Hearing Ethan’s words, Kristen looked at him with her round eyes. Finally, she reached out and hugged him. She stayed in his arms and said seriously, “Thank you for your trust. I will never let you down.”

Ethan held her in his arms. There seemed to be nothing left between them. They belonged to each other.

“Have you finished filming the movie you participated in?”

Kristen nodded. “I can rest for a while.”

“Why don’t we go out for a trip?”

Sensing her warmth, Ethan said a few words and then hung up.

“Why are you awake now?”

Kristen hummed in agreement. He continued, “Shall we depart?”

Kristen was a little confused until Jacob sent them to the private parking apron. A private plane had been waiting there for a long time.

She asked curiously, “Where are we going?”

After hanging up, he returned to the dining room.

“How’s the taste? Do you like it?”

Kristen nodded approvingly. “It tastes good.”

Ethan rubbed her head and said, “Then eat more. I have something to do in the afternoon. You can stay at home or go to the seaside outside, but remember not to go out alone.”

With that, Ethan summoned the two maids.

“You can call them if you need anything.”
