Chapter 11
Chapter 11
The monthly exam results were in, and Class One has left the other eight classes in the dust
As the head teacher of Class One, Jocelyn couldn’t hide the pride on her face
Wrench, the head teacher of Class Two, walked into the office and couldn’t help but express his envy, ‘Ah, Jocelyn, can’t you give us a break? You’re making us look bad here!!
Jocelyn chuckled, “Wrench, aren’t you the math teacher for our class? Math’s top scorer in the grade That doesn’t make
you happy?
“Hah, that’s even more irritating. We’ve got the same teacher for Class two, so why such a huge gap? Wrench was rubbing his temples in frustration.
The other teachers laughed too
Jocelyn had promised her students that if they ranked first in the grade, she would apply to pick up Willow from the airport, so with the score sheet in hand, she headed to the principal’s office
Half an hour later, Jocelyn emerged from the principal’s office with a smile.
She walked towards the Class One, where Preston happened to be standing.
“You actually applied? Preston frowned.
Jocelyn queried. “Is there a problem?”
Preston took a deep breath, “You’ll regret it, and then he went back to the classroom
Jocelyn puzzled. What was there to regret?
Since Willow had been a student here before, the leadership decided to invite her to the school to cheer up the
students
This news was even more exciting than the prospect of picking her up from the airport.
In doing so, Jocelyn fulfilled her promise.
After the last class, Jocelyn approached Preston’s desk, “I’ll treat you to a late-night snack.”
Preston glanced at her, “Instant pasta?”
Jocelyn felt like smacking the kid but held back.
“Barbecue.”
Preston raised an eyebrow, “I can join you for a bite.”
Jocelyn rolled her eyes at him and walked away without a word.
There were stalls outside the school; Jocelyn ordered a serving of roast beef and let Preston pick whatever he wanted
Can we drink alcohol? Preston asked and received a dagger glare from Jocelyn.
Preston pouted, “No fun.”
Jocelyn handed him a juice bottle, “Students should act like students.”
“You only get to boss me around Preston asked, “Do you think you can handle Melvin?”
Jocelyn gave him a sharp look, “Mind your manners, he’s your uncle.”
Prestore fooked at her curiously. How long have you two been together? Did he mention when he’s going to marry you? “Why so nosy Jocelyn eyed his gossipy demeanor, forgetting her teacher’s role.
Just wondering if you can land Melvin, Preston said, nibbling on grilled meat: “You seem to be the first woman to get
Jocelyn bristled at his words, “What do you mean ‘get’? He came over on his own, okay?”
“Well, you’ve got skills,” Preston gave her a thumbs up, “Keep it up, tame him, and then my mom won’t have to worry about him anymore.”
Jocelyn prodded meat in her plate, her mind a whirlwind. There were questions she wanted to ask but was too embarrassed to voice.
If Melvin found out, that would be mortifying.
After finishing the late-night snack, Preston responsibly walked Jocelyn back.
Suddenly, Preston said seriously. “If you’re working late, you should have my uncle pick you up.”
“Huh?”
“Didn’t you notice someone watching you with bad intentions?” Preston gave her a look.
Jocelyn laughed.
Preston dropped Jocelyn off at her building, “Call me if you need anything.”
Jocelyn was stunned, Call you?”
“Who else? You think you can rely on my unreliable uncle?” Preston dialed a number on his phone.
Then Jocelyn’s phone rang.
“It is my number. Save it. Preston slung his backpack over his shoulder coolly and took off.
Jocelyn was a bit dazed.
Where did this cheeky kid learn this from?
Opening the door to her apartment, Jocelyn’s spirits lifted at the sight of the men’s shoes at the entrance.
After putting her bag away, she tiptoed to the bedroom door and upon seeing the man on the bed, she pressed her lips together and quietly approached the bed. Then, she lifted the corner of the blanket and slipped in.
“Umm…” Melvin lazily opened his eyes. Seeing her, he stretched out an arm to pull her into his embrace.
Jocelyn lay on top of him, listening to his heartbeat, “When did you get back?”
“Seven.”
Tired?”
“Mhm.”
Noticing his exhaustion, Jocelyn didn’t want to disturb him further. “Sleep now. I’ll fix you something to eat.”
Then she attempted to climb off him.
Melvin’s arms wrapped around her back, holding her tight, “Don’t go.”
“How can you sleep like this? Jocelyn’s pointed chin rested on his chest, her hand already tracing her favorite abs.
He said he’d be back in a week, and it had been over ten days.
Melvin opened his eyes, saw her full of energy, her sexy Adam’s apple moving slightly, “Miss me?”
Jocelyn blushed, her hand moving lower, and upon hearing his suppressed grunt, she knew his drowsiness was gone.
it’s you who missed me.”
A man’s thoughts and physical reactions can be separate,” Melvin flipped over, pinning her beneath him and taking control, ‘Since you’re so eager, I might as well oblige you.”
Jocelyn’s heart fluttered, and before things even started, waves of pleasure were already rushing through her nerves
m going to take a shower,” she gently pushed him.
Melvin kissed her, “I don’t mind.”
But Jocelyn insisted, and Melvin, stubborn as he was, couldn’t outlast her. He threw back the blanket, picked her up, and camed her to the bathroom.
Soon, the sound of running water filled the bathroom.
Over an hour later, Melvin, looking triumphant, carried a completely relaxed Jocelyn out of the bathroom and laid her on the bed. He leaned down to look at her flushed and lovely face, his voice
husky and magnetic, “Satisfied?”
Jocelyn pursed her swollen lips, shyly avoiding his intense gaze
“So, you came back just to check on my ‘supplies?” Melvin leaned down to gently pinch her chin, “There’s still a little sperm left, you want to dig for it?”
Jocelyn, again stirred by his words, was about to say “no” but found herself flipped on top, her body pressed tightly against his.
She was blushing furiously.
Melvin’s gaze was so intense that it was like everything he looked at caught fire. Jocelyn blushed from head to toe, totally unable to handle the heat in his eyes.
Under his burning stare, she quickly lay down, “Turn off the lights” NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
“Don’t you think it’s more fun with the lights on? Melvin wouldn’t budge on the lights, nibbling on her ear, “I just love watching you
Jocelyn buried her face in his chest, too shy to look up.
But Melvin’s hands were busy guiding her hips, his intentions crystal clear.
The flirtatious vibe had reached its peak, and any shyness was completely drowned out by desire. Jocelyn started to arch her back, getting into the groove with him.
But then the buzzing of the phone became too loud to ignore; Jocelyn gasped, “Your phone.”
Melvin didn’t want to be bothered, but the phone kept ringing off the hook.
Jocelyn lay back on him, gearing up for round two.
Melvin picked up the phone, eyeing the incoming number that wasn’t saved in his contacts. He answered and brought it to his ear, with his hand still caressing Jocelyn’s delicate back, “Hello, who’s this?”
Despite his tiredness, his voice was exceptionally husky, and unintentionally seductive..
