Derek directly took Meredith home. "Easton was sad that you didn't spend some time with him. He

really misses you."

Meredith did not refuse.

The first thing she wanted to do in such a sad situation was to hug her adorable son to absorb the

Easton was already out of school, and on the way home, he had seen the news on his phone.

hadn't found a chance to play it yet.

Even though others found out it was him who did that, no one would blame him since he was still a kid.

"Save your little tricks. If your great-grandfather knows, guess what will happen?"

Easton had thought of many tricks, but when he heard this, he was frustrated.

"Then what should we do? We can't just watch mom get bullied and not do anything, can we?"

Easton looked unhappy.

After all, he was a child, and he didn't think too much. He only knew that he had to get back after being

wronged, but he did not know that the adult world was that simple.

Derek frowned and was about to say something but his phone rang.

Damian was calling him.

"Boss, we have found out where the girl is, but the Horton Family is keeping a close eye on her, so it

might be a little difficult to bring her out directly."

Derek thought about it. Meredith had specifically told him that the girl looked different from normal

people. If they brought her out forcefully, they would be in trouble.

The hotel that the girl was staying in was remote and not a luxurious hotel at all. It was a lot worse than

leave, he felt he could do nothing. "Then you have to hurry up. You'd better finish it today. I don't want

to see mom unhappy all night."

In a dark room, many design drafts were scattered on the floor.
