Chapter 238 Expelled From School

Amanda Zhang had a lot of complications at the time of Amy's birth. As a result, Bob Qi went out of his

way to spoil Amy.

"Promise me; you won't make the same mistake." Bob Qi looked into Amy's eyes as he asked.

Amy stood up and shook Bob's arm affectionately, and said "Father, I'm truly sorry for what I have

done. Please forgive me! I've come all the way to spend this festive season together. What happened

in the past was all my fault."

"I don't want this repeated. Alright?"

"With the long trip, you must be hungry. The dinner is ready. Welcome home! Come eat with me."

Amy had frequently been meeting up with her friend, Sarah Shen back in the UK. Sarah would update

her on events back home in SH. Amy had never really gotten over Charles. She would think of him all

"How are you getting on with your studies? Have you been doing well?"

Amanda Zhang enquired enthusiastically, while going in for a second filling. Amy's already sunken face

went pale.

"My course is going well and I have got good grades. Don't worry, I will not fail." Amy's expressions

suddenly went dull, but she managed to smile at her mother.

"That's good. The school is an exceptional one. You must put in the extra time and effort now. You only

have a year and a half left before you graduate. After that, I'm sure you will find a suitable position in

your father's company."

Hearing her mother go on about her grades and graduating, Amy got a little skittish; for she was asked

to leave school.

And she had no courage to tell her parents.

She wasn't ready to tell them as yet.

Bob Qi went through a lot of trouble and spent a huge sum of money to send Amy in such a prestigious

establishment. Amy, on the other hand, did not even live up to her own expectations and dropped out.

"You've been away for a long time. What would you like to do after lunch? Would you like to rest for a

bit or go shopping? Amanda Zhang asked with excitement.

"Neither mom! I thought of visiting Voilet at Mu villa. I've brought back a lot of gifts for her." Amy said.

With a very concerned and worried look, Bob asked, "Amy, are you going to see Young Master Mu?

Why can't you forget him? He is engaged to be married soon. Do you want to become his mistress?"
