Lena gasped and shook her head as she backed away, suddenly looking up and laughing, throwing her lighter onto the gasoline-covered lawn, “Ha ha, let the fire burn everything! Just let it all start again!”

The lawn was covered by the gasoline obscuring the moisture that would have been there, and all at once the fire sprang up. Lena stood off to the side, looking at the fire that had sprung up and Mia, who had fallen into the gasoline and couldn’t stand up, and laughed loudly, a harsh, eerie laugh.
