Meredith didn't expect Easton to understand what she said.

In fact, she just didn't know how to explain to a five-year-old child the problem between her and Derek,

In the photo, Evelyn and Derek were very close. The woman's body weight was almost all on the man.

Derek explained it to Easton very seriously.
