Sacha smiled and asked, “What is it?”

She was filled with anticipation.

Freya replied, “You will see it when you enter the wedding room.”

Kai, curious as well, tugged at Freya’s dress. “Mom, what gift?”

Freya playfully pinched his nose. “You, little one, need not know too much. Mom will take you to enjoy some delicious food.”

The joyous banquet was about to commence.

“Sacha, are you hungry? Let me prepare some food for you,” Freya inquired.

Sacha answered, “I’m not hungry yet.”

Freya chuckled, “Then Kai and I will go ahead.”

Sacha nodded, “We’ll see you later.”

During the banquet, Freya did not see Elijah. It was from Linda that she learned he had been called away by Eric.

She hugged Morton close.

Morton, in his mischievous ways, babbled on unintelligibly.

Freya kissed his tiny hand and urged, “Be a good boy.”

“Now is when Morton is the most mischievous. Hand him over to me, and you go eat,” Linda extended her hand.

When the bride and groom made their toasts, Freya finally saw Elijah, but he was with someone else, so she did not approach.

Even though she had come to attend Evan and Sacha’s wedding, she had spent the whole day here as a guest.

In the evening, Orion insisted on going to see the bride
