Chapter 153
Chapter 153 RYN
When the car which picked me up veered into a thick forest, I had expected to end up in a shack or a cabin or something What I didn't expect, is to find myself at a huge Victorian mansion with a large fountain in front of it.
I alighted from the car, in awe of the building and when my things were dropped beside me, the car drove away, leaving me in the driveway.
Assuming I had to go in, I adjusted my backpack and grabbed my luggage before heading for the double doors in the
distance.
Once I entered the house, my jaw dropped at the interior of the building. It was just like every princess's dream with golden chandeliers, marbled floors, and furniture that were designed in a way that anyone could tell that they were imported from some foreign country. Suddenly, I felt a presence behind me and jerked around.
There standing a few feet away, was a lady with a mask covering the lower part of her face. She had blonde hair and blue eyes and stood like a soldier.
"Hi." I said, warily. "Sorry the door opened and uhm..."
"I know." She cut me off sternly. "I will show you to your room."
With that said, she went past me up the stairs and I followed her. Shortly after, we stood in a room that seemed a lot like the one I had at the Windermere mansion.
"This will be your room." She said authoritatively. "You are to wake up at seven am everyday for your training. Failure to adhere to that and you will be removed from this bedroom and forced to sleep in the woods. Understood?" Wow.
I nodded, immediately. "Yes...ma'am."
"Call me El. I am in charge of this facility and I will be your personal trainer and guide." She said, and turned to leave. "Anything else you need, dial the number attached
to the telephone and you'll be fine. And one more thing," She paused, turning around. "You are no longer allowed to be in contact with people from your old life unless asked to."
And with that, she left, before I could even say anything.
Well, isn't she a ball of sunshine?
I wondered before collapsing on the bed, about to be on the verge of tears.
Since I left the Cresswell residence, I put up a wall in my mind so I wouldn't miss my past life and I left my phone behind so it would be easy to leave without anyone calling or trying to trace me. That wall had held nicely, but now, in the comfort of these four walls, everythin I looked down at my things, both placed on the floor next to the bed.
Pulling the backpack closer, I reached into it and brought out the teddy bear Theon got for me when he bought me a period package. Then, I saw the bottle of painkillers Miro got for me when I was in pain and brought that out too.
Putting them side by side, I smiled bitterly, remembering how both men cared for me in their own way.
Miro hated my guts but he made sure I was well fed and Theon?
Theon was the best man I had ever experienced.
Goddess! The moment our eyes inet that very first day, I knew
would come to mean so much to me. He is everything I
had wished for when I told my mom, as a little girl, that I'd marry my Dad.
Theon is him.
Theon is the embodiment of my father and more, and I am so in love with him that it physically hurts to know that I can't be in the same city as him.
My vision blurred with tears as I realized how much I missed him, and Miro.
I loved that little thing we had going on where Theon and I would sit at the kitchen counter while Miro made some good food that left not only my body nourished but my soul as well.
I want that again.
I want us under the same roof, living together in our own little peaceful bubble.
I just don't know what would happen if they both find out I am their mates?
Will one reject me or will both reject me?
My crying stopped.
What if they both don't want me? Did I ever think about that?
I sighed, and laid down in bed, hugging the teddy to myself. I don't know what the future holds but I hope it has a space for my happiness with Theon and Miro. Because even though I can exist without them, I still don't want a life without them. After that, I practically crawled up to my bedroom. True to El's words, I could ring up wanted but when I ate the food, it tasted nothing like Miro's cooking.
Training with El was way different and more intense than what I did at the Academy.
Because I hadn't shifted for a long period of time, I spent a whole day shifting back and forth until the process became seamless and painless.

chef, maid or servant for what I
Have I been over-pampered and spoilt?
I smiled at the idea.
The following day, I was taught how to hide my scent and I found the training kinda odd but said nothing of it and obeyed nonetheless.
Later on, after our session for the day, I was instructed to get dressed and ready.
"For what? Am I getting my first mission?" I asked eagerly.
El turned on the TV and showed me the new headlines. Billie was granting an interview and it was happening today. I watched in surprise. I thought since I left town, the King would back off. Why this?
What did I do to deserve this?
I turned to El. "So what am we doing?"
"We are going to the news station to put an end to this nonsense, once and for all. Get dressed and meet me in the car."
Chapter 153-
I obeyed and shortly after, 4 was dressed in a corporate jumpsuit sitting in a moving car with El.
"Here take this." El said, placing a thick envelope in my hand." "When we get there, go to the sixteenth floor. Tell the secretary you're from the Watcher. Then go in, and give the man this envelope. Under no circumstances should you open it, understood?" I nodded eagerly and looked out the window till we arrived. Then I did as I was told, and first informed the secretary who
sent me.
Immediately, ktold her, she paled
instantly and with shaky hands, dialled her boss. Seconds later, I was allowed in, and I found myself sitting opposite a bald, round man smoking a cigar and who didn't look like he was very happy to see me.
Once I handed him the envelope, I took a seat and watched him open and scan through. The more he read, the redder his face became. Then he gave me a strained smile, "You're free to go, ma'am."
Still creeped out by the whole scenario, I stood up and confidently walked out. On my way to the elevator, I wondered who the Watcher was and why these people were scared of him.
Then, my new phone buzzed with a call.
Seeing it was El, I picked up. "Hello?"
"Stop walking. Remember your training this morning?" El asked.Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.
"Yes. I do."
"Time to put it to practice. Conceal your scent."
My brows furrowed. "Why?"
"Question my order one more time, and you'll regret it." She snapped.
Silence.
"Conceal your scent and find a place to hide. Don't go to that elevator and don't let the people in it find you."
I did as she asked and immediately
started trying doors but they were all
locked. To my terror, the elevator dinged and out of desperation, ↓ crouched under a large potted plant with many leaves and flowers.
From where I hid, I could see the elevator clearly but I was perfectly camouflaged.
As soon as the doors opened, the sweetest scents hit me like a fucking wrecking ball, sending my wolf into a mad frenzy.
I froze, my stomach doing backflips, and now I understood El's order.
The Windermere brothers were here.
Approaching from a few feet away was Theon, looking like the god he always was.
While his face was the epitome of perfect calm, I have stayed with him long enough to know those blue eyes are where his emotions are, and as he approached, they were fiery with rage. My eyes slid to his twin and my breath caught.
Miro sauntered in beside his brother looking drop-dead gorgeous as he ran a hand over his newly shaved head and then I noticed the diamond stud in his ear and the piercing in his nose Miro was back to his old bad boy look and something about it made my thighs clench and my pussygrow wet.
14:55 Mon, Dec 9.
Chapter 153-
Now, I couldn't breathe, and as the brothers neared me with the own security team, I prayed to the Goddess, that they won't sense how much I want them right now.
