“I don’t fucking care about you Kate. You are nothing but a fucking whore. You let this dick fight me? You must be sick.” he growled in anger.

“It’s not my fault that you aren’t listening. You started all this. Okay, how about you go and come back later? You need to breathe. Same as me!”

“I won’t fucking leave here until I am done with this fool.” she said and tried to pounce on Cass but ended up falling hard on the floor.”

The drama looked so unreal for Kate because what the fuck??!!!

She was so sure that this was caused by Thomas. He must have said a lot to Liam.

But she was innocent.

She did nothing and wished he could understand her point.

“I really don’t know what you take me for, but I am not as cheap as you think Liam. He was just here yesterday, what makes you think something must have gone wrong?” she asked innocently.

“That’s because I know you. We didn’t see past the second day I met you without passing through a hot sex or have you forgotten? So it’s very possible that you could have repeated the same shit with this nigga.” he spat.

Kate froze.

She became speechless.

“What makes you think I would do such? Our was because I was attracted. Whenever I come close to you, I get so attracted that I want you inside me, but I didn’t understand why. I guess I was in love with you that’s why, but how could you blame me?” she said, almost in tears.

Laughing, “well that’s because I made you sniff a substance unconsc….” he said and quickly paused after realizing his mistake.

The whole room fell into a deep silence. A single pin dropped at that point could be heard very clearly.

Kate stomach dropped as she felt dizzy at the same time.

What the hell did she just hear?

She tried to explained to herself that she had misheard his sentence.

Tears rolled out her eyes effortlessly, with her heart aching profusely.

She felt like her world was gone.

It was one thing to be involved in drugs, and it was another thing to use it against her like how could he dare do that to her? She thought.

Cass quickly got his emotions in check as he quickly held her to prevent her from losing her balance.

In a second thought, Kate looked up and was looking so strong and unfazed.

This look alone stunned Liam as he tried to say something but was quickly stopped by her as she raised her palm, shutting him up.

“You have done what feels right by you, but it’s a shame to you because look at me. I am strong and I don’t care, but I am grateful that you personally confessed to your doings. Now I know the answers to my questions…”

“You caused all these Kate, we can make up. Let’s just forget about the past and move on. This dick right here is too small of a reason to end our love.” he said as he stuttered in frustration, causing him to furrow his brows.

Everything was like a joke to her.

“Let’s forget about everything. I forgive you. Let’s move on.”

“No way liam! How could you dare? You are my biggest mistake ever and I regret having something with you. After everything Liam, this is how you choose to treat me.”

“Keep shut Liam. You are a beast. So all this while, you had me doing those things? How despicable! This relationship is over! You can go to hell!” she said and walked into the room in tears.

Cass had already lost his patience long time ago, so he pushed stunned Liam out of the house and locked the door before going into the room to console Kate.

It would be so difficult for her because by the time he entered inside, she had already locked the door.

Cass had no choice but to squat at the door as he begged her to open the door for him to come in.

Liam ego was hurt so badly as he had reached home. He angrily flipped almost everything in his living area.

The audacity to actually breakup with him! He thought.

In truth, no one had ever broken up with him.

He had always been the one to break up with a girl, but look, she actually did and in his presence.

On the other side in Anita’s apartment.

Kate’s heart was boiling in anger as she swore to make Liam face the law for putting in illegal substance in her food and drink and for making her sniff in illegal substance unconsciously.

But on a second thought, she didn’t know how she would do it. She had no evidence of him admitting to it and she doesn’t want to get him into trouble.

“What will I do?” she whispered in tears and fell asleep.

Cass knew she had fallen asleep when he didn’t hear anything from her again. He then went to prepare to cook her a good dinner before she would wake up.

Anita couldn’t believe that there would be a point in her life when she would never be able to eat even when she would be hungry. It was such a shame that she was been treated like this by her fellow human but there was a question in her mind.

Why was Thomas yet to find her? There is no hidden place in New York City as anything and anyone could be found anywhere else he has a hand in this. That’s with the help of the strong security the state provided it citizens with.
