Luna replied, “He has work matters to attend to.”

She gestured for them to come in.

Then hesitated, “Am I letting you in too easily like this…?”

“This is easy to explain, I just barged in,” Freya joked.

Luna nodded, “The fresh air outside is nice, wait for me for a moment.”

Quickly, Luna arrived at Star’s room.

She checked Star’s diaper for any mess and made sure she wasn’t uncomfortable or hungry, so she wouldn’t cry.

Seeing that Star wasn’t hungry or uncomfortable, Luna cradled her and gently rocked her.

With Luna’s embrace, Star gradually stopped crying and started whimpering.

Slowly, the crying ceased.

After calming Star down, she smiled and said, “Let’s chat in the front garden.”

Luna, with Star comfortably resting on her shoulder, headed to the garden.

As she was speaking, the doorbell rang again.

This time Luna knew it was Vivian.

“Kelsey Silverton, this is the document the manager requested.”

There was nothing inappropriate, Vivian just handed her the documents.

Luna took them and prepared to close the door.

“Wait, wait, wait!”

Vivian’s foot got stuck in the door, but she managed to push her way in with a large bag in hand.

“Didn’t Mr. Russo mention that I came to help? Can I stay here?”

Luna didn’t know how to respond, so she asked Orion.

Orion expected Luna to refuse on her own.
