Asher, dressed in a casual suit, sat in his boss’s chair, his face grim like the precursor of an incoming storm, and before him stood several black-clad bodyguards, their heads bowed and not daring to utter a word.

“No word from her by now?” After a long silence, Asher finally spoke coldly.

The black-clad bodyguard in the lead was shaken and nodded hastily in reply, “Back to Master Jun’s words, I brought many of my men and mobilized all my connections, but I just couldn’t find Miss Luo’s whereabouts!”
