Kyle walked in large strides till he got to the company’s entrance where most of his guards were preventing a woman from coming in..

“That’s enough!”

His guards backed down and released their grip on the woman when they heard his voice, they parted ways for him giving him access to see the woman who was here to see him..

Kyle had an indifferent look on his face when their eyes met..

“It was you! you were the one who left my daughter in that state! and because of who exactly? Arya? that thrash!” Joyce fired at him.

Kyle scoffed, he really didn’t want to get involved with Arya and her dramatic family but since this woman has dragged him out, she might as well get a befitting response.

“I’ll give you a minute to leave this premises”

“Or else? you will beat me up to a coma? just like you did to my daughter?”

Kyle turned around and started walking away “If she doesn’t leave by then, shoot her down!”

Joyce eyes rounded in shock, was he that heartless?

She gulped down as the men aimed their guns at her, she didn’t need anyone to tell her to leave, she slowly backed out before sprinting out of the premises.

A phone rang on the table for a long time before it was picked up by a middle aged man..

“Speak!” his voice showed how uninterested he was in talking to this person..

The word he heard next made him sat up swiftly..

“What?”

He suddenly threw his phone across the room in anger..

“How can this be?! this is totally impossible!” he swiped everything that was on his table down in anger..

The door pushed open immediately and a woman entered, she stared at the mess her husband caused in his study and was alarmed..

“What is wrong this time?”

He smirked evily “I think it’s time we pay our old man a visit!”

Arya smiled at the lady who just tipped her “thanks ma’am, you’re always welcome back here”

And like always Chloe was beside her with her hands stretched out..

“Come on Chloe this is becoming a habit for you”

Chloe pouted “There’s love in sharing don’t you know?”

Arya rolled her eyes and placed a few notes on Chloe’s outstretched palm..

“See? love” Chloe chuckled..

Arya giggled and almost immediately her smile turned into a frown when she saw one of her employees coming towards her with a tray of untouched meal in his hands..

“What happened sam?”

Sam sighed and stretched forth the tray to Arya “the lady over there complained about the chicken being undercooked and the sauce has too much salt in it”

Arya frowned, that can’t be possible, she practically makes every dishes herself and tastes them before serving..

She took a fork from the tray and had a bite of the chicken “There’s nothing wrong with this dish!”

“She has also demanded to see you”

“Arya be nice to her after all a customer is always right” Chloe whispered..

Arya scoffed out “but not in this case!”

She walked straight to the lady and cleared her throat..

“Excuse me miss you sent for me”

The lady stood up from her seat and faced Arya with a sly smirk..

“You?!”

Vanessa chuckled and folded her arm beneath her bossom..

“Yes me! bimbo!”

“What the hell do you want?” Arya asked straight to the point..

Vanessa looked around her to see everyone deeply engrossed in their meal..

“I wonder how they manage to eat the garbage that you make, I don’t blame them though they are in the same range as yourself”

Arya creased her brow, she knew this lady was here to cause trouble for her and she wasn’t going to take it.

“What do you mean by that?”

“They are all lowly peasants like you, I’m so embarrassed of myself to be in here, anyways I haven’t fulfilled what I came here for”

Arya was alarmed, she turned around to alert the securities before Vanessa pull off a stunt..

She hadn’t gotten far when she heard Vanessa speak..

“Hello fans, I’m currently at a restaurant named Arya’s delight where I was served an undercooked chicken.. gross!!..

Arya turned back swiftly to Vanessa and tried snatching her phone from her..

“Do you see that? this place should be shut down! unless people would die of food poisoning!”

“Just stop this madness!” Arya yelled out.

She could hear murmurs around her..

“what do you mean by undercook?”

“So that’s why my tummy hurts whenever I eat here!”

“This place must be shut down!”

Chloe gasped when she saw the commotion going on out here..

“Sam alert the security at once!”

Vanessa smiled in satisfaction when the restaurant turned rowdy..

“Now you’ll feel how it feels to lose something precious to you that you’ve worked for ages just to achieve!”

Arya grabbed Vanessa’s hair and tugged it harshly “You’re messing with the wrong lady miss..”

Vanessa screamed from the pain, her scream intensified when a slap was sent to her face..

“Stop this!” Vanessa pulled out of Arya’s surprisingly strong grip, she touched her face that was burning hot from the slap..

“I’ll make sure your restaurant is closed down before the end of tomorrow! mark my words”

Arya raised her hand again in an attempt to hit Vanessa but it was caught back..

Arya snapped her burning gaze to the lady who held her hand, she could swear that she has never seen this lady before..

“Today I finally got to meet the ugly duckling who got married to Mr Anderson” Lora mockingly said…

Chloe suddenly intervened and pulled Arya away from Lora’s grip.

“Aren’t you that cheap slut? who do you think you are to speak to the lady of the Anderson’s in that manner? don’t think that because she is alone you can bully her! I’m also here with her!”

Lora scoffed and pushed Chloe aside “Come on in officers take the both of them away and charge them for attempted murder!”

Chloe’s eyes rounded in shock..

The door to Kyle’s office was pushed open after a brief hurried knock..

“Boss! young miss is having a huge backlash on the internet concerning her restaurant”

Kyle’s face remained indifferent as he watched the news on the flat screen TV in his office..

“it might get shut down boss”

Kyle turned off the TV and returned his attention back to his laptop..

“Close the door on your way out”

Elizabeth hurried down the stairs when she heard Mia’s continuous screaming..

Elizabeth turned to the TV and was alarmed, if this wasn’t fixed on time it will be bad for them after all Arya was an Anderson..

“Call Kyle he needs to fix this up”

Mia scurried back to the sofa and picked up her phone.. she heard it ring several times before it was declined..

“That jerk! he declined my call!”

“Try it again” Elizabeth urged..

Mia tried it again and this time it was answered “Big bro! Arya’s restaurant is in trouble do something and it could tarnish our name indirectly”

There was an awkward silence at the other end..

“Well say something!” Mia barked out obviously irritated..

Elizabeth snatched the phone from Mia and cleared her throat..”Well son it’s me, your mum, your wife is being dragged online and she could lose her restaurant”

“I don’t want to get involved in her affairs” came his short reply and the call went dead..

“He hung up!”

Mia arched a brow “Well he leaves us with no other choice mum.. now we are gonna involve martin”

Elizabeth gasped “Martin? you know so well that he is one of Kyle’s biggest rival”

Mia smirked, of course she needed a super guy like martins to set Kyle back on track and he could also help her on her upcoming missions..

Mia tapped on her phone for a while before she placed it to her ear..
