THE MAFIA’S PET

“Yes boss, that’s her name, how did you know that?”

Houston asked, wondering how his boss got to the lady’s name when he just met her seconds ago.

“She’s my lost cousin Houston, who would have ever thought that she was Diaz pet?”

Damien asked laughing sardonically.

He won at last.

“Diaz… Diaz…”

Maddie called, still in her uncionscious state.

“Oh dear, poor little Diaz won’t be able to save you from me now.”

Damien muttered, a smile playing on his lips.

At the tone of his voice Maddie shooked and slowly unveiled her beautiful green Hazel eyes.

She widened her eyes in shock as her gaze met with his evil and dangerous eyes.

“Oh Maddie, my beautiful Maddie, I missed your beautiful green eyes and most especially your delicious body or don’t you miss me? my little whore?”

He whispered in her ears and she trembled in his hands.

“Please let me go, please.”

She whimpered, dread and horror filling her entire body.

Why was faith so cruel to her?

Just when she thought she could have a normal life like a normal person with someone who makes her happy, someone who showers her with care and love, someone who made her feel special and someone who she has fallen in love with.

But now everything is ruined because of this monster who calls himself her uncle, she hated him, she hated ever been called an Arrowhood.

If only she could rewind time, she could have wished to be in an entirely different family, if only she could rewind time she could have wished to be an entirely different world.

A world different from all other worlds, a world which only consists of her and the man she loves, a world free from chaos and violence, a world as peaceful and calm as the sea but deep down she knew it was only a wish and that wish was something called impossible. Even the sea had it’s storm.

“Please let me go.”

She repeated, tears filling her eyes.

She knew it was useless begging Damien but she had no other option than to do it.

“Sure.”

Damien suddenly replied, dropping her on the floor and she came crashing on the floor with a loud thud.

“Ouch.”

She winced in pain, slowly standing up from the cold floor.

Immediately she stood on her feets, her eyes darted to the door and without thinking twice she made straight for it.

Maddison was once again filled with horror when she found out the door was locked.

“Oh no, please open, please open.”

She pleaded, banging on the door.

“Oh poor Maddie, did you actually thought that you could ever get away from me, away from your dearest uncle?”

Damien asked behind her, roughly grapping her hair from behind and gave her a hard slap across the face which resulted to her falling on the ground.

She winced in pains and blood oozed out from her wounded lips.

“I hate you Damien, I hate you!”

She yelled and bursted out crying.

She couldn’t believe she was actually infront of this monster again, going through the same torture for the second time.

Why was she so unfortunate?

“Hate me? I love you too Maddie.”

Damien teased, and tightly grapped her neck choking her in the process.

“Did you ever think about what will happen when he finds out about you huh? did you?” He asked, tightening his grip on her.

“You are a fucking Arrowhood Maddie, no matter how much he adores you or how much he loves you, the moment he finds out that you are an Arrowhood everything changes Maddie, he has an unending hate for us the Arrowhood well thanks to thanks to me and your father.

You and him can never work Maddie and I know you also know that.”

Damien uttered and released his grip on her neck.

“The moment he finds out that you are an Arrowhood, he will kill you!”

He added, giving her another painful slap across her face.

“That’s for running away from me Maddie.”

He revealed, wiping off her blood away from his hands.

“Awwwwn, did I hurt you too much Maddie?”

He sardonically asked, grapping her hair again snd pulled her face closer to his so she could look at him right in the eye.

“You are mine Maddie, mine alone and get that into your stupid skull already.”

He yelled and Maddison angrily spat on his face.

“How dare you?”

He yelled, raising his hands to slap her for the third time but a loud thud was heard and mysteriously someone caught his hand mid air before he could touch her face.

“No one touches what belongs to me.”

The voice muttered and effortlessy threw Damien against the wall.

Maddison closed her eyes, awaiting the slap which never came. Nothing like that happened, instead she heard a loud thud followed by something or someone being flunged away.

She slowly unveiled her eyes and a painful smile played on her wounded lips as her gaze met with his silver glowing eyes.

“Diaz”

She slowly muttered, looking at the door and discovered that it was broken into pieces.

Knowing the kind of person he was, she wasn’t surprised he broke through the door.

“Diaz.”

Damien called out and her attention slowly diverted to him and that was when she found out that he was the one being thrown against the wall.

Damien shuttered, taking slow unsteady steps backwards while Diaz walked towards him.

Someone shot Diaz from behind and slowly turning back, Diaz eyes came in contact with Houston.

The bullet didn’t have an effect on him and in a flash, Diaz supersped and snapped Houston neck and his dead body fell with a loud thud on the floor.

“Before you do anything funny Diaz, I’m not your real enemy here, I mean I’m just part of the Arrowhood and was just following orders of the late master but she, your pet is part of the Arrowhood.”

Damien blurted out, pointing to Maddie.

“She’s the real Arrowhood Diaz, she’s the daughter of your most greatest enemy, I want you to meet

Maddison Arrowhood.”

Damien concluded and almost immediately Diaz halted on his steps and slowly tilted his head towards Maddie direction.

“Arrowhood?”
