You Are My Mr Right

The picture opened.

No, to be precise, it was a photograph!

Evan and Xander both leaned in to look.

“Mr. Silverton.”

Xander said.

Freya stared at the photo but did not move.

She had been with Elijah for a long time.

They shared a bed.

She knew his body better than anyone.

The man in the photo was about the same height, with a similar build.

But it was just similar!

She was sure it was not Elijah.

Then another message came in.

“I gave you Elijah’s photo, do you believe it now?”

Freya quickly replied, “This is definitely not Elijah!”

Seeing this message, Xander was puzzled.

“Madam, isn’t this Mr. Silverton?”

Freya replied decisively, “No.”

“How can you be sure? His body and clothes look just like Mr. Silverton’s, and his head is covered with black cloth, you can’t see it. You can’t say it’s not him!”

Freya looked up at him.

“Do you know why his face is not shown in the photo?”

Orion and Evan understood, but Xander was a little slow.

“Why?” he asked.

So they only took a picture of a man who looked similar in stature to Elijah, to make Freya think this man was Elijah.

Then he threatened Freya, making her agree to his demands.

But Aldrich Marsh underestimated Freya.

She knew her own man.

She could still recognize him.

Fake was fake.

They were probably astonished on their end as well by Freya’s firmness!

For a moment, they didn’t know how to negotiate.

Freya looked at them and said, “If you were not sure before whether Elijah was in his hands, now you can be sure that Elijah is definitely not in his hands. If he had him, he would have sent Elijah’s photo long ago.”

Xander belatedly agreed, “Right, if Mr. Silverton was in his hands, he wouldn’t have found someone to impersonate him.”

“So, where did Mr. Silverton go?” Xander asked.

Freya remained silent.

Evan and Orion were also quiet.

Nobody knew where Elijah had gone.

It was as if he had vanished into thin air.

“But we can still be a little relieved, after all, he’s not in Aldrich Marsh’s hands.”

Evan said this.

The main purpose was to calm Freya down.

Being not in Aldrich Marsh’s hands, there shouldn’t be any danger.

Freya raised her eyes lightly, looking at Evan, “Is this your way of comforting me?”

Evan silently lowered his head.

This didn’t count as comforting!

Freya got up, “Evan, go find an expert in this field to calculate the range he might have fallen.”

Evan agreed.

But Freya stopped him, “Forget it, let Xander handle this, he’s the one involved, it’s more appropriate for him to handle it!”

Xander readily agreed, “I’ll go do it now!”

Freya nodded, “Move quickly, once you have a rough idea of the location, call me.”

Xander said, “Okay.”

Freya walked out of the meeting room.

Orion followed her.

“Let me accompany you!”

Freya turned to look at him.

And thought about the son and daughter Luna gave birth to.

He probably didn’t know that he had a daughter!

She sighed deeply!

“You’ve been running around these past few days, you must be tired, go home and rest.”

Freya asked, “Senior brother, do you like children?”
