Hailey’s Point of View

Our conversation was interrupted because someone entered the classroom.

“What is happening here?” The man asked.

I think he is our professor.

“Nothing.” The Demon says this coldly.

I also went back to my seat.

“We don’t have a class today.” Professor’s announcement.

I just sighed because of what the professor said.

The professor asked, “Is there a problem with what I said, Hailey?”

“I have no problem.” I said.

“This university is the problem.” I continued.

I rushed out of the classroom, and I felt that Nadia was following me.

“You’re so cool because of what you did.” Alejandra praises me.

“Demon is really scary.” Agatha said, and hugged herself.

We went to the cafeteria to eat, but a group of women blocked our way.

“Newbies?” She asked.

“What do you think?” I asked her back.

We were about to pass her, but she touched my hair.

“You’re flirting with my boyfriend.” I laughed at what she said.

I said in a teasing voice, ” Who’s your boyfriend? As far as I know, no man likes someone like you.”

The students shouted. I stared at who was coming. It’s just a demon.

“Babe, she punched me.” This woman said artfully.

Demon asked, “Is that true?”

I looked at the woman and she was smiling now.

“Arghh!” She shouted because I punched her.

“Why did you punch me?” She asked tearfully.

“You said I punched you, so I just did what you said.” I said and grinned.

“Hailey, come to my office right now!” The Demon yelled at me.

When we got to Demon’s office, he suddenly punched the table.

“Yes, I punched her, but I didn’t know that she was too weak.” I say bravely.

“Are you really going to fight me?” He asked.

“You’ve already violated the first rule.” He added

I asked, annoyed, “What do you want me to do? I’ll just let her hurt me?”

“One more time you violate the rule, I will make your life miserable.” He was threatening me.

I said, “Do what you want. I’m not afraid of you. ”

“Poor girl.” I heard him say that.

I just ignored him and slammed the door shut.

While walking, I met Headmaster Dracilus.

He says, “Stop getting into trouble. Don’t plan to break the rule. ”

“I’ll do what I want, and you don’t have to worry about that anymore.” I said coldly.

“You won’t like the punishment Demon will give you.” He reminded me.

“He also won’t like it when I break the rules here.” His eyebrows met.

“Shh. Don’t preach to me anymore. ” His whole face turned red with anger.

I went straight to the dormitory, and when I arrived, I found them restless.

“Gosh! What did Demon do to you? ” Nadia asked authoritatively.

“He just threatened me.” I said.

There was a knock on the door, so I went in. He gave me a little box.

“Who ordered you to give me this little box?” I asked, but he didn’t say a word.

“Hey, didn’t you hear me?” I said rudely.

He just turned his back on me as if no one was in front of him. I was shocked when he suddenly fell in front of me.

When I approached him, he had a knife stuck in his back.

“Hailey, what happened?” Alejandra asked.

Ethan took the little box I was holding.

Ethan suddenly threw away the box that surprised us.

“Why did you throw it away?” I asked him.

“There’s a heart inside.” He replied.

I approached the little box and he was right.

There is also a letter next to it.

“The misery of your life will begin.” I read the letter.

“President Demon did it.” I said seriously.

“Why would he do this?” Agatha asked.

“I already violated the first rule.” I’ll admit it.

“He’s really a demon, just like his name.” I said.

“Just don’t mind him.” Agatha said.

“There will be a party tomorrow.” Nadia talked differently.

“So, there’s still a party in this trashy place.” They looked at each other.

“I’m not going to attend the party.” I said to them.

“Attend the party tomorrow.” Alejandra insisted on me.

“How are you going to attend the party? You have nothing to wear.” I asked.

“That’s not a problem because someone sent us clothes to wear tomorrow.” Agatha said with a smile.

“All right, I’m going to attend the party.” They smiled.

I don’t know if my decision was right. Is it okay for me to attend the party? Why do I feel like something bad is going to happen tomorrow?

As I walked, I felt that someone was watching me.

Until a man jumped from the tree.

“Who are you?” I asked.

“That doesn’t matter anymore.” He said.

“Why are you following me?” I asked again.

“I just want to say congratulations because you have already violated the first rule.” He said while holding a stick.

“Don’t expect your life to be peaceful after what you’ve done.” He added

“Take care of your actions if you don’t want to get into trouble.” He was already walking away from me.

Who is that guy? What does he need from me? Why does he have to say those things?

I headed straight back to the dormitory. When I arrived, I saw them doing something.

“Hailey, you’re famous now.” I frowned at what Ethan said.

“What do you mean?” I asked curiously.

“Remember, you already violated the first rule.” Alejandra said.

“Guys, don’t you want to leave here?” I asked again.

“It’s fun here.” Kent said.

“Aren’t you wondering? Why are so few students getting into this university? ” I asked.

“Can I, Hailey? Just shut up. You’d better calm yourself down. ” Nadia said calmly.

“I’m not kidding.” I said seriously.

Agatha gave me the gown I would wear tomorrow.

“Do you know who sent this gown?” They shook their heads.

We went to the dining room to eat.

“I’m excited about tomorrow.” Agatha said.

“I just hope nothing bad happens.” Kent patted my forehead.

“Don’t think negatively.” Kent said.

After eating, I went upstairs to sleep.

I noticed that the window was open, which I wondered about. I peeked at the beetle to see what was outside.

Why are so many men wearing black suits outside? I asked in my mind.

I immediately closed the window because I didn’t want them to see me anymore.

I covered myself with a blanket and went to sleep.
