Chapter 4 Foreigners
Don't you know that a clown is always welcome at a party?" Lucy giggled while everyone burst into laughter.
"That's cruel, Lucy, but I'm glad he did, and you guys should also be glad that he left. After all, the place would smell like garlic if he stayed any longer!"
Upon hearing that, everyone bursts into laughter for a second time while holding their stomachs, as they couldn't take any more of the joke.
On the other hand, Sett didn't leave immediately as he listened to their conversation behind the door.
"I thought Lucy was different from the others... But she's the same." Sett let out a heavy sigh of disappointment.
Lucy was a female friend of his in senior high. She had always defended him against Antonio and the others who were bullying him. Unfortunately, people change, and he couldn't even recognize her gentle characteristics.
It was better to go home rather than remain here and be showered with insults. He walked off with a heavy heart.
"Going home early? Your group must have kicked you out, pig kid. Heh, you didn't even realize you'd been set up by that guy earlier. You're quite dumb, I tell you." Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g
The bouncer mockingly said, with undisguised contempt in his eyes. He could immediately tell that the kid was here to make a fool of himself. He had seen similar occasions. Anyway, a broke customer wouldn't really add any revenue to the bar, and he wouldn't care if the fat pig died in some corner anyway.
Sett hung his head down. He was disappointed. He didn't even realize that he had ignored the ringing of his phone.
Suddenly, Vroom!
The hookers and bystanders were taken aback when they saw the approaching luxurious black Rolls- Royce.
It wasn't a common sight to see. After all, those cars were worth at least a million dollars!
Who was the important person that the cars were escorting? The bouncers look at each other, then report it to the bar's manager via walkie-talkie.
At this time, the cars came to a grinding halt, as the car doors were flung open fifty foreigners in black suits and sunglasses with an impressive aura got out of the car.
They secured the parameters like trained soldiers while scanning the throngs of people from the ever- busy red light streets.
Their appearance was particularly eye-catching, not to mention the ones partying inside also noticed the commotion outside, so they came to look.
The bouncers brought their manager to greet the men in black suits, with big smiles plastered on their faces. They wanted to know who the big shot was. That the men in black suits were going to meet.
"Get it out of the way, pig." The manager scolded and shoved Sett away, who was blankly staring ahead like an idiot.
"I am the manager of this bar, welco--" The manager felt exhilarated while giving his hand for a handshake as he stood in front of the manager.
However, his smile stiffened instead, and his hand was left hanging, as the men in black ignored him completely.
The men in black suits come forward and line up in raw in front of Sett, who was prowling on the ground, as the men in black suits bend their bodies a hundred and ninety degrees.
"Mr. Crow." Their powerful voices were in sync. It was quite impressive as their voices echoed in the air.
"Mr. Crow, please come inside. The president is waiting for you." A man who seemed to be the leader of the group stepped forward and respectfully announced.
Just then, Sett was dragged inside the vehicle before he could react.
On the other hand, the speculating crowd was baffled and also amazed. Sett's classmate also came on the scene just in time to see Sett being greeted in a rather grand manner. Everyone was flabbergasted.
"That young man is most likely an heir. He had so many bodyguards, and they were not ordinary guards. And those luxurious cars, how envious." A man of respectable stature asserted himself amid the crowds of gossipers.
"W-Was that Fatty? No, I mean, was that Sett?" Antonio gulped as he saw the Rolls Royce drive away.
"T-That's.... Impossible." The tan girl gritted her teeth. She was going to investigate it later because otherwise, she wouldn't have peace when sleeping. How could that poor pig suddenly become richer than she was? She couldn't accept that reality!
"Hmmph! I think those foreigners are here to abduct him and take out his organs to sell them abroad!" Lucy said, coldly.
Although what Lucy said was cruel, some of her classmates believed it. "I think we shouldn't make fun of Sett anymore..." Anna nervously uttered.
Although the others couldn't believe what they witnessed, however, she was different from them, as she understood that Sett had a connection with those men in black suits, and their relationship wasn't an ordinary one, as she saw how respectful those men in black were when greeting Sett, more so when vowing to him like servants.
Meanwhile, Sett was fidgeting inside the luxurious car.
"...."
It would be a lie if he said he wasn't fearful of being abducted by this group of men, but this wasn't entirely the reason he was uncomfortable, as in front of him was a drop-dead gorgeous lady.
He took a peek at her. He could see her innocent countenance and devilish body. If one were to compare her exquisite face, she would surely put to shame any class A model with her beauty. It was worth taking note that this enchantress was wearing a relatively short skirt. That left little to imagine.
At this moment, she notices Sett's subtle glances, causing her to giggle sweetly while giving Sett a ripe smile as she squeezes her thighs slightly when moving.
Gulp!
Sett swallowed his saliva. It was getting hard to suppress his excitement after the ravishing lady exposed a large portion of her long pearly legs.
Sett couldn't help as he tried to avert his gaze.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Crow. My name is Jane Scarlett. You can call me Scarlett." Scarlett said, while at the same time she touch her short blond hair.
