Chapter - 38

Kashvi's Pov.:-

I am seating in my seat and looking before me .. to my brother who is looking something on the other

side of the road .

I look around as my all senses are on their alert mode .

I want to go home .. Because I am horrified that he will come here and take me away from my life and

will cage me back .

I don't know anything about that man .. who is my culprit .. only thing which I know about him is , his

face and he is a powerful bastard .

I don't know what to reply to that doctor's questions whenever she asked me about him ...

She couldn't understand my pain even no one could .. because she is not the one who is raped ,

tortured, abused , starved and caged in only one room for whole 4 months .

It's easy for her to say ' tell me what he had done to you or how he caught me or do I know him or what

scared me more about him ? Etc etc ' ..

When I didn't answered to her of her previous questions then what she says .... i feel like to kill her or

myself wherever she says ' recall it carefully dear then tell me wisely ' .

What she doesn't understand that .. recalling everything is hard for me .. because whenever I recalled it

, it's felt like I am living it again ... It's frightening ...

" Amoli " I heard my brother's voice .. he is saying amoli's name .. I saw him looking at the opposite

side of the road .. I also looked there to see .. really there is Amoli ..

She is standing there .. I don't know why but I got happy to see her , .. she is looking good and

confidential .

But someone hold her face .. I felt happy for her that she has someone in her life .. she is really a

strong woman because even after living in a toxic relationship today she is alive and happy in her life ...

I can read her face smile's .

Suddenly bhai (brother) started to run towards her.. I moved a little bit towards my right side .. to see

my bhai running towards Amoli .. and shouting her name .

I gasped when I saw my brother's body flying in air .. because a sports car has hit him hard .. and now

he is lying blood bathed on the road .

All this happened in seconds..

My mind stucked ... My breathing got high .. I want to go out to help my brother but I can't , as I am

afraid what if he saw me and take me back ... No no ..

I am not going to step out .. but if I didn't go out then I may loose my brother forever !... What to do ..

Phone .. ya .. phone ! .. where is my phone .. god it was in my room I didn't take it with me ..

What to do ... I looked back to see everyone has gathered around my brother's body and now I can't

see him ...

People's are talking and some are filming it ... I don't know what to do ..

*Beep* *Beep* ... I gasped due to sudden sound of phone message ring .. I see it's Varun bhai's

(brother's) phone ..

I hold it and opened it and know it's asking password .. god why .. my hands are trembling ..

I don't know what to do ... *Sob* .. how bad sister I am .. I am seating here and my brother is there

fighting for his life ... *Sob* .

I typed some important dates like .. family members birthday to anniversary date .. but none of them is

password .. I have even tried amoli's name but no .. it's not opening ..

What could it be ...

I saw that people's are calling ambulance but none is taking bhai in there car to hospitalize him on time

...

I took a deep breath .. and opened the door of my car .. cold wind slapped my body .. I shivered when

his cold scary voice played in my mind ' I won't leave you never ever ' ..

" No " I shout and sit back on my seat after closing door and placed my hands over my ears ..

I saw him banging my car doors windows .. then I saw his hands running on my body ... " No .. no ..

please leave me .. ahhhhhh " I shout slapping away his digisting sinful hands away from my body and

shout as high as I could ...

*sob* *sob*...

I opened mine closed eyes after 2-3 minutes .. to see it was just mine illusion .. he is not here ..

Ya he is not here ..

" You can do this kashvi ! ... If you didn't save your brother today than you will die in guilt ...

It's a do or die " I motivate myself.

I hold the door's handle tight and opened it .. again I felt like he is you touching me .. but I closed my

eyes to opened them again to see reality ..

I took mine shaking steps towards my brother .. who is still lying on the road .. I can see his soaked and

still flowing blood on the road ..

He is looking scary .. in all covered blood ...

I saw some people's talking and some filming him ... I went to them .

" Please help me .. he.. is my ... brother please take him to my car so that I can hospitalize him on time

" I said shuttering in my words .

They nods their head and placed him in the car ... While I set on the driving seat .. my hands are

trembling but I have to do this because I don't remember my any family members phone number apart

Varun bhai's so I don't know how to call them for help .

And someone has said ' human has to help themselves to live ' ... And I am doing it right now ..

I started the car and it's engine roared high giving confidence in my veins ... I put the gear on and step

on accelerator to ride it ...

They didn't asked me to fill any form as it's our own hospital .. I set on the hospital waiting chair to took

a relief breaths ... I don't know how but my body gave up all the energy to make me function and I

became unconscious...

Varun's Pov.:-

I am on my bed sleeping ... I can hear giggles of my ferries .. I am trying to open my eyes but they are

feeling heavy .

I moved my hands on my bed .. to feel it cold and empty ..

I opened my eyes and shout " Amoli... Amoli .. where are you Amoli .. it's not fair love ..."

" Stop hiding from me .. babe .. I can hear your giggles " I said finding her in whole room then in

bathroom .. and stepped out from our bedroom ..

I came down and went in the kitchen where I saw here seating in someone else lap and feeding him

with her hands .. while .. there is some little kids .. maybe 2 - 3 .. are clapping their hands while eating

and giggling .

That man hold chocolate piece in the middle of his teeth's so that , some chocolate is inside his mouth

and half is outside his mouth. and he motioned to my Amoli to eat the left free chocolate piece from his

mouth ...

I groaned but they both were so lost in their moments that they didn't noticed me ...

Amoli blushed but nevertheless she moved her face towards his face to eat but before her lips could

touched that damn chocolate .. I shout " Amoli "

And I ran towards them and it disappeared like fog ..

No no .. Amoli you can't leave me like this .. no ...

No..

Then I started to remember .. something

... Something is flashing infront of my closed eyes like a memory ..

Everything is running very fast like a flash of light .. I saw myself giving kashvi a ice-cream bag and she

is seating inside my car ..

Then I saw Amoli infront a shop .. then I saw her going with a man ... I am running behind her...

Then bang ... I got hit by some car ... I am flying and Amoli is going away with me ... I breathout all the

air out from my lungs when my chest hit the road then my head hit it ..

No ... No .. I can't die .. before talking to Amoli and asking forgiveness from her ...

Author's Pov.:-

Varun's eyes got opened with jolt and doctors are around him are checking him ... Some are looking at

the machine reading his heartbeats in machine ..

While some are looking at his face ...

" How are you feeling sir " doctor asked who is his incharge .. while others are his team members .

" I am hurt .. my head is hurting .. and my whole body is paining " Varun said to them breathing with

difficulty ...

" It's happening because your muscles are bruised and your rib bones are not broken but there is a tear

in them which will took time to join back ... Your legs are also bruised ... " Doctor said to him ..

They all left him alone in his VIP room ..

Varun closed his eyes due to tieredness ... He opened his eyes when he thought about his sister ..

He set on his bed .. " ahhh huuuhg " he moaned in pain and groaned ..

He removed IV from his hands and he got up from the bed only to fall on the floor with thud .. while

moaning in pain ..

His breathing is high due to frightening because he is scared for his sister ..

" How stupid I am .. I left my broken sister behind to catch my ex-wife " Varun said crying ....

Due to his stunts .. loud thud voices caught a nurse attention and she came inside his room to got

scared seeing his on floor.

She called doctors and they came running ...

They hold Varun .. but Varun like a wounded lion is roaring on poor doctor staffs " leave me ... My sister

is alone there .. in need to pick her back .... "

He is out of control... His patient gown is now red as his stitches are opened due to his vigorous

moments ...

Varun is shouting on doctors .. while doctors are having hard time in controlling him ....

His room's door is opened by someone and here standing his sister with her twin brother Kabir ..

" Bhai .. calm down I am all good .. see here " kashvi said to Varun and holds his face in her hands ...

Varun got calmed when he saw his sister safe and sound infront of his eyes ...

" Are you okay .. " he asked .. " how you reached home ? " Varun asked when he saw kabir with kashvi

" I am fine bhai and how I reach here then listen " kashvi said while telling him be silent and let the

doctors do his stitches again .

Flashback:-

When kashvi got unconscious .. a nurse saw her who was coming to her .. to ask her ' is she okay or

she is also hurt ? '

But that nurse called a lady doctor for kashvi to check her ...

They shift Kashvi's unconscious body in a VIP room and them doctor checked her .. to see her B.P.

rate is high .. but still they run some tests and inject some meds in her to control her B.P.

Office staff had already informed Kashvi's mother about kashvi and Varun ...

Soon everyone came in hospital in there night suits .. sleepy eyes which are moist now ..

Anyone can read their face ... Scared only one thing which is masking their face .

They reached and Kashvi's doctor escort them in Kashvi's VIP room .. she is now sleeping ..

" How is she ? " Mrs. Arora asked ..

" She is all good mam .. she had loosed her consciousness due to high B.P. .. but now everything is in

control and she is alright .. we has done some test and their reports will come soon " informed the

doctor ...

" Okay now please excuse us " Mr. Arora said and everyone meet kashvi ... All are still unaware about

Varun's accident ..

Because when Mrs. Arora had picked up phone to heard bad news about her doctor admitting in

hospital , she hadn't listen further words of her assistant who was informing her about Varun's accident.

" Yes sir I will ... I was saying that Mr. Varun is also admitted as he has faced accident .. his room no. Is

520 where operation is running " she said and went out .. living behind when family members to gasp in

shock .

Everyone moved out but Mrs. Arora said Kabir to stay with kashvi .. as it's not good and secure to

leave her alone .

They all reached there infront of his operation room ... Mrs. Arora is crying for her son ..

" Everything was good ... Before his marriage , his life is ruined , amoli's life is ruined and my Kashvi's

also ...

I don't know what more I have to see .. *sob* ... Why god is punishing me .. and for what " Mrs. Arora

said crying over her poor faith ...

Because she is in her old again .. at this stage of age people's usually plays with their grandkids .. ,

enjoyed their free time talking with their daughter-in-law's .. and many more ..

But here , her .. she is all devasted and tiered ... She wants peace but no .. everytime something bad's

happened and made situation more horrible.

Operation door was opened and team of doctors came out with tensed face ...

" How is he ? " Mr. Arora asked ...

" Surgery is successful but we are afraid that maybe .. he will slip in comma or paralyse or lost his

memory .. we are not sure " doctor said ..

" Than how can you say surgery is successful !? " Varun's grandpa asked getting hyper ..

" Sir we did his head surgery because some stones were stuck in his head as his skull bone join got

slipped due to impact of hit force .. and blood was also clotted there .. we has removed it all successful

.. but we don't know that what will happen to him after this accident as his head is one which is more

hurt than his other body parts " doctor explained in one breath ..

Everyone got more tensed .. but still they have hope ...

" And you can meet him when he will get his conscious back because we are taking him in our

observation ..

Means you have to wait till morning " doctor said ...

One nurse informed them that kashvi has gain her conscious back ..

They went to her too see she is sitting and crying ...

" Why are you crying chipkali (lizard) ... Stop crying another wise your baby will be a cry baby like you "

Kabir said to kashvi to enlighten her mood ..

Kashvi hit him on his chest hiding her eyes behind her one hand ..

Kabir and everyone chuckled .. " how tell us why are you crying ? " Kabir said wiping her tears away

from her face.

" Bhai is in hospital only because of me ... Nothing had happened like this only if I had put brake on my

mouth .. neither we went to that shop more he had saw Amoli .. more he got in accident " kashvi said

crying ...

" What are you saying kashvi.. where you saw Amoli ? " Grandma asked .

And then she narrate them everything .. from eating ice-cream to taking Varun to hospital .

" My baby ... You are brave " Everyone said ....

" Maa.. how is bhai " kashvi asked ..

" He is out of danger " Mrs. Arora said ...

They planned to stay in hospital but still end up going home when they saw kashvi puking and getting

more uncomfortable with passing time .. in hospital due to hospital smell .

At morning when kashvi got up from her sleep she got ready in her presentable clothes .. which are

quite loose hiding her little bump .. she cares it with love .

At dining table .. she eat very small as she is getting late to go hospital with them ..

But everyone said her to eat properly only then they will go to hospital.

They arrived at hospital to see .. reports are blocking entrance gate .. not letting anyone to pass .. they

are asking about Varun ..

Everyone went in parking area and took lift from there to arrive at wanted level ...

When they are some steps away from Varun's room .. then they saw some nurses are running in and

out from his room they got tensed to see this ..

Kashvi and Kabir are the first one to enter inside his room .

End of flashback.

" So do you remember us ? " Kashvi asked to Varun knowing well about the chances of him to loose

his memory...

" I remember each and everything ! " Varun said ..

Every family members also visit him one by one ...

" Maa you know what I saw Amoli yesterday maa ... She was just some steps away from me " Varun

said to his mother with a little smile on his face ...

" I know .. how are you ? " Mrs. Arora asked to her son ...

" I am fine maa " Varun said ...
