Friday Night.

She was leaving the house of her friend Daven. The three of them, Calliyah, have been best friends from high school to college. They had a project that day so they decided to make it in the house of Daven. The young man was supposed to take her to their house but she refused because she said it was too early and their driver would come to pick her up outside the subdivision.

She made her way out of the subdivision  to wait for his driver that night, as she was walking she noticed that someone seemed to be following her so she accelerated her walk but still did not lose the men who followed her.

She was about to run and shout when a man suddenly grabbed him and the other suddenly sniffed something on his nose causing him to lose consciousness.

She just woke up in a building unfamiliar to her. And there she realizes that she has been kidnapped, all she does is shout for help but it looks like it is far from the town and no one can hear her.

A few minutes later the door suddenly opened and it spat out two men, one was carrying food.

“Eat that, so you’ll have strength later when Boss needs you.” the man said handing her the food

“Our Master is lucky! This girl is beautiful, sexy, smooth and obviously fresh.” the other man said

Jewel didn’t quite understand what the two were talking about but she knew it wasn’t good.

“P-please, please let me go.” she pleaded

But they did not even listen to her but left.

She kept knocking on the door until he felt pain in her hand but still no one opened it.

An hour later the door opened again. There was a man who entered. She remembers it, it was one of the companions of the man who had delivered food to her earlier.Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.

He quickly pulled her and carried her out. Not knowing where it would take her, she saw them walking upstairs until they reached a door that was closed. Jewel doesn’t know why she feels scared.

She tried to remove the hand of the man who was holding her but it only tightened the grip on her so she couldn’t get away.

“If I were you don’t try to run away because you can’t do that no matter how hard you try.” the man said

“Please let me go, let me go home now.” he begged

But the man just shook his head and started to knock on the closed door and suddenly it opened, a man with a shirt on top of it was exposed to them.

Jewel admits that he is handsome and in good shape but you can tell he is a bad boy.

The man quickly ushered her into the room “Master this is what we got tonight.”

The man just smiled and looked at him. “It’s good that you got a beautiful and fresh girl today. All right, you can leave.” the guy commanded

Without second thought the man left her with the guy they called boss or master. Earlier she noticed that there were only three people here in this place, the previous two and this man standing in front of her but she knew there were still a lot of people just around.

“So, you’re the girl whom I’ll be with tonight, huh? Not bad, my man is just lucky.” he said as he posted a smirk on his lips.

Jewel’s feelings are mixed now, but her nervousness and fear are more lingering in her.

“A-what do you need from-me? Please let me go now, if you want money I can give it to you, H-how much do who need? Just let me go home.” she pleaded

Little did Jewel know that was in that building was her friend Daven. She didn’t know that Daven followed her when she left in the house of her friend. He was carrying his car so he quickly followed where she was taken, he also called the police.

“I’ll just let you go after I savor you.” he grinned and immediately pushed him on the bed and quickly tore her mini dress

She could do nothing at those times because she was afraid and she knew she could not fight the man in front of her.

The only thing she could do was to cry when the guys started kissing her on the lips down to her neck. Jewel pushed the man even harder but he only held her two hands.

She feels so scared, she doesn’t know what will happen to her that night and if she will survive. She almost called all the saints just to pray that someone would come to help her before this man could commit his evil plan against her.

When Jewel looked out the window she noticed a bulk was there. She could not see who it was but she just looked at it asking for help.

The man was about to destroy her underwear when the window suddenly slammed and his friend Daven quickly entered. Shock is written in her face because she didn’t know how her friend got there and fear because it might put her friend’s life in danger.

Daven quickly punched the man hard, they even exchanged blows because he resisted. He quickly took the vase that was lying on its table and slapped the man’s back causing it to fall, they heard footsteps that seemed to be going to where they were. Maybe they heard the noise coming from it. Daven quickly grabbed her to run to the window that was open for them to go through because if they stayed there longer, they would surely be caught.

When they got out of that room they were going for a run, but unfortunately she saw that some of the man’s of the guy who wants to rape her had followed them.

Her chest throbbed even more when she saw the gun pointed at them, they ran even faster but she suddenly got deaf when she heard two gunshots and when she looked at her friend who was hugging her.

Daven lay on the floor because he was hit by a gun that should have hit her. The police arrived just in time and caught the culprits along with the man who almost did something bad to him.

The ambulance also arrived quickly to pick up Daven and she went with it. She just cried and cried while holding the hand of her best friend who was dying because of her.

“This is all my fault.” she said while tears continue falling in her eyes

“T- this is not y-your fault Jew, I wanted to save you, this is w-what I want. D-don’t b-blame yourself. s-yourself. You’re my best friend and I will protect you at any cause” Daven said that made the girl cry even more

“D-don’t say that, please? Hold on, we’re close to the hospital. D-don’t close your eyes Dave. Fight back! You can’t die!” she said while hugging her best friend

The young man just smiled at her. “Be b-brave e-enough Jew. I w-will a-always h-here for y-you. I will watch you. I’m h-happy that I met you and b-become m-my best friend. T-take care of yourself. And p-please find my sister, please tell her that I love her.” he whisper

The girl immediately shook her head. “Don’t say that! You’re the one who will say that to your sister! F-fight Dave, p-please fight. P-promise me that! I don’t w-wanna lose you! We still have to graduate, y-you will become a doctor!” Jewel said as tears keeps flowing

“C-can, c-can I rest? I-I can’t take it anymore.” he said in pain

More abundant tears dripped from the Jewel’s eyes. This is one of the most difficult situations, the feeling of letting you know that one of the most important people in your life is in pain and you know that there’s a tendency that he will disappear, that you will never see him again and be with is like stabbing a knife in your heart

“Y-you can close your eyes if you w-want, b-but don’t sleep. F-fight for your life. W-we are here for you, w-we need you! Y-you can’t leave us, you c-can’t leave me Daven. Y-youre strong right? P-promise me Daven Villafuerte! Y-you can’t die! ” she said in so much pain while crying

But only a sweet smile was given to him by her best friend.

She was scared, she was afraid it might be the last time she could see that smile and hear that voice of the guy.

When they arrived at the hospital, he was immediately rushed to the emergency room.

Jewel didn’t know what to do, she walked back and forth outside the emergency room. She also called their bestfriend Calliyan and told her what happened.

Until she saw the doctor come out so she immediately approached him.

“Doc, how’s the patient? Is he okay, isn’t he? He’s safe, r-right?”

She could clearly see the doctor’s sigh and sadness on his face and eyes. “We did our best, we did everything to save the patient. We got the bullet that hit him but one penetrated close to his heart and he couldn’t take it anymore. I’m sorry but he’s gone.”

“N-no! T-that’s not true! H-he’s not dead yet! He won’t-he won’t leave me!” he just fell to the floor because of what she heard.

Calliyah arrived immediately and quickly attended to her.

“What happen Mercyl? Are you okay? Where is Daven?” she ask immediately

“She’s gone Calli, she left me. She left us.”

Calliyah suddenly cried because of what she heard. He hugged the friend tightly because she knew at that time that was what Jewel needed.

“Shhh! Stop-crying. Daven won’t like to see you like this. And one more thing you need to take a check up also and rest.” Calliyah said sobbing while still hugging Jewel

Until Daven’s funeral Jewel didn’t go, she couldn’t afford to take her best friend to the final destination and most of all she didn’t want to see Daven’s family, even the guy parents didn’t blame her because they knew she didn’t like the happened and it is accident, but for her it was her fault why her best friend died.

She also heard that Daven’s sister came home from America when she heard what happened to her older brother. Honestly, she hasn’t seen it in person yet but she already talks to the girl every time his brother calls his sister. All she knew was Daven  was older than her.

Since all that happened to her and her best friend died she has been traumatized. She suffers from depression. She doesn’t want to leave her room, she just locks herself up all the time and most of all she doesn’t want to be touched, only Calliyah could get close to her.

She almost committed suicide because she could no longer handle the pain and sadness. Her parents brought her to a doctor to have a check up and also she’s been attending counseling and after a few months she was slowly recovering from what had happened.
