Orion did not want to see Elijah like this.

He used to be such a proud man.

A master strategist in his career.

Now, unable to see with his eyes, and unable to even accurately pick up the phone in his hand.

He didn’t dare to ask Elijah about his eyes.

He just signaled to Freya.

The town was quite quiet.

They got a room, and Freya helped Elijah into the room.

The room was small but very clean.

There was hot water in the bathroom too!

She lightly kissed his lips, “I will cure you.”

She said, “When we get back, I will find the best eye doctor for you.”

Elijah said, “Okay.”

Freya teased him, “You should be grateful. If you were alright, how could I possibly be serving you a bath? You should be happy.”

While she was unbuckling his belt, Elijah caught her waist.

Her delicate body bumped into his embrace.

Elijah asked, “Do you miss me?”
