Nikolai’s Pov:- My men found Max, one of the members of Lorenzo’s yacht’s crew member. They threatened him and found out where he dropped Julianna.
She went back to Greyson’s house?
I don’t how but I will apologize to her and convince her to give me a second chance.
And I’m going to do whatever it takes. She’s mine, all mine. I reached into my pocket and hold the ring I bought her tightly in my hand. The diamonds bite into my palm and the pain helps clear my mind.
I’m coming for my kitten.

I was now standing in front of Millia Williams’s house, one of my bodyguards knocked on the door. I can feel my heart slamming against my ribcage as I waited for the door to be open.
Millia opened the door, as her eyes landed on me, I could see the rage shining in them
“What the fuck do you want, dickhead?” she said,
“I’m here for Julianna,” I replied and go to step past her.
“Hell, no, you don’t.” She shoved me away. I stared at her in alarm. Does this little five-foot-nothing girl think she can stop me? I’ll rip her arms from their sockets and beat her with them if she doesn’t step aside.
“Do you know how much pain you caused her already, asshole?”
“Move,” I said, my voice cold and dead.
“Fuck. You.” She jabbed her finger into my chest. Does this girl want to die? She must want to die.
“Julia’s been sobbing herself to sleep every fucking night since she came back here. She’s a mess because of you and she isn’t getting any better. Do you think coming in here and talking to her is going to do anything but make it worse? Hell. Fucking. No.”
My body tingles with rage and loathing. She’s been crying herself to sleep because of me? I can barely handle the thought. The image of her tear-soaked and hugging her pillow makes me want to strangle myself.
“Get out of my way,” I said, my body tingling with pent-up need. I have to find Julianna. I have to wrap my arms around her and tell her how sorry I am. I need to beg her forgiveness for being a damn fool. For being too self-destructive to think for one fucking second.
She cried because of me. I’ll never forgive myself, but I will make it right.
I need Julianna. I need her.

Julianna’s Pov;- I can’t believe my eyes; how did he find me so soon?
It just has been 3 days.
I gulped hard and stared at him in shock, “How… How-” he cut me off,
“How did I find you?” He completed the question I was about to ask, “All thanks to Max, here,” he pointed his finger at Max.
I glanced at him,
“I’m sorry, Miss. Mitchell,” he said, lowering his head.
“Pack your bags, we are leaving,” Nikolai ordered,
“No,” I said, sternly.
“I’m not coming anywhere with you, Nikolai Vasiliev,”
“Don’t test me, Julianna,” he said, clenching his jaw.
I don’t want to go there and the thought of going there made me feel upset and scared inside. His words kept running back to me as I stared at his face and tears began filling my eyes.
“No,” I replied,
Looking at my tears-filled eyes, I noticed his features softening.
“Julia…” He took a step toward me but I put my hand up and stopped him.
“No, Please, I don’t want to,” I said, tears began streaming down my eyes.

“Ok, I won’t take you back, but will you listen to me once?” he asked, pleading with me with his eyes.
I could resist those blue eyes, “O-Okay,” I replied.
“Not here,” he said, looking straight into my eyes.
“Fine,” I replied, gesturing for him to follow me.
I took him to my room.
As soon as we entered the room, Nikolai shut the door and turned to me. we were two, alone, in my bedroom, this is not a good idea.
Before I could say anything, he strolled toward me and slammed his lips against mine. I was knocked off my breath and felt some kind of burn inside me, it was a raw need.
I didn’t want to admit but I missed his touch and his breath against my skin. His hands were holding my face, he kissed me like I was a cure to his suffering. Like I was a reason for his existence and without me, he’ll die.
We were breathless.
“I…I..” he pulled back, breathing heavily while holding my face and pressing his forehead against mine.
“I’m so… sorry… I’m sorry, please,” He apologized,
I was taken aback by his apology.
“It was my mistake, please come back,” he pleaded,
I was melting inside looking at his state but when his words run back to me, I couldn’t. I can’t go back with him after what he said to me. what if he’s doing all this to make me come back and after I did go with him, what if he changes back to how he was before?
No, no, don’t fall for this, Julianna.
“I was… I was stupid,” he said looking at me, “I thought… I thought you were using me to save Stella,” “What?” I was stunned, “Yes, I know I was wrong and all but, at that moment when you asked about her, I… I thought you were doing all that to save her and I was angry.” He continued, “I… was angry at you and at myself for letting you get close to me… it was the reason behind my rude behaviour towards you,” “I’m sorry, Julia, for all those hurtful things I said to you… I was blinded in rage and couldn’t see what I was doing to you…. I’m so sorry, please,” “No, I didn’t” I couldn’t stop myself,
He stared at me with vulnerability shining in his eyes, “I wasn’t using you,” I said holding his face. “This is all a misunderstand?” he said,
“Yes, looks like it is,” I smiled,
“Please Julia, give me a second chance, I swear I’ll take good care of you and our child,” He begged.
Looking at him, begging me like that made me feel happy inside. I don’t know why I felt happy maybe it’s because the fact that The Arrogant king is begging me to come back was something surprising.
“Okay,” I said,
His eyes lit as I said OKAY and he immediately claimed my lips, kissing me hard. He took off my top. He does it lovingly, one button at a time. He kisses my neck, nibbling softly, teasing. His hands are sure and strong and warm. I feel a slight breeze from the window, hot and gentle against my neck. He unhooks my bra and kisses my nipples, his tongue rolling around them, as he takes off my shorts.
