I was coming out from my room when I saw my younger brother coming out from Cassie’s room. I kept wondering what he could be looking for in her room. I know I wasn’t a nice guy but at the same time I know that my younger brother could be worse than me. He ain’t the type to trust a girl.

“Hey dude, what the heck are you doing in Cassie’s room?” I confronted him.

“I should be the one asking you that,” he replied arrogantly.

“Really, you were the one who went into her room so why should I be the one to be asked. I saw you coming out from her room,” he was becoming a bit angry at his nonchalant attitude.

“Okay, I will tell you what I went in there to do. Well I just went in there to speak to her. Do you have any problem with that?” He answered, smiling sheepishly.

“Whatever you went there to do, I just want you to take your eyes off her, she’s going to be mine,” I warned sternly.

“Oh really, you think she’s going to be yours? You must really be a joker,” Patrick said still smiling

“See bro I don’t want us fighting over the same girl. I saw her first in this house and to tell you I have already fucked her in a party,” I told him trying to convince him.

Even though I didn’t really love Cassie, I still wanted her to be myself, I wanted her to be mine, I wouldn’t mind having her on my bed just like the day I had her at the party.

“Yes I know you have already fucked her and then I just want to have a share of my own, even though she turned me down, but I know sooner she’s going go accept me, I’m a cute guy you know,” he said smiling.

“Really, you see what I was talking about. Of course she’s going to turn you down but I can have her. You can never have her. I don’t think that will be possible. She’s so rigid and she doesn’t even want me to get closer to her,” I told him, laughing at him.

My brother angrily left, I was glad that I was able to put him off. I prepared for myself and then went to school. When I went to the school, I saw some of my friends hanging around the premises waiting for me.

“Hey dude I saw that girl is living in your house right now,” one of them said, pointing to Cassie while others chuckled.

“Yeah, she is,” I replied indifferently, even though I couldn’t understand why they asked about her.

“I also heard that she’s gate to get,” the other boy said, amidst laughter.

“Well you should know me. Whatever I want I get,” I replied with a proud smile.

“Yeah. You can’t get other girls, but definitely not this girl,” they teased.

I couldn’t understand why they thought I wouldn’t be able to get Cassie to fall for me. It was so easy for me to get any girl I wanted in the school because I’m one of the most wanted guys. Cassie can be stubborn but I don’t think she could deny the fact that she would really want to be with someone like me, since I have already slept with her before now and taken her virginity.

My friends refused to believe that I could get Cassie.

“Then let’s be on a bet, if you are able to get her, we all will give you $2000 dollars each,” my friend chorused.

I thought about the bet for some minutes before I finally accepted, I was eager to prove them all wrong, even though I didn’t really need the money. My dad owns one of the biggest Technology companies in the world, which I’m an heir to. My money is not my problem but I wanted to pay my friends so that I could still get any girl I want.

I have taken on several bets with my friends in the past to get any girl, but this one is different, it’s about Cassie and I’m sure she will make things difficult.

Putting up a bet with my friends means I was going to do everything possible to have Cassie laid, it wasn’t going to be that easy since Cassie already admitted that sleeping with me that night was a mistake.

I saw her coming with her friend and I walked up to them.

“Hello Cassie,” I greeted her and in turn greeted her friend too. They looked at me as though I wasn’t in my right mind. I guess they might be surprised to see me work up to them with a smile.

****CASSIE POV*****

The moment Ace walked up to me to say “hello” to Karen and I, I wasn’t expecting him to, he’s a guy that is so full of himself because he’s from a rich home and also so mucho m admired by so many girls.

“Hello,” I replied. I didn’t want to sound rude. “This is my friend Karen,”I added, pointing to Karen.

“Cassie, can I talk to you for a minute,” he said, giving a suggestive look to Karen to excuse us.

“You say whatever you have to, Karen here is my best friend so you can go ahead,” I replied, silkk confused about what he wanted to talk about.

*Oh, don’t worry. I’ll excuse you both,” Karen said, stepping a distance away from where we stood.

Ace kept on looking at me, I know that a lot waa going through his mind.

“Can I please know why you asked my friend to leave, that you wanted to talk to me about something. You saw me in the house right now before coming into the school but you didn’t say anything. So tell me what is more important that you want to discuss with me that you cannot wait to get to the house since I am a nanny in your place,” I asked.

He looked at me for a few minutes.

“I want you to be my girlfriend,” he says coldly.

“Really?” that must be a joke or something I replied.

I haven’t really had time to make jokes with him and I wondered why he started to joke with me on such sensitive matters.

“No it’s not a joke. I want you to be my girlfriend,” he repeated, this time coming closer to me..

I stared at him in confusion, not knowing whether to take him seriously or not.

“How could he be asking me to be his girlfriend just like that?”
