The CEO Gets What He Wants

Chapter 119

Chapter 119

Avery suddenly felt thirsty at the sight of the glass of water.

After getting relentlessly kissed by Cayden for the past few hours, her lips had already become dry and swollen.

She took a gulp of water from the glass before getting down from the bed. Before she headed to the bathroom, she remembered something and turned back to ask about her clothes when he pulled her into his embrace again. With a large hand on the back of her small waist, he planted feverish kisses all over her.

She did her best to fight back and push his hand away when she felt something wet and sticky.

When she looked down, she noticed that his sleeve had already been dyed a darker hue by the blood coming out from his wound. His robe was so dark that it was hard to tell with just the naked eye.

His aggressive kisses enveloped her cheeks, her lips, and her neck as she looked at her bloodstained hands.

As if a switch had been turned off, Avery's emotions completely extinguished.

He was insane. Absolutely insane.

She simply let his lips roam all over her skin, not leaving any inch untouched.

Slowly, she got pushed back down on the bed.

As his large silhouette slowly enveloped her, she watched him with a desperate, hopeless gaze. Her usual clear eyes were clouded with a hint of bitterness.

“Why'd you stop? Are you finally done?” she asked the man who was staring at her with a frown.

Cayden was breathing heavily and his glare was cold and harsh as he stared at her for a couple of seconds. “Nowhere near,” he replied frostily as he gripped her ankles tightly.

He lifted her legs up and forced them against both sides of her head.

“Ow!” Avery cried out in pain.

Nothing could have been more humiliating than this position.

The robe's belt was undone and Cayden straightaway pulled it off. Belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.

Avery watched in apprehension as Cayden took out his intimidating member.

“So now you're willing to do it? Did you seduce me after Zayne disappointed you yesterday to get revenge on him?” Cayden said as he thrusted what couldn't have been more than just a third of his size into her.

Avery inhaled sharply in pain and shook her head with a frown. “If you want to do it then hurry up. You should be satisfied after that, right?”

He was so possessive of her that he would definitely make sure he got whatever he wanted.

She had already confirmed that she had been drugged last night even though she was incredibly careful and alert. Not only did she avoid everything that Zayne passed her like it was the plague, but if he was within even ten feet of her, she would even scurry away nervously.

Still, all that proved fruitless.

It was exhausting living this way.

All she wanted was for her dad to regain his health and for her grandpa to be happy. She never asked for anything apart from a normal life, and yet normal seemed like the most unrealistic thing she could ask for now.

She had never wished for death more than now.

No matter how much trouble or evil there was in her life, she was willing to shoulder it all now.

If she died, everything would settle itself. She imagined that the very moment she closed her eyes, she would feel heavenly.

However, after everything she had done with Allie's son, she was probably ending up in hell. Idly, she wondered what kind of punishments she would suffer there.

“Piss off,” she suddenly heard from above her. The weight on her body was lifted off in an instant as Cayden lifted himself off and walked to the bathroom. Harshly, he spat, “I never want to see you ever again.”

He remained in the bathroom as he lit a cigar and began smoking it with closed eyes and a frown deeper than the ocean.

He was thinking about last night and how he had toyed around with her.

She was much sweeter and more obedient when asleep compared to when she woke up.

Nonetheless, he had finally learned that love cannot be forced.

If he was going to have her, he wanted her to be completely willing.

Avery thought she wouldn't even be able to leave today as he seemed to behave more crazily than usual.

He left the bathroom as quickly as he had entered, heading to the balcony next in complete silence.

She looked for her clothes in the bathroom and found them completely wrinkled and unwearable. They were also damp. Eventually, she found a laundry bag.

After placing her clothes in the bag, she kept her robe on and made sure to button it up. She tied the belt tightly around her waist and planned to wear the makeshift dress out.

It didn't really matter what she wore out as long as she wasn't showing much skin, and this robe actually covered her up more than other clothes. She took her bag of clothes and quickly walked to the door to put her shoes on.

Bang!

Zachary was jolted awake by the loud sound.

“Ms. Ery?” he called out as he opened his eyes and got off the bed. The moment he opened his eyes, he spotted his dad standing on the balcony with both hands on the railing as he looked down.

He knew that this position meant that his father was in a bad mood.

Faintly, he recalled his great-grandpa talking about how Cayden hadn't cried when Bruce died because Bruce had been a low playboy. He had two wives, both of whom he brought to live under the same roof, to Zachary's dismay, because he now had two grandmothers.

Of course, Zachary knew that his biological grandmother was the mistress.

That meant that his dad was a bastard child.

Zachary didn't know too much at his young age, but after everything that Jeffrey had told him, he kind of knew how his dad felt. Cayden both loved and hated his father.

After all, Bruce was part of the reason why Cayden was even alive.

Despite that, Jeffrey had told him before that Kendrick didn't hate Cayden because of how resentful he had always been about the fact that he was born to a mistress.

Zachary had even heard the adults fighting before.

Jeffrey had been yelling at Lily. “Without Cayden, you'd go bankrupt with even a hundred companies in

your hands! Kendrick is kind, but he's just not cut out for business.”

Lily had retorted with, “Don't come up with excuses for your personal bias. Either way, every single member of the Moore family owes me, especially Allie and her bastard son!”

“Cayden doesn't owe you anything!” Jeffrey had yelled even louder, his voice cracking under the force. “Did you think I didn't know about everything you've done? Cayden was still a high schooler then and he went to a small-town school just so there would be no competition. You were so bitter that you hired someone to kill him! I bet you didn't know that that person was bought over by Allie, who told Cayden to be careful. Even then, he had decided that he had had enough of living as a bastard child and wanted to die. He would have willingly stood in front of that car just to pay for his mother's mistakes and even hoped he could reincarnate into a normal family. Thank God he wasn't that easy to kill.”

Zachary had been keeping this secret internally for a long time, and the older he got, the more reasonable he got as well and he began to pity his father. All he wanted was for his father to marry Ms. Ery so that he wouldn't have to eat, smoke, and watch television alone all the time.

Even he, a child, could tell that his father's life was much too boring and dull.

Cayden looked at Zachary when he walked back in from the balcony.

“I know Ms. Ery left, Daddy.” Zachary was so worried about his father being depressed that he tailed his father into the room, feebly offering a long string of comfort and advice.

Cayden walked into the bathroom and shut the door, effectively shutting out his son as well.

That didn't stop Zachary from speaking. Suddenly, his bright eyes spotted something on the floor and

he bent down to pick it up as he read out the label quietly. “Plan B? Emergency c-contraceptives?”

He scratched his head and opened the bathroom door, looking up at his father with the sealed box in hand. “Daddy, are these yours or Ms. Ery's?”
