It was as though he had been drinking too.

“I said we need to talk” he pulled her by one arm and she flinched in pain.

“Let go of my arm Jaxton, this is a work milieu” she reminded him calmly.

“What did you say? Does that mean you value your job more than you value our relationship, ?” Jaxton asked her.

“No I didn’t mean it that way, what I am trying to say is, we could discuss us and our personal affairs outside of the office we don’t always have to rub our dirty linens in public,” she said calmly still because she had noticed a few colleagues pass by and some giving her uncomfortable looks.

“Oh, you want to go in there for my brother to have a look at you before you come to me?”.

With that being said she landed a hand on his face.

” Never you insinuate that to me in your life ever again, how dare you,” she said this time her voice a little louder. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

“You when went as far as hitting me, I bet Paxton must me so much good and better than I am,” he said with a laugh.

Those who stood to watch the alteration were threatened by Jaxton who said he was going to give them a suspension or a query or whatever he could muster at that moment if they didn’t leave the scene.

There were low whispers and Sydney left the spot not caring if they had seen her slapping him or not.

She felt bad but he had pushed her to the curb and she had reacted on impulse.

He always wanted things to be done his way and never consider g that she was also human and had feelings.

He was just selfish thinking of himself all the time when he could just call her later and they could have a peaceful conversation.

Finally, after Sydney had an unflattering encounter with Jaxton at the office, which left her questioning their romantic relationship, the production team decided to adopt a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.

This involved implementing a code of conduct that prioritized mutual respect and professional behaviour, as well as offering training on diversity and inclusion to all staff members.

Overall, these positive changes helped the production team to improve their efficiency towards the work at hand.

Sydney didn’t want to start second-guessing their relationship because something was going wrong and if she didn’t stop it now he was going to do more than just yank her arm.

Jaxton left the building after his little alteration with Sydney.

One could say Jaxton had become obsessed with her and that at everyone he wanted her by his side and that was becoming unhealthy and was not seeing it that way.

It was either one thing or another.
