Ralph leaned against the edge of his desk with arms crossed, his expression solemn as he looked at Bella and Justin. "First of all, drugs were found on Ian. The guy who sold Ian the drugs is a member of the Southern Star Syndicate called Horace. He's adamantly accusing Ian, so the evidence is solid.
