The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

Chapter 1775

Chapter 1775

At 10:00a.m., Bella's Rolls Royce smoothly came to a stop in front of the KS Group's headquarters building.

A few high-ranking executives were already standing outside the entrance, holding bouquets, as they lined up to welcome her.

In the past, when Bella took over KS World Hotel, she was still an unknown "illegitimate daughter" of Chairman Thompson. After experiencing great storms in her career, she made a name for herself in Savrow and established her reputation in the business field.

The hall on the first floor had been exquisitely decorated. An expensive, luxurious carpet was laid on the floor, and her welcome ceremony was of the highest standard.

Nobody dared to slight the heiress of KS Group.

In the car, Steven adjusted his necktie on the passenger seat and looked at Bella through the rearview mirror, who was resting with her eyes closed.

He reminded her softly, "Ms. Bella, we've arrived."

Bella slowly opened her eyes.

Steven's eyes lit up, and he asked sincerely, "Ms. Bella, the blush you're wearing today is quite beautiful, a mix of pink and red. Could you tell me the brand? I'd like to buy it for Amelia."

Bella's cheeks flushed a deeper shade of red as she recalled her blushing face two hours ago, blooming beautifully underneath Justin's touch. This is from NôvelDrama.Org.

Justin's large hands caressed every inch of her skin around her waist, lingering lovingly...

What could she say the brand was?

It was all thanks to that perverted man that her waist was still sore now.

Bella quickly changed the topic and glanced at Steven's neat collar. "That's a nice tie. Did Amelia give it to you?"

"Ms. Bella, how did you know?" Steven's usually composed face turned red.

"You don't have a fashion sense like that."

Steven chuckled as he scratched his head, his fingertips lightly brushing the tie, the light within his eyes sparkling with happiness. "The pattern on this tie was embroidered by Amelia. My initials are on the back of it. This is the most unique gift that I love most."

Bella nodded, her lips curling up. "I can tell. I recognize Amelia's work. I thought you'd treasure such a cherished item on an altar. Why'd you bring it to work?"

"I'm nervous to return to the workplace, and wearing Amelia's gift calms me down. I believe it'll bring me good luck too."

"Yeah, we really need to take every step carefully." Bella slightly narrowed her eyes, smiling faintly. "We will have a tough battle to fight."

Steven's gaze darkened, and he handed Bella a prepared document.

In the meeting room, all of the group's board members were present, including a disgruntled Cameron.

The scene was like a morning marketplace, messy and full of noise.

"Although Chairman Thompson could not involve himself in company affairs due to his illness, even if he passes his position down, it should be to you, his only brother!"

Although everyone in the company was Wyatt's subordinate, not all of them were equally loyal. With Wyatt heavily sick and Asher's resignation, the ensuing turmoil had caused a few members of the board to secretly side with Cameron.

"Oh, what am I?" Cameron shrugged helplessly, playing the victim. "Although I am Wyatt's brother, you've all seen me throughout the years. What say do I have in this company? Besides, even if my brother steps down and Asher resigns, the Thompson family still has Axel and Declan. It would never be my turn. Everyone, please don't mock me with such talk."

"Those other children are not made for business. If they were, Chairman Thompson would have trained them long ago. How could they compare to you?!"

"Even in the worst-case scenario, it shouldn't..."

Before their voices fell, the meeting room's door swung open.
