Unforgiven Sins

Cinyla’s POV

I was surprised by what I learned about BenChua. I can’t imagine after being our dormmate and becoming my suitor, I am now a full-fledged CEO at the place where I work here at Spyanata Incorporation. My future will be different! But kidding aside, I am not like that- I am not a gold digger.

“Are you okay?” he asked while looking at me.

“Yes boss!” I replied quickly.

He touched my cheek, “Very formal love, but I hope when we’re at home love just call me,” he whispered with a soft voice.

I hit him and laugh at him because after what happened yesterday, I am here in his office with him. It’s too big and it’s innovative to act, but even then I have less work to do; because when he doesn’t have a meeting or work, I’ll just brew coffee.

“All right boss, I’ll be at my table first,” I said goodbye and went back to my table, I didn’t leave or go away because the CEO’s secretary was also in his office. He just smiled and went back to what he was doing, and since he had just returned to work he was sure he had a lot to take care of.

I looked around and noticed the cleanliness because you can only see black and white, most of all I also noticed that he doesn’t have much use. It’s a big space because if I estimate it, I feel like there could be three offices here by chance. Now, the events are still a big surprise for me but instead of thinking about it when I think I want to accept this, at least I will get to know my future boyfriend better. I also didn’t think that our manager, the CEO, was referring to him, so last time he said he was still hanging out, that’s it.

And because my future boyfriend and our boss are busy, I just chose to be familiar with the tools here and the things I should do to get better when I start.

I went through the papers in front of me one by one, it was thick and when I opened it there were rules and regulations inside but Sir Kiel’s top 3 rules came to me that caught my attention more because the words are in all caps.

Second, I loved chocolate coffee. I can drink three times a day. Chocolate coffee is the best for me.

Third, the phone is not allowed in my office unless it is needed.

I nodded because all of his rules are easy but I don’t want to be complacent especially since I haven’t worked with him yet, it’s hard. I just remembered everything listed and cleared my table so he wouldn’t have to say anything.

It stood up and approached me to hand over a thick folder. “Cinyla my love, check this I need this tomorrow morning and tomorrow you will be with me, I have a meeting with our investor,” he said seriously.

“Okay sir, noted!” I said politely.

I also took the folder he gave me, I swallowed because it was so thick that I felt like I would be tested. I don’t do this kind of work, I often just take care of the papers that are needed.

“The amount,” I whispered to myself as I unfolded it one by one.

“Is there a problem?” Sir Kiel asked, who was in front of me now and was very worried because he couldn’t paint what it looked like.

“Y-yeah! I’m fine,” I said politely.

“Sure? All right, I’ll leave you here at the office first, I need to talk to someone first. I’ll show you something later, study those first.” He kissed my forehead once and then left.

I was shocked by what he did but when he finally left I smiled. Is this how a CEO loves? If so, I will never release him again! I just followed his order because I’m sure he will show a lot that I think is part of my being his secretary.

I put aside the folder I was reading recently, I stood up first and walked around it because I also want to be familiar with it every time I go out and come in. The real size of this office isn’t it? Wait, are her parents still alive? He rarely mentions that to me, so I don’t know anything about his life, especially about his family.

I started walking around and I could see that everything was very clean and tidy here in his office.

He also loves plants because there are big plants on each side, I approached them to find out if it’s true or maybe it’s just artificial but it’s true.

Wow, Amazing! It’s rare for a man to love plants or else he just trips with something like this inside.

I even circled myself around his desk. I saw there how she could be clean and organized because of its neatness and all the things she needed were labeled so you couldn’t see what was placed in each little circle. But his photos caught my attention, I smiled and looked at them carefully. He’s so cute here and most of all I see the old woman next to him, I feel like it was her mother because they look like the same eyes and nose.

They were the only two I saw and nothing else. Maybe he is an only child or maybe they are really just the two of them together but where is his mother now? I still frowned at those worries. The door opened and a handsome creature came out of it- Sir BenChua. He frowned and almost crossed the path of his eyebrows.

“Good afternoon, sir!” I greet it as it gets closer and closer to me. I did not expect him to respond because he quietly approached me especially and hugged me tightly.

“I need you… I miss you,” he said weakly and hugged even more.

I don’t even know what happened to him but I feel tired and sad because of the weight of his body. I slipped out of his embrace and looked at his face. “Are you okay? What happened to you, sir?” I asked.

“Nothing, stop calling me sir. Love is better. Next time I’ll just take you around here in your office. I know you’ve been around but it’s not over yet. Don’t worry, there’s still a lot of time this time I want to rest with you, after all, you’re my priority.

I was about to speak but he pulled my hand away and through the nearby black door, we entered it. “Where are we going-”

We were greeted by a simple bed that was classic in appearance because of its layout and the designs on each side. Nothing has changed in color but what your eyes can see is only brown and dirty white.

“W-what are we going to do here?”

He closed the door and pulled my hand away again and we sit on the bed. My heartbeat is so fast as if there were so many reindeer that having a series of jumps.

“S-sir…”

He lay down and pulled me next to him and my heart beat faster and faster. “Just give me an hour, love. I’ll rest first and you’re just here next to me,” she said. He also closed his eyes and I did not hesitate to speak because he needed to rest.

I am currently facing him and feeling his whole being, the tip of his nose, and his red lips. I then bit my lower lip because of my thoughts but I tried to erase it because it was wrong.

While the man in front of me was asleep now, I just memorized his whole face. Perfect so much that God seems so blessed.

“Stop looking at me like that love. I know I’m handsome.” Speaking of which even with one’s eyes closed.

Did he fall asleep? I think he is not.

“Sleep now!” I ordered it and I waited for what he would say but I only heard faint snoring. I guess he is sleeping now, then I whisper. “Sleep well. my love.”

I moved my hand and waved it in front of him to see if he was still awake or what, but there was no response yet. It looks like my future is asleep. I just thought of turning a blind eye to accompany him to rest, I hope it won’t end… If only it could be like this and I hope nothing will change no matter what we both go through.
